ย ย
PHOEBE EIRWEN, an infamous demigod in her own right, squeezed the son of Poseidon's hand in reassurance as she noticed the anxious look that crossed her boyfriend's rather handsome features. Phoebe knew just how much it meant for Percy to finally come home again. After all, the raven haired boy hadn't seen his mom in a little more than year. Although it felt much much longer than that. It had been an entire twelve months of his life without his closest parent and his girlfriends knew just how much it had been killing him.

Phoebe didn't doubt or blame Percy for missing his mother so fiercely because Phoebe, unlike a very startling amount of demigod's, understand his feelings. She understood whole heartedly the kind of pain that comes with missing one's own parent, especially one that you had a unique and unbreakable bound with. It's a miserable and ever consuming feeling. It's a feeling that doesn't just go away. It lingers.ย

"You knew, you could have went back to camp. You didn't have to come with me," the boy tries to begin to her, but she can tell that he's slightly stumbling to find the right words as they are jumbled together due to influx of overwhelmingly chaotic emotions and a cacophony of thoughts.ย  "Please, don't take that the wrong way! It's not that I'm not thankful you that came with me because I am. Really. You know that I absolutely love you, and I know that my mom absolutely loves you. It's just..." Percy pauses to make some vague gesturing motion with his hand and Phoebe can see the wheels turning in his head as he focuses his ADHD enough to het the words out right.

"I just know that it's gonna be very hard for you to see my mom because we have close relationship like you did with you're mom. I know after everything you had to go through with you're own mom trying to actively kill you and the others during this past year or so that you might be having hard time-"

Phoebe couldn't help the ever adoring smile that takes hold on her delicate pale features as Percy begins to ramble on and on. She knew that he truly cared about her. She press her hand over her lips to cover the growing grin.

ย  ย ย  The slightly shorter girl moved to stand in front of her boyfriend before moving to reach forward to cup her boyfriend's face sincerely.

"Perc, I'll be more than fine. Plus, today isn't even about me. Today is just about getting you back home to you're mom. Okay?" She questions as she offers a grin at the boy. Percy moves her long mint blue hair that was streaked with chunks of white and violet out of his way before places his hand over one of hers as he slowly smiles softly. A familiar look of fondness danced over his features as he stared a into her deep blue eyes.

After everything they had been through - all of the prophecies, the heartache, the intense worry, that blood that was regrettably spilled, enduring the traumas of war, and all of the vast horrors of a unforeseen future... it was obvious that no one else deserved a happy ending more than the three of them did.

Especially after all they have done for the gods and demigods as well as all that they have sacrificed for them.

"Alright." Percy sighs a little. She knows that Percy's still worried about her. Which she wholeheartedly knows that he'll always be worried about her; it's just the kind of person that Percy is. A part of her feels a bit bad. She admittedly doesn't like that she is making him feel more worried about today than he already was.

But, Phoebe manages to bury the guilt deep down within herself and reminds herself that it's not her own fault; she was not the one in control of her own mother's actions noir any of the actions of all the gods and monsters that deeply ruined most of her own childhood and teenage years. She reminds herself that she is more than the scars that littered her body and twisted her mind in a way most wouldn't understand.

She can feel her own anxiety getting the best of her. The crushing feeling in her icy lungs feels almost unbearable and her thoughts are running a mile a minute. A couple of the Apollo campers had told her in the pass that the things she was experiencing were common things linked to PTSD, which they assume are a result of her time in Tartarus as well as all of the huge prophecies she was pulled into. So, Phoebe tries her best to do the excises that they had taught her. She tries to pull her mind back from the shadows.

"Everything will be fine." She reassures him honestly. 'It's over', she reminds herself. The war is over. It's overwhelming price is paid and full. Blood may stain they're hands, but the three of them made it out alive. They're all alive. All of the mighty Seven are alive and well and off living they're lives. All of them are at they're own respective camps that they deeply adore and find solace in. It's something she has to remind herself everyday now; she still sometimes needs the reassurance that they played they're parts in the war and in all those truly awful prophecies. "Now, let's get going! I think we kept you're mom waiting for long enough, don't you think?"

Percy grins a little at her words before turning his head and kissing the palm of her hand before she let go of his face. The pair make they're way towards his mother's apartment complex.

