"That.. I.. I had an..."she was about to to tell but they got interrupted by Mohan's call.. 

"Rishab..."Mohan again calls him averting them completely from that topic.. 

"Coming, Dad..."he replied back & without a more word he started to walk off from there with madhu following him.. After reaching the hall madhu went back to Malik & Rk to Mohan..

"I got an important call from our office.. We have to leave.." Mohan said casually & Rk just nodded his head.. Madhu frowned at his not-intereseted manner which went unnoticed by everyone..

Everything went well as both the families were happy with the alliance, so they planned to get them officially engaged...

"What do you mean, sikky..?"rk asked his friend perplexed..

"U r not going to say her anything.. That's final.."sikky said in a grim voice.. 

"what you are trying to make me..?? A bl**dy cheat..??"Rk asked gritting his teeth.. 

"U r not cheating anyone Rk.."sikky said to him.. 

"Marrying a girl with another girl in heart is like cheating her.."Rk said.. 

"She is ur past.. A past which is never going to come back into ur life again.. "sikky tells him.. 

"pls.. I don't want this marriage.. I'm feeling restless.. Next week I'm going to get engaged.."Rk said helplessly.. 

"Time will change Rk.. U won't be feeling the same at that time..."sikky says him.. 

"I want to tell her everything..."rk said again.. 

"Then ok, but not now, when the right time come.."sikky said..

After a week 

Guests present there claps softly as the couples exchanged the right.. 

Everyone present there was happy except for 2 souls who were the center of attention.. Madhu looked at her ring finger which is looking beautiful with the platinum ring around it.. It was just slipped into her finger a few minutes about which claimed she is his..!! The person about whom she know nothing.. 

Turning her head slightly she looked at him who's standing just next to her.. He seems so lost.. Lost in the vortex of his own thoughts.. & finally it's officially decided that they are going to get married with in two weeks... It seems like the elder ones are eager to chain then together.. But why..??!! They didn't get it..

Night 

Madhu's pov 

I came back to room after the long tiring day.. I changed my dress & ornaments, after a warm shower i changed into something comfortable & went to bed to get some sleep... But sleep was too away from me.. I couldn't sleep even a blink of eye than wriggling on my bed.. Every time when i close my eyes i get the picture of him slipping ring into my finger.. But he seems not interested in this marriage.. Doesn't he like this marriage..?? My brain started to scream at me & Now i can conclude that I'm not at all going to sleep tonight.. But I want to, I have to.. I slowly sat up on the bed & opened the side drawer of the table which is just beside my bed.. I took a small tin from it which contain soporific drugs.. I stared the tin without opening it.. Am i getting addicted to it..??yes, last week also i had taken one to get sleep... Am i returning to my old state..?? I shook my head & kept the tin back...

Rk's pov 

What the hell is happening around me..?? Y this marriage so soon..?? They know I'm not comfortable with this alliance.. Y couldn't they at least give me some time..?? & that madhubala... I thought marrying her without saying her anything about me would be like cheating her but that was not correct.. She didn't even say a word when they fixed the wedding date abruptly... How could she accept a man about whom she doesn't know anything..?? Yes, v only met last week & after two weeks she is gonna become Mrs Rishab kundra.. Yes, she only want that.. This marriage is not more than a business deal... I heard Dad talking with Mr. Malik about merging their business & that girl, she's a gold digger, v r  way too rich than them so how come she not accept this golden chance.. ??

"I want a drink.. "I said to myself, Now only alcohol can soothe my nerves & now i decided one thing.. I'm not going to tell her anything about me, she doesn't have any damn right to know about me.. She may could become the kundra bahu but she can never become Rishab's wife.. I tightened my grip on the drink glass & drank it in a gulp.. I drank til the bottle gets empty & i wobbly walked to my bed & falls on it recklessly, soon sleep caressed my eyes & i dozed off ..

After 2 weeks 

Madhu looked at her palms which is decorated with mehndi... It becomes deep red colour stating that her husband would be very loving & caring for her...she looked at herself in the mirror.. She is looking so beautiful in a golden red bridal lehenga & jewellery.. 

"Hey madhu, Ur groom & his family had arrived.. "ria teasingly said in her ears & she faintly smiles at her.. It's the time for the muhurtha & the girls lead her to the venue...

Madhu saw Rk sitting on the mandap... She felt uncomfortable with everyone's gaze fixed at her & him.. She looked at the wedding venue,with in this short period of time also they had managed to make it a grandeur one.. Madhu doesn't like it that much as she's against show off.. 

She sat near Rk on the madap before holy fire, both were looking everywhere except each other... The pandit starts chanting manthras.. They starts doing the rituals & it's time for taking the pheras.. They stood up & pandit asks Rk to walk in front of her & he does while pandit starts explaining the meaning of each vows..

"1. In the first round or phera, the couple prays to God for plenty of nourishing and pure food. They pray to God to let them walk together so that they will get food..."he said as Rishbala completed the first round.. 

"2. In the second round, the couple prays to God for a healthy and prosperous life. They ask for the physical, spiritual and mental health from God..."he said but they were not even listening to it.. 

"3. In the third Phera, the couple prays to God for wealth. They ask God for the strength for both of them so that they can share the happiness and pain together. Also, they pray so that they can walk together to get wealth."..they completes the 3rd round.. 

"4. In the fourth round, the couple prays to God for the increase in love and respect for each other and their respective families..."they completed the 4 round & pundit asked madhu to come front for the 5th phere.. 

"5. In the fifth round, the bride and groom together pray for the beautiful, heroic and noble children from God..."they completed the 5th round & madhu moved in for the 6th vow.. 

"6. In the sixth round around the fire, the couple asks for the peaceful long life with each other..."completing the 6th round they moved in for the final round.. 

"7. In the final seventh round, the couple prays to god for companionship, togetherness, loyalty and understanding between themselves. They ask God to make them friends and give the maturity to carry out the friendship for lifetime. The husband says to his new wife that now they have become friends after the Seven Vows/Sat Phere and they will not break their friendship in life..."they completed the final vow around the holy fire & sat back on the mandap.. Rk ties mangalsutru around madhu's neck & filled her maag with sindoor...

"saathi sampan hua.. "pandit declares & everyone clapped for them wishing a beautiful life ahead...

After bidaai, madhu reached at kundra mansion... After completing the remaining rituals radha guides her to Rk's room which is now her room too...

Sitting on the bed decorated with Rose petals she looked around the spacious bed room..hearing the sound of the door opening she looked at the direction to spot her husband at the door step.. He stared at her for few minutes, closing the door behind him he took unstable steps towards the bed.. Madhu tried to study his facial expression, but damn she's too nervous to look up at him..He Stumbled & falls on the bed.. Madhu looked him wide eyed... 

He is drunk..!! He came drunk on the very first night of his wedding..!!
