"I have no idea what to pack." You stare blankly at your closet.

It has been a week since your wedding day and the honeymoon has finally come. Jin was too busy doing princely things recently so it had to be postponed.

"How come, Miss?"

"Jin never told me where our honeymoon is supposed to be." You sigh. "He wants it to be kept a secret."

"Well, I know." Inha mutters.

"Where?!" You turn to look at her.

Inha acts as if she's zipping her lips and throwing the key away.

"Inha!" You run towards her and grab her hands. "You must tell me."

"I cannot. Prince Seokjin wants to keep this a surprise." Inha answer's innocently and you groan.

"This is so stressful." You run your fingers through your hair as you walk back into your closet.

"I won't tell you, but I can help you." Inha suggested.

You let out a heavy sigh in relief. "Please?" You smile.

"Where are you taking your wife for your honeymoon?" Yunseok asks his brother as he packs.

"We're going to Jeju Island," Jin answers as he folds his clothes. "She's always talking about how she wants to visit there, so of course I would make her dreams come true."

"Jin, the perfect husband." Yunseok teases.

"Oh shut it!" Jin ruffles his younger brothers hair. "What about you? Ready to get married sometime soon?"

"Why would I? It's not like I'll become king. Once you die the crown goes to your heir." The younger brother retorted.

"It's not all about the crown, Yun." Jin closed his suitcase and looked at his brother. "Somewhere along the way you will fall in love and be happy. I know it."

"You're falling in love with your wife and now you believe to be this love expert?" Yunseok jokes.

"You are annoying." Jin rolls his eyes as Yunseok laugh.

"Eomma." Jin bows to his mother who sits on her throne.

"You're excused." She tells the servant. "What is it, my son?"

"I'm here to inform you Y/N and I will leave for our honeymoon soon."

"That will not happen anytime soon." Yoosik interrupts.

"What?" Jin turns around and questions as he watches his father go up the steps to sit on his throne.

"Your sister is to arrive today. You will be here to greet her and while she's here."

"But appa-"

"No but's. She's family and you don't have one of your own therefore you stick to this one." Yoosik commands.

Yoosik could tell Jin was angry, but Jin—being the respectful son he was—didn't argue. He simply bowed and excused himself.

"Why did you do that?" Yejin turns to her husband, annoyance clearly in her facial expression.

"Family first."

"Dasom is your family and not once in her twenty-three years of life has she tried to be nice to me or my kids," Yejin argues before she stands up to walk away, leaving her husband stunned. "And Y/N? Once she signed that marriage certificate she became Jin's superior family, kids or no kids." Yejin storms out of the room once she finalizes her words.

"I'm sorry, Y/N." Jin apologizes for the hundredth time.

"Jin it's fine." You walk over to him and wrap your arms around his neck. "Sure I'm a bit bummed, but at least I get to meet your sister."

"I wouldn't even count her as a sister." Yunseok walks into the office.

You quickly let go of your husband and stand next to him.

"What do you mean?" You question.

"She's a bastard."

"Ouch. How rude could she be?"

"Not that type of bastard." Jin chuckles. "She's my father's love child."

"Oh." Was the only thing you could respond, shock consuming you too much.

"A bastard child, but still a queen. She has more title than I ever will." Yunseok informs, vexation clear in his words.

"My father married her off to the king of Taiwan; King Kuanyu." Jin apprises.

"But don't forget she's the devil reincarnated!" Yunseok shouts from the end of the room where he's serving himself whiskey. "She's a bitch!"

"He's not wrong," Jin admits. "But who knows. We haven't seen her in three years. Maybe she's changed."

"Doubt it." Yunseok comments.

You all stand in front of the castle as you wait for Dasom to arrive. It takes a few minutes before you see the carriage with the flags of Taiwan not so far away.

The carriage comes to a halt a few feet in front of all of you and Dasom steps out with the help of a guard. The servants, who lined up by the trail she is to walk down towards you all, welcome her with a bow.

"Appa!" She yells excitedly. She runs towards her father and embraces him tightly. "Oh, how I've missed you!"

"And I've missed you too sweetie."

Dasom pulls away from the hug and walks down the line to greet everyone.

"Yejin." She curtsy's and Yejin slightly bows.

Sure Dasom was a Queen, but Yejin didn't have to curtsy. Yejin is older and Dasom was on South Korean soil, therefore, Yejin, as queen of South Korea, didn't have to curtsy to anyone expect the king.

"Brother." Dasom bows before pulling Yunseok into a hug.

"Other brother." She says to Jin and hugs him as well.

"And you must be Jin's wife." She says once she's standing in front of you.

"Y/N." You curtsy. "Pleasure to meet you."

"Sorry I couldn't make it to the wedding." Dasom apologizes to you and Jin.

"No worries." Jin smiles.

"Shall we take this inside?" Yoosik suggests.

"Your sister is lovely!" You chime as you sit on the bench in the courtyard. "Definitely different from what you've both made her out to be."

"It's an act. She'll be rude sooner or later." Yunseok responds. "And a ball tomorrow just for her welcoming? Not necessary."

"She's a queen. Our parents think she needs a huge welcoming." Jin shrugs.

"Why are you all out here?!" Yejin shouts from the door. "Don't leave me alone with your sister and father!"

Yejin returns to the castle and you all laugh.

"She's right. We should go." Yunseok stood up and walked into the castle.

You followed not far behind, but stopped when you noticed Jin wasn't following. He was staring up at the sky, his eyes empty as he stood still.

"Jin?" You call out.

"Something's coming." He mutters. "I can feel it."

"What are you talking about?" You question.

"I just... something doesn't feel right."

"Are you speaking of a plague? Is that what's coming?"

"No..." He answers softly and finally looks at you. "Something darker. Something as deadly as the plague."

"Jin you're scaring me."

Jin stumbles back a few steps and you quickly run to his side, holding him so he won't fall.

"Maybe you've had too much to drink tonight." You evoke since that could be the only reason as to why Jin was acting strangely. "Let's get you up to bed."