It's an early in the morning in New York City as the two make they're way down bustling city streets.

New York City is a place where so many people dare dream of coming and trying to make a life for themselves. It's place filled with diversity and uniqueness. It truly was place that was unlike anywhere else. And, although it could be more than unsavory and unlike the illicit dream city people believe it to be at times, it was still a place that Percy calls home.

The streets of Manhattan are flooded with the typical hustle and business of the early morning, which is oddly reassuring to Percy as he manages to dodge and weave throughout the crowd with the kind of ease that only a true New Yorker exudes. Percy breaths in the heavy scent of his city and relaxes. The sound of the overflowing traffic and the smell of coffee and food quickly fill his sense. He knows he truly home as feels the many blaring lights of the stores and buildings beating down on them.

The early morning air of Manhattan is cold and bitting, but isn't anything that neither demigod isn't already used to.

The son of Poseidon grips his girlfriend's hand tightly as he lead her through the swarm of pushing bodies. The jet haired boy laughs a little as the daughter of Khione yelps in mere surprise as he rushes down the street. "Slow down, you lunatic," laughs Phoebe as she follows after the boy. The same boy whom she followed to Tartarus and back. The boy that made her decide to give everything up for a mere chance at love.

Her icy hands grip him tightly and her breath partially leaves her body altogether as Percy gives her one of his universe shattering grins. The boy has partially made her moldable clay in his hands. She's absolutely weak for the boy. "You know, Seaweed Brain, just because I am use to running through the deep woods of Alaska does not mean I am equipped to be running through the busy streets of Manhattan! They don't really compare!" the girl laughs.

"Eh, you'll survive. I mean, worse case scenario you can pull an Elsa." Percy teases, which earns him an exasperated eye roll.

"Keep referring to my ice abilities as 'pulling an Elsa' and I swear to the gods that I'll sick our favorite blonde on you," huffed Phoebe playfully to her boyfriend. Percy just merely laughs at her quote on quote threat. His laughter is contagious and bright. Happiness shines through them and they're anxiety, even if it for but a blink of a moment, melts away.

"Mom's apartment complex is up on the next left," Percy calls over his shoulder as he leads her around the bend and past few businesses and other apartment complexes.

They make they're way through Manhattan's maze like streets and structures. The pair demigod's soon rush up the old cement steps that lead up to his mother's apartment building. The two easily maneuver throughout the entrance and up the steep stair that lead up to his mother's third level apartment. The excitement that was previously buzzing beneath his skin slowly begins to leave his body as he stands before his mother's apartment door.

Percy reached forward to ring the doorbell. For a minute, the universe stood completely still. Ever mere fleeting second felt like hours and minutes felt days. Percy felt like he was waiting a whole century as nothing seemed to happen. There was no sounds coming from deep within the apartment. Phoebe cringes a little. It would really be there luck to catch his parents when they are out and about.

As Percy goes to retrieve his emergency key from somewhere deep within his dark blue backpack, they suddenly hear the sounds of familiar footsteps. The steps, themselves. were quite light and nimble. The footsteps paused just as they get reach the opposite side of the door; no doubtably due to Sally Jackson looking through her apartments door's small peep hole. The door than immediately flew wide open. Sally Jackson stood in the entrance, an indecipherable expression on her face.

ย ย  "Uh, hey?" Percy paused, wondering just how to go about the situation. "I'm back." He offers to the older woman with a nervous smile. Percy yelps a little in utter surprise as he is suddenly yanked into a tight embrace by his mother.

ย ย  "Perseus Jackson," his mother began, pulling away just enough so that she could get a good look at his face. Her hands rested on either side of his head, searching for battle scars and cuts and the gods only know what else. She took a deep breath. "Don't you ever, ever, leave like that again."

ย ย  Phoebe pressed her hand against her pale colored lips as she tried, and miserably fails, to suppress a loud snort. "She sounds just like Annie," the daughter of Khione laughed, which earned a snort of agreement from the son of Poseidon.

Sally Jackson turned her attention to the demigod at her side before smiling softly at the girl she has for so long. "Phoebe, it's so lovely to see you!" She greets and moves to pull the girl into a warm embrace; well, it was warm as an embrace with the daughter of the goddess of snow and ice could get. "It's great to you too, Sally." Phoebe offers back with smile. After Sally pulled herself away from the teens and she properly let them inside her home.

