Jack smirks as he taps a meter, causing it to freeze and the frost to trail along the sidewalk, and onto the road.

A man yelps as he nearly slips on the ice, quickly balancing as he nervously looks around, hoping nobody saw.

...

Just as a boy goes to drink from the water fountain, his tongue froze to the now frozen water. The two children behind him giggle as he struggles to pull his tongue away.

The same man that slipped before slips once more, and this time, he falls onto his bum and drops all of his groceries.

Jack laughs and fist bumps the air, glad he got him. He trails along the side of the building, his frost freezing a little boy's window and some of his fish bowl.

He laughs again, using his frost to frighten a pigeon resting on a writer's windowsill. The pigeon flies off, causing the man to cry out as his paper flies out the window.

Jack freezes along some laundry lines, and eventually finds himself ontop of a grand building.

"Oh! Now that," he laughs, looking around the town. "That was fun..but not fun enough." Jack hums to himself before gasping with a grin.

"Hey, wind!"

The wind whistles in response, making Jack smile as it rushes past him.

"Take me home!!"

Jack jumps from the building, whooping and laughing as the wind quickly carries him off.

Atop a small building, sat a girl, her (H/C) hair gently swaying in the wind as she looked down at the people going about their day, a small smile gracing her lips.

(Y/N) hummed a small tune, chuckling softly when she spots a mother carrying a rather restless baby.

"Blue lips.." she sings quietly, bringing her arm up and pointing a single finger at the mother and child.

"Pale face.." a single, pink petal shoots out of her finger, the petal carefully being carried by the wind. The baby continues to whine and cry, pushing away from her mother, but stopping once she notices the petal.

"Breathing in.." (Y/N) smiles as the petal lands on the baby's small nose, before disappearing into pink dust.

The child coos at the feeling, her eyes fluttering closed as she presses her chubby cheeks against her mothers shoulder.

"..snooow flakes."

The (H/C) girl hums, satisfied with her work as the wind suddenly begins to pick up. She furrows her brows, but sighs as she slowly gets up from her position.

She groans as she stretches, humming as her back and shoulders pop. She looks up, the wind whipping harshly and stinging her cheeks.

"Hey wind.." she mumbles, the wind whistling in greeting.

"Take me to Jack.."

Jack grins as he faces the sunny sky before smirking.

"Snow day!"

People exclaim as it suddenly begins to snow, the wind seeming to fly past them, when in reality it was Jack.

He jumps along some cars, freezing them over as he grunts and chuckles as a man whimpers,

"It's freezing!"

A woman cries out as the area around her frosts over, Jack flying by before leaping into the air, balancing on his staff before skating along a frozen lake.

He flies past a boy, making the boy cry out as his book was carried in the wind. Jack pauses, watching Jamie run after it.

"Oh, that looks interesting," he mumbles, kneeling down and looking at the cover as Jamie picks it up. "Good book?"

Jamie dusts his book off as his two friends, Caleb and Claude, rush past him.

"All right!"

"Yeah! Snow day!" Caleb cheers, making
Jamie grin as he lightly shoves him. "You're welcome," Jack calls, fully aware that they could not see him.

"Hey guys, wait up!" Jamie grins, rushing after them. "Are you guys coming to the egg hunt Sunday?"

Jack grins as he flies after the three, listening to them talk.

"Yeah! Free candy!" Caleb replies, smirking.
"I hope we can find the eggs with all this snow!" Claude cheers, wrestling with his brother as he laughs.

"It says here that they found Bigfoot hair samples!" Jamie gasps as he reads his book, opening a loose part of his fencing. "And DNA in Michigan! That's, like, super close!"

"Here we go again," Caleb snorts, shaking his head as Jamie sets his book down and retrieves his sleigh.

"You saw that video, too, Claude," Jamie replies, pausing and looking dramtically at the two. "He's out there!"

"That's what you said about aliens," Claude shrugs, watching Jamie's sister, Sophie, sing and run around the porch.

"And the Easter Bunny!" Caleb laughs, smacking his knee and gaining Jack's attention.

"The Easter Bunny is real," Jamie replies, glaring at the two.

"Oh, he's real all right," Jack snorts, balancing his staff on his shoulders as he walks along the fence, not noticing his friend. "Real annoying, real grumpy, and really full of himself."

Jack huffs, crossing his arms as a small grin grew in his face. "The only good part about Easter is (Y/N).."

"Oh, really now?" A voice laughs, making Jack yelp as he nearly loses his balance. The kids pause as the fence rattles, shrugging as they continue talking. "I'm flattered you think that way, snowflake!"

Jack's eyes widen as his head shoots up, his eyes scanning over the girls figure. (Y/N) stood on the fence by the balls of her feet, her hands shoved into her coat pockets as she starred down at her friend.

The white haired boy stammers out a response, his pale cheeks turning a bright red as he looked between her and the ground.

He goes to greet his friend but stops once she shooshes him and points towards the bickering children.

"Come on! You guys will believe in anything!" Claude shakes his head, laughing as his brother pushes him.

"Tell that to him," Jack grins, standing straight as he looks towards his friend.

"Thought you were getting ready for Easter?"

She hums, her voice dreamy as she starred at the little Sophie. "I finished in Main, thought it was time to visit Burgess." She admits, Jack watching her with hazy eyes.

"And here I thought you were here to see me!" Jack sulks, wrapping an arm around (Y/N)'s waist and pulling her close to her side. The girl chuckles, her icy exterior having been melted away during the years she spent with the boy.

She wraps an arm around his shoulders and pulls him closer, bending down, she sets a soft kiss to his cheek, her skin tingling at the coldness of his skin.

