I was exhausted. As soon as Hiccup brought me into my hut, I was taken to get cleaned up and healed immediately.

Gunnar- Bonnie and Beau's adoptive father was the one who healed all my wounds. It hurted like hell. It took me a couple days till my mom let me out of my hut and actually associate with others.

She wouldn't let anyone in the hut other than family members- so I technically didn't get to see anyone for two days as I rested and healed. Which meant, I didn't get to see Hiccup at all.

"Am I allowed to go out now?" I ask with a pout at my mother and father. I was sitting on my bed, wearing only leggings and chest wrappings. The chest wrappings were just recently rewrapped as the last one was covered in blood.

"Gunnar?" My mother asks nervously, asking for his reassurance. The man with dark skinned chuckled and nods.

"She's been well rested now but she's not allowed to lift anything heavy and you need to be careful because your stitches are still fragile" I nod and I smile excitedly, turning to my parents with pleading eyes.

They both sigh and Harbeer looks at Dakota with a shrug. She gives a pointed look, "You have to be careful- especially on Nightflare!"

"Yes thank you! I love you guys!" I quickly dash out of my room, slipping on my blue long sleeve and all of my leather cloth skirt and belts.

I pull my fluffy boots on my feet and I dash out of my door.

Now with my hair really short, my face got a lot colder from the chilly wind. I missed my long hair but this wasn't bad...

Just how I got it wasn't the best...

I smile seeing everyone, but none noticed me finally out of the hut. But then I catch Kali and Bonnie's eyes.

"NOOR?!" Kali squeals and they both sprint towards me with smiles. I throw my arms out and they crash into me.

"Oh my god- you're okay, right?" Bonnie mutters into my neck as Kali pulls away with a happy squeal.

"Your hair! I've never seen you with short hair! It looks really good!"

"Thank you"

"Are you trying to be me, Lennox?" I scoff playfully as Kali chuckles.

"I've missed you so much!"

"I've missed you guys so much" I smile warmly at them as Bonnie pouts, and then Kali starts to smirk.

"A certain guy has been really missing you too..." I blush and Bonnie smirks with a nod.

"Yeah- he was actually standing outside your hut for both nights, when finally his mom made him start doing work to get his mind off you" I see the locks of auburn brown hair by his friends.

"We'll talk to you later" Kali says with a smirk, pulling another smirking Bonnie beside her.

I start playing with my hands nervously, walking towards him. He wasn't facing me, but he was talking to his friends in a circle. He was the only one standing up, as all the others were sitting down either sharpening their axes or swords. Or just listening to what he was saying.

"Grimmel's gone now. For good this time." Hiccup said, crossing his arms over his chest. He looked down sadly, from the situation not seeing his girl for a couple days. He was worried- not even realizing I was right behind him.

"Oh and what happened to Drago? Is he gone?" He asks, making Tuffnut and Ruffnut laugh loudly.

"Yeah Eret really got him" Snotlout laughs, before glancing at Hiccup. His eyes widened seeing me. I smile and I put my finger to my lips to shush him.

"Let's just say... I got my revenge and he's gone for good now" They laugh as Hiccup just chuckles and Snotlout nudged Astrid and silently pointed me out behind Hiccup.

She looks up and sees me, then smirks. "Hey Hic, have you heard anything about Noor? Is she okay?"

"They won't let me inside to even check on her! Dakota barely even tells me anything!" He pouts, making me quietly chuckle catching the twins attention.

"Woah! Sick hair!" The others that haven't realized I was there, gasped. I could tell Hiccup grew confused and turned around.

As soon as his green forest eyes caught my icy grey ones, he froze. His breath hitched, and his eyes scanned over me.

My eyes landed over her smooth pale skin, no bruises anymore. Just a few stitches here and there. I smiled. This can't be real...

It was like the day she saw me. She stood there for a while and stared astonished. It made me realize that I really could have lost her that day...

I take in her shorter hair, that framed her face perfectly. She looked so beautiful... So healthy...

I was happy. So incredibly in euphoria seeing her in good health. I'm so happy to see her.

"No offense-" I start, taking a few steps towards her with a small smirk.

"I can't tell if I want to kick the shit out for almost dying..." She laughs, the most angelic noise that could leave anyone's lips. I keep a foot away between us as I only just lean in close to her.

"Or kiss you for being alive..." She chuckles, before closing the gap and wrapping an arm around my waist and another around my neck and dips me quickly.