Percy wonders into his mother and somehow it seems almost foreign. It feels so different than the camps and Argo 2. It's so different compared to the various things that he got so acclimated to. It's a good difference, though. It felt nice for him to actually be home. There was sort of comfort that came from begin in place that was so unabashedly his mother's. He could see how much his mother has grown since he was little and due to that how much it made her happier in her relationship with Paul.

Phoebe moved to take of her long, shiny white winter boots before she followed after her boyfriend; whom had already made a spot for himself on the living's room couch. Both his bag and shoes long abandoned by the door. Phoebe moves her shoes out of the way before dropping her snowflake designed backpack down by Percy's blue one. She chuckles a little at the site. Sometimes it was a little too obvious that they are they're parent's children.

ย ย  She easily took a seat next to Percy. The two always so naturally drawn together. Although, she suspects that years of friendship and too many near death situations probably do that to people. Phoebe takes a seat by Percy and the boy instinctively reaches down for her icy hands. The boy makes a face as he feels the ice that unknowingly took purchase.

ย  ย  "We should really think about getting you some gloves. Because it's like holding hands with an ice pack sometimes," the son of Poseidon laments rather teasingly. Phoebe rolls her eyes playfully, but than suddenly smirking mischievously at him. The female demigod purposely pushes some of her ice powers into the palms of her hand. It wasn't enough to create actual ice, but it was enough to feel a drastic change in her hands temperature.

Percy just smirks back at the girl at his side. "You can't freeze me out, Snowball." The son of Poseidon states as he holds up they're joint hands triumphantly.ย  "I've gotten use to this trick!" He adds proudly. Phoebe just groans in annoyance.

Sally smiles in amusement as she watches the pair get comfortable and banter back and forth with each other. It was comforting for her to see that even though they clearly had endured things that she can't even dare imagine, that they still had good spirits. They still had that playful demeanor to them. They were still kids begin kids. Yet, unfortunately, it reminded her that they were still kids...the same kids that the Gods sent to fight in the wars that even adults - adult gods - didn't wanna fight. It truly made Sally Jackson nervous and stressed to hear all of what her son had endured in his time gone.

If felt like it took ages to explain it all. Everything that happened to them. They're just seemed like there was so much to cover like Hera putting Percy to sleep to his lost memories and time spent in Camp Jupiter to Phoebe and Annabeth's quest to locate him and the monster they fought along the way. And that was only the beginning and not even getting into everything with they're new friends.

As Percy began the long story. His mom barely flinched at the mention of Gaia and the giants. It was only when Phoebe had cut in to add the entire 'no contact with the gods' part that they got a reaction out of the woman. Her features had furrowed together in confusion before they quickly shifted to worry and discomfort. She paced around the spacious living room as the duo took turns giving they're versions of the events playing out.

As Phoebe gave a detailed encounter of her meeting of Jason and the others, Percy felt grateful to have the daughter of Khione at his side. It made it easier to talk about everything that they underwent. It was also allowed his mother to hear about all that Annabeth and Phoebe had done as well as hearing about they're friends.

Although, he could see how much it was killing her to talk about her side of events. He could tell how much it hurt her to talk about how mer mother had disowned her shortly after she gave up her godly status to become more human; to be a mere demigod rather than the goddess she had been when they first meet.

He could see how she physically cringe when telling his mother about how her mother wanted to turn they're friends into ice statues and wanted to kill them all. Khione has wanted to especially kill Annabeth and himself for apparently 'corrupting' her daughter to the point mortality; which when Phoebe relayed her mother remarks it had earned a surprise reaction from the son of Poseidon.

"You never told me you're mom said that? You said she said some messed up things but I didn't think it was that bad."

"It was when I was stuck babysitting Grace and the others. It wasn't that important to the quest," Phoebe shrugs a little too casually for Percy's own liking. The girl leans on her elbow as she grows a little distant. "I'm mortal, so she's gonna hate me now matter what I do and she's gonna hate every reason I became mortal. Plus, it's really just collateral damage of her horrible decision making." Phoebe admits lamely. It was clear that she didn't want to press further into the topic.