She lets no time waste and smashes her lips on mine. I smile into the kiss and place a hand on her waist, as she leans farther.

"Wow, she's stronger than she looks" Gobber laughs, as everyone starts to cheer. Claps, laughs and cheers surround us. But we stay in each other's zones.

She pulls away with a smirk, "I'd take that kiss"

I grin happily, standing up and pulling her against me for another kiss. We start to hear Adonis and Jaxyn's disgusted groans and laugh pulling away.

As everyone cheers and talks loudly around us, I look down to see her already looking at me with a smile. I cup her face, tracing my thumb over her cheek soothingly. She softly closes her eyes and leans into my touch.

"I love you" She whispers, making her open her eyes with a twinkle in her eye. A question from a while ago appears in my head... And I realize she survived to tell me she loves me but she had never answered my question.

"Who are we to each other?" I ask, pulling her tighter. Everyone and everything surrounding not breaking our close chatter and contact.

"You tell me" She asks with glint in her eyes, and I smirk. She watches as I take something out of my pocket. I hold up to examine the beautiful diamond ring, and she gasps.

I looked around to see everyone paying no mind to our interactions and was just cheering at our reunion. I see her friends, her family all cheering in happiness. Her whole village, my family and friends all standing around us. Nightflare and Precious we're cheering on, happy and purring at each other with Toothless roaring happily. All the dragons roaring in happiness at the victory and everyone cheer. Even some deathgrippers had stayed with some controlled vikings- they wanted to prove they're good and not evil.

We had just survived the biggest war in history.

This couldn't be more of a perfect time.

I just smirk at the ring and slowly go down on one knee.

"I think this will help to answer that" I mutter, as people gasp as I fully get down one knee. She covers her mouth with her hand, her eyes wide.

"Noor Indigo Lennox... You are my world. My everything..." Her eyes started to glisten.

"We met when we were just small infants, barely able to walk... And for 11 years of my life, I thought of you as just my best friend. Then I realized I liked you. It was our eleventh birthday together when I promised to stay with you forever. And the night you left Berk- I thought it was the last night I'd ever see you again. And before you left you made me go on little adventures together- Noor your the one that showed me dragons weren't monsters..." My voice barely cracked at the end and I held the ring tighter.

"I can't imagine my life without you. And I can't even imagine what it would be like without you. Even when you say the dumbest things you say or do... I smile. Your smile- it's a new found drug I've found for all my anxiety, panic and anger. It's your smile. It's your voice. It's you." Dakota held Harbeer as he started to cry and Jaxyn and Adonis held each other in anticipation.

"It's always you... Noor, will you make me the happiest man alive and be my wife?" I stared up at her as tears streamed down her cheeks. My breathing settled as I waited for her answer.

"Yes..." I stared in disbelief and an excited grin. And everyone gasps happily.

"Yes! Yes! A thousand times YES!" She shouts, as I jump to my feet and lift her into a kiss.

"YES!!!" Kali screams, shaking Griffin vigorously by his shoulders.

"GRANDBABIES!" Dakota screeches excitedly, as there were tear stains on her cheeks and Harbeer stares horrified at the ground.

"WHY DOES HE ALWAYS GET WHAT I WANT?!" Snotlout pouts angrily, making the gang laugh.

"Come on, straighten up Snotlout- we all knew they were gonna get married at some point" Astrid laughs, smiling at the couple.

"If only they waited just another month, this would have been mine" Valka grunts, handing Stoick five coins making him smile proudly.

"Haddock men never wait, when they know it's the perfect time they just do it." He states proudly, wrapping an arm around his wife as she smiles happily at her son and future daughter in law.

"I love you" I mutter against her lips and she repeats the lovely words as she pulls away back to me.

I set her down, but keep my hands around her waist. I rest my forehead against hers, sighing happily as I raise her left hand.

She watches intently as I slide the diamond ring on to her ring finger. She admires it before looking up at me with a smile.

"Have you ever met someone whose smile looks like it could make flowers grow?" She blushes, quickly pecking my lips before pulling away.

"How'd you know the exact look to give it? It's beautiful" I shrug with a small smirk looking at her famously designed ring.

"Do you stalk me?" She adds, with a joking pointed look and I chuckle.

"What can I say? I was born with curiosity"

Little did anyone know... He made the ring the morning of the day her family came to pick her up from Berk.