Percy gives her a concerned look and she just meekly smiles back before letting her eyes drift away uncomfortably. He knew she had reasons for not telling him and Annabeth what her mother had explicitly said. Her relationship with her mother was long and complicated and packed full of horrendous tragedies.

Percy decided that it felt best for him to takeover with the storytelling when he noticed that Phoebe was struggling to describe what her mother had did to play her parts with Olympus and her working to awaken Gaea. So did just that. He explained the rest.

"I got your call," she said, when he came to a pause in the story.

"My call?"

"You rang from Alaska, I think," she continued, taking a seat across from him. "I got a voicemail."

"Oh, yeah," he mumbled. He felt awful for forgetting. He'd tried to Iris Message her a few times while aboard the Argo II, but the connection had always been terrible.

"Continue," she said, and he did. The first time he saw tears in her eyes was, predictably enough, at the fall. They fell into Tartarus. He could feel Phoebe shift uncomfortably at the mere mention of it. She looked like she saw a ghost when he brought it up. Phoebe went full silent as he talked about it. He knows the emotions that talking about this is stirring up in the girl beside him. He knows just how terrified she was during it all. He remembers how scared they were that they would loose they're grip Annabeth. He knows just how terrified he was of loosing grip of either one. He vividly remembers how long the fall was and everything after.

"You...you..."

"Yeah. We kind of went to hell."

"Percy," she sighed, and she leaned forwards to take his hand in her own. He gripped it tightly and tried to strengthen his voice as he talked about his time in Tartarus with Annabeth and Phoebe. He glossed over some bits and skipped ahead slightly, talking about the end. The final battle.

"But he's okay now? Leo?"

He almost laughed at the amount of concern in her voice. She really was the best person he knew. "Yeah, Leo's fine. He's at camp now, actually."

ย ย  "Leo is, unfortunately, still annoying," Phoebe finally voices in fake exasperation. Percy can tell that she strained from talking about certain parts, but can tell she trying to push past the horrors of the past and stay in the present. He knows it hard for her because it's hard for him too. He fully understands what she's feeling.

"You're only saying that because he's fire and you're ice." Percy half jokes. Phoebe rolls her eyes at the boy beside her. "By that logic, I would also hate you, Seaweed Brain." The daughter of Khione pointed out in deadpan tone.

His mom mother smiled a little. "Good. So...what now?"

"I don't know. I mean, I guess we could do something. Snowball any suggestions?" He questions her. Phoebe merely shrugged in response.

His mom sat back opposite him and raised an eyebrow. "I meant what are your plans. Or Annabeth's," she added with a smirk.

"Hey!" He said in mock outrage. "I make plans too...sometimes." Which immediately earned a loud snort from Phoebe. Percy rolled his eyes and looked over at his girlfriend with an exasperated expression. "I make plans!" He defends.

ย  "Yeah, but are they good plans?" Phoebe questioned teasingly with a raised eyebrow. And so the night went on with pair bantering back and forth as they caught up with Sally as well as Paul when he returned from his job.

The blare of Percy's old alarm jars Phoebe from a deep sleep bright and early Sunday morning. Once awake she immediately feels too hot and too cold all at once. Her body is pressed between the wall that Percy's bed is pressed against and her girlfriend, the latter having stolen most of her blanket. The alarm seemingly gets louder from it's spot and Phoebe fumbles with the alarm that's on the bedside table to miraculously turn it off.

ย  ย  ย  "Uuurrgghh," Percy groans comically. Annabeth rolls over a little more to properly lay across Percy's chest, muttering, "Please be quiet, Seaweed Brain."

Now that Annabeth has fully stolen Phoebe's blanket, she decides that she will no longer be able to peacefully sleep and carefully crawls out of the bed. She's so tired that she can barely see straight. They'd been up until almost sunrise working on a puzzle that Annabeth had brought over the day before. Phoebe totals the hours of sleep she had in her head, she ends the count at mere two. She knows it's unhealthy to nit sleep longer, it's especially unhealthy for someone who's become mortal, but she can't sleep like she use too. The nightmares are too constant and rampant and bloody.

It was the reason for the puzzle to begin with. It was something to keep they're mind busy on something else rather than horrors that haunt they're minds. It was working, well, if you count not having nightmares because you're not sleeping as working. Than, yes, the whole redirection method they were doing was working wonders.

The girl with long mint blue hair streaked with white and violet stumbled about Percy's bedroom as she looked for the grey sweater that Annabeth had abandoned halfway through the night. Percy room was surprisingly clean. His room had various posters of sea animals, which he had hung ages ago, along with various facts about them. Another wall was framed with pictures from Camp, his best friends grinning at him. Unsurprisingly, the walls of his room were painted a deep ocean blue.

He had a table that itself was full of stationery items, the camera she got him, as well as a bunch of photos and books. He had photos of camp half blood with a bunch of they're fellow campers, of his various dates, and few of him and Paul and his mom. In all of the photos he was in, he was smiling brightly and looking at the camera. A smile that truly captured her. Phoebe's hand danced over the various books that sprawled out over his table.

She recognized a few of them that Annabeth had gotten him as gifts and few that were books written in full Greek. He had few others. Ones gifted to him by Paul for school and for fun. Phoebe smiled a little as she saw book on facts about an array of various sea animals. She just silently shook her head in amusement before glancing away.

After successfully locating said grey sweater, she scooped up her prize and slipped on over the old camp half blood shirt that she had stolen from Percy. She moved to tie her long hair into a truly messy bun. Pausing in the doorway of the sea themed bedroom, she glanced back at the pair; Annabeth was now curled up even closer to Percy, her hand grabbing a fistful of his navy sweater. Her blonde curls were fanned out sporadically and her features looked much softer as she slept. Percy was laying with turned to the the side and his jet black hair was an absolute mess. He has one arm wrapped protectively around Annabeth. Phoebe smiles softly at the pair before quickly making her way back to them and giving them a very gentle kiss on the forehead. She than made her way away out of the room.

She staggered a little out of Percy's room, which the door had been left open from the previous night per Sally's request since they were staying over, and quietly made her way over to the kitchen.

"Morning, Phoebe," Paul greets chirpily at the demigod. She silent makes a face at him as she moves towards the fridge. Paul Blofis, who was now fully use to the girl's early morning attitude, just chuckled and just shook his head. "Still not a morning person?" He questions teasingly.

"Not in the slightest," Phoebe deadpans as she pauses midway through reaching for her can of redbull to stare blankly at the older man. Paul just smiles and shakes his head as he goes back to cooking. After retrieving the white can of redbull, the female demigod moves to sit at one of the cream colored chairs that were behind the kitchen island.

"I'm making breakfast for everyone, if you're hungry, by the way."

"Oh," Phoebe blinks a little in surprise. The daughter of Khione is always so thrown off when interacting with Paul, and honestly even with Sally. Her mother, when she was much younger, had been warm parent. But, with time, she became cold hearted and distant at best and a monster at worse. So, it was strange for Phoebe to interacting with such warm, gentle and very compassionate parents. Not to mention that she never knew her father and thus never had a sort of father figure in her life. "Thanks. Do you need help with that?" Phoebeย  questions him rather awkwardly.

"Nah, I should be fine. But thank you for offering!" He reassures her with a friendly smile before turning his attention back to the stove in front of him. "How'd you sleep?" Paul questions the daughter of Khione without looking away from the stove.

"Meh. It certainly wasn't the worst." She answers honestly with a careless shrug. The pair talk for another few passing minutes before Sally makes her way out of her room and b-lines towards the cup of hot tea that Paul has awaited for her. It's only another half hour as Paul is finishing up breakfast that Percy and Annabeth roll out of bed.

The daughter of Athena, who has unashamedly stolen Percy's sweater and had it's hold pulled up, moved to stand behind Phoebe so she can causally drape herself over her. Phoebe laughs a little as Annabeth yawn tiredly into her shoulder.

Percy, who by some odd account, is seemingly chirper as can be as he moves to grab two cups for coffee. The son of Poseidon places a hot cup of black coffee in front of Phoebe. The blonde begrudgingly detached herself from her girlfriend in favor of the coffee that is presented to her. She ultimately decides on pulling her chair as close to Phoebe as she can was sufficient enough. Percy opted for sitting on the other side of her and next to his mother so they could discuss plans for the day.

ย  ย  After they ate breakfast and talked about the day and they're all various plans, Annabeth and Phoebe offered to clean the kitchen, whilst Percy handled the leftovers. The chores somehow with a mild water and snowball fight in the kitchen.

ย ย  By noon, the three teens were piled in the living room and back to working on Annabeth's puzzle of the Acropolis of Athens, a very imposing and striking ancient Greek monumental complex. Some sea life documentary that Paul had taped for Percy in the year that he was gone was playing in the background as they worked diligently. Sally was siting in the kitchen working on some paperwork for her work, whilst Paul was sitting across from her grading some of his students homework.

ย  The Jackson home was peaceful as everyone did they're own things.

ย ย  "I swear to Hades if I can't find this stupid allusive corner piece I'm gonna stab something," Annabeth complains as she continues to sort the pieces by color and boarder pieces.

ย  "Oh, you mean this one?" Phoebe questions the blonde cheekily. Annabeth's grey eyes brighten as she sees the long thought missing piece. She went to grab the piece, but Phoebe pulled it away last second so she couldn't. Annabeth gave her girlfriend an exasperated look. "Kiss first." States Phoebe with a girl. Annabeth rolls her eyes in fake annoyance, but she can't help the love stricken expression that takes hold on her strong features. As she gently kisses her girlfriend, she strategically grabs the puzzle piece from her.

ย  ย  "Look! We actually have a proper puzzle boarder now and fair amount of midsection complete!" Percy says excitedly.ย  Annabeth nods in delight of they're tireless efforts.

ย  "I know! Once we finish this one, I was thinking we could do the Colosseum of Rome puzzle next!" She states in absolute glee.

ย  "Annie, I absolutely love you, but you turned me into an nerd." Phoebe says, which causes Percy to snort in amusement. "Like, I'm genuinely excited to do these puzzles."

ย  "That's because puzzles are fun! Especially when they're of beautiful and historical architectures." She states with an eye roll.

ย  ย  Before the conversation could continue, there was a sudden soft knock of the from door of Jackson home. Percy exchanged confused looks with the two girls before him before calling to his mother, "Mom were you guys expecting someone?"

"No?" Sally states in a just as confused tone.

ย  Percy makes his way to the door before he carefully checks the peep hole. The boy steps away and looks at Phoebe with utter confusion. "I think it's you're grandmother?"

ย ย  "Let her in than!" Percy just nods before unlocking the door and opening it wide. The young woman before him nods thankfully at the boy.

ย ย  "Percy, it's pleasure," she greets politely before glancing behind him and saw her granddaughter not to far behind him, alongside the daughter of Athena like always.

ย ย  "Hecate! It's good to see you!" Percy says casually to the goddess he's grown quite close to. The goddess has certainly change since he first meet her years ago and has helped many of his friends like that of Hazel when they needed it the most. She was also the only family member that Phoebe had that didn't actively hate his and Annabeth guts.

Hecate, beautiful and fairly tall young woman with a slender frame, smiled softly at the group before her. The goddess of magic has long, straight, black hair reaching her mid-back with short bangs framing her forehead. She wears form-fitting halter-style black dress that shows off her shoulders, with a rose choker and a red rose pattern on the inside of her skirt. She also wears a pair of black thigh high boots with a rose symbol at the bottom of their sole and black fingerless gloves. The headband she wears is gold colored with a rose and two spikes on each side.

The goddess of magic is so much different than the very last time that she saw them, but one thing that stays the same and thing that Phoebe always recognizes with Hecate is her piercing and magical magenta colored eyes.

"Gran!" Phoebe greets delightfully as she runs towards her grandmother with brightest of grin. Phoebe was over the moon to see Hecate. She was quite close to her grandmother. If she was ever wholly honest, than Phoebe would admit that she was closer to her grandmother on her father's side of the family, than her own mother and her side of the family. Although, she supposes that it could be that Hecate feels responsible for her in a certain regard as her father died long before she was born and thus she had no one to teach her of the very vast magic that she inherited.

Not that Phoebe magic has ever really blossomed. Sure, she can use her mother's powers over snow and ice, and sure, she can also control the winds like her grandfather, but actual magic never seemed to happen for her.

ย  ย ย  Hecate hugs her granddaughter tightly. The goddess of magic smiles warmly as she pulls away from Phoebe. She rested a hand on her check. "It's lovely to you, my grandchild! You look well my little Snowflake!" She tells her granddaughter sweetly and sincerely. Hecate than turns to look at the daughter of Athena. "Annabeth, it's pleasure to see you! I hope all is well for you and you're studies."

ย  "I'm doing great with my studies. That boon you got me really came in handy. I have to ask, how did you know that need I was gonna need it?"

ย ย  "Sweetie, I am the goddess of magic. All kinds of magic. Even the magic of the oracles." Hecate states with small light laugh. Annabeth blinks in realization before laughing along with the goddess before her.

"That's fair. It was stupid question not that I actually think about it."

ย  "It's fine. I don't mind." Hecates says as she weaves it off easily with a friendly smile.

ย  "Gran, is there a reason you're here? Something new stirring up in Olympus?" Phoebe questions her grandmother worriedly. The woman swallows a bit nervously as her rather happy demeanor slips away altogether.

ย ย  "Something that is very dangerous and threatening is stirring, but not for the gods." Hecate gives a very reluctant sigh as she moves to tightly hold her granddaughter hands in her own.ย  "There is much I want to tell you." Hecate pauses as a look of guilt washes over her features. Phoebe gives Percy and Annabeth worried looks as she studied her the older woman before her. She's never, in her whole long life, seen her grandmother like this. It sent her in a anxious and stressed out spiral.

ย ย  Hecate pressed on after a pause to collect all of her thoughts better.

ย  "There is so much that should have been told to you! About yourself and about you're father, but unfortunately, you're mother has put us on the path we're I can unfortunately not divulge that information. If we want the best future, than it's up to you to find it and protect that future. And I hate to ask this of you, my darling granddaughter, but it must be you. It is not fair and it's cruel of me. I know this. I know this too well. I hate it just as much as you surely will." Hecate says as she squeezes her granddaughter hand.

ย ย  "Gran, what are you going on about? What in the name of Hades is wrong?"

ย  "There are witches that desperately need you're help. They are the children of the Titan. Not a Titan like me. No, they we're different than me and you. I need you to save them. These witches are in great peril and they don't even know it. I made a promise years ago to you're father to protect these witches and I..." she pauses as she just merely hangs her head in immense and overwhelming guilt. She swallows thickly as she clears her throat. "I let him down. I didn't keep my word. I abandoned these witches as I mad at them for his death. But, I know now that is was never they're fault. I should have talked to his spirit sooner to get the truth, but I'm stupidly stubborn as you well know."

ย ย  "So, what, you need us to help save a bunch of witches? Fight some kind of big monster?" Percy questions her with an eyebrow raised in curiosity and question. Hecate turns and chuckles a little sadly.

ย ย  "Of course, I should have saw that coming. You're always going to follow each other. It was naive of me to not assume this would be no different." She states as she looks at the other two other demigods in the room with her. "Yes, but also no. They're future is set and on the best course of action. But, there is outlier that has you're father soul restless and worried intensely about. It's you're brother."

"Wait, hold the phone, back the hell up, you can't just causally drop that I have bother. Like you are for real telling me I have a brother?" Phoebe asked wide eyed. Hecate merely nodded.

ย  "What is with all the secret brother?" Questioned Annabeth questions annoyedly.

ย  "I'm afraid I can't give you anymore information than that. But, I can tell you you're brother will need guidance and love and for you to gentle. Gentle and understanding. Now, in two days time, under the New moon, I can get you there. But I will not be able to get you home till few months under the light of the October blood moon." She states.

ย ย  "Where exactly are you sending us?" Annabeth questions her.

ย  "The Boiling Isles...the demon realm. It's a very powerful realm born of power of pure creation and magic. It will be dangerous, but it will keep you safe if you connect with you're linage of titans. We maybe different types of titan, but we connect through the natural flow of magic. You'd be wise and remember that."

ย ย  "Are we seriously doing this?" Phoebe questions as she pulls away from her grandmother and turns to look at her partners. Annabeth nod fiercely and Percy grinned widely.

ย ย  "Of course, we're doing this! You heard you're grandmother, people are in danger and one of them begin you're brother. I mean, sure, the timing is absolutely horrible, but this is for you. It's different than every other thing we done. This is for you're family." Percy states.

ย  "He's right. You've always done things to help and protect our family. I think it's time you allow us to do the same for yours." Annabeth states lovingly.

ย ย  "Than it's settled. In two days time, under the new moon, I shall send you three to the Boiling Isles..."