"I never said I wasent here to see you.." she whispers, tangling her fingers into the boys hair and turning his face towards her. Jack's eyes widen at the gesture, his pupils blowing out as his nose brushed against hers.

"I..uh.." he mumbles, his tongue darting across his bottom lip as his eyes darted between meeting (Y/N)'s and her lips.

He sucks in a breath, about to push his lips forward before a soft gasp pulls him out of his trance.

(Y/N)'s head was turned forward, her his wide as she watches Sophie tumble across her porch and land in the snow.

"Mom, Sophie fell again," Jamie sighs, slightly struggling to carry his sled. (Y/N) rolls her eyes as she jumped off the fence, her feet hitting the snow as she swiped her hand across the little girls head.

Jack watches, intrigued as petals slowly descended towards the girls face. Three petals landed on Sophie's cheeks, her sobbing turning to giggling as she got up, completely forgetting about her tumble.

"You okay, Soph?" Their mother softly questions, the girl only giggling in response as her dog, Abby, places a ball near the girl. "Jamie! Hat," she calls, making him pause with a sigh.

"Impressive!!" Jack compliments as (Y/N)
joins his side once more, bringing his hands up and clapping in a soft applaud.

"I try my best." She plays along, bending into a mock bow as she turns into a full circle, Jack cackling as he watches.

"We don't want Jack Frost nipping at your nose!"

This gains (Y/N) and Jack's attention, making them pause their conversation as they listen.
"Who's Jack Frost?" Jamie questions, a slight mocking tone in his voice as he raises his hat.

"No one, dear, it's like all those Roman diety's that control the seasons. They're no one, it's just an expression."

"Hey!" Jack yells, glaring as the Mom walks past the two.

"Oh for the last time, I'm a Greek diety!! Greek!!" (Y/N) shouts towards the mother, her arms folded and brows furrowed into a glare, watching the three rush off as Jack hops off the fence.

"Who's Jack Frost?" He mocks, gathering some snow and forming a ball. "Roman diety.." Jack makes his voice higher as he mocks their Mom, clicking his tongue as he rolls his eyes.

He blows on the snowball, causing it to glow a faint blue, (Y/N) takes a small step back, her arms in her pockets as she shifts on her feet, a small smile on her face.

It strikes the back of Jamie's head, making him stagger forward and grip his neck. Caleb and Claude laugh, trying to see who threw it.

"To hard idiot!!" (Y/N) scolds in a light tone, smiling as Jack's magic causes Jamie's anger to fade into a look of fun.

He laughs, looking around.

"Okay, who threw that?" He demands in a playful tone as Jack and I approach. "Well, it wasn't Bigfoot, kiddo." Jack replies, making (Y/N) look at him in question.

"Bigfoot?" She asks before gasping with a grin as Jamie throws a snowball at one of his other friends. Another snowball hits a girl, making her yelp and fall back.

"Jamie Bennet! No fair!"

"You struck first!"

(Y/N) and Jack grin, gathering a snowball and throwing them at Claude and Caleb. "Free-for-all!" Jack laughs, throwing a snowball at Jamie.

It strikes his head, making him laugh as he blocks more with his sled.

"All right, who needs ammo?" Jack grins, forming snowballs around the floor with his magic as (Y/N) grabs one, smirking as she throws it at Jack.

"Woah!" He gasps as the snowball flies just above him, making him look at (Y/N) with narrowed eyes and a smirk.

(Y/N) quickly sticks her tongue out at the boy before yelping and laughing as she runs away, Jack in pursuit.

Everyone laughs and cheers, snowballs being thrown everywhere as Jack chases after (Y/N), occasionally throwing snowballs at her and missing.

Jamie laughs as a snowball makes him trip over a snowman. A snowball flies over him, making him gasp as it strikes a figure.

Jack looks up as (Y/N) struggles in his arms while laughing, pausing when she notices the kids became deadly silent.

"Crud! I hit Cupcake!" Pippa gasps in fear.
"She hit Cupcake.." Monty points, (Y/N) watching Cupcake growl angrily as Jack releases her.

"You hit Cupcake?" Caleb whimpers. "Cupcake.." (Y/N) mumbles, "I've seen her during Spring, she's such a gentle kid.."

Jack looks at (Y/N), looking back at Cupcake as an idea forms in his head. Jamie uses his sled to hide behind as Cupcake stomps closer, growling angrily as she holds a sad snowman's head.

A snowball flies in the air, striking her in the
face as she recoils on impact. Claude gasps, looking around. "Did you throw that?"

"No!"

"Wasn't me!" Pippa shakes her head.

(Y/N) looks up at Jack as he balances on his staff, his arm stretched outwards. He smirks as he uses his magic, Cupcake trying to remain angry before she allows herself to laugh.

Everyone laughs as Cupcake chases them with a happy grin, her snowman above her head as she threatens to throw it.

"Oh, a little slippery!" Jack smirks, making
(Y/N) gasp as he freezes their path, Jamie slipping on it and landing on his sled.

"Jamie!"

"Stop, there's traffic!"

"The street!"

...

(Y/N) yelps as she chases after the two, eventually catching up as she flies next to Jack as he uses his magic to carry a screaming Jamie.

"Don't worry, I got him!" Jack replies as they enter traffic, cars honking. A moving truck swerves, the furniture piling out and sliding behind.

Jack casually flies next to Jamie while (Y/N) swoops down next to them, flying besides the two before gasping.

Jamie screams as Jack looks back, noticing the firetruck.

"Keep up with me, Tulip!!" He laughs, swerving the ice path by a man walking a few dogs.

"Take a left!"

"Hey, slow down!" The man angrily yells after Jamie as his dogs get free. "No, no, no, no!" Jamie yelps, gripping his sled tightly as he looks ahead.

"Is that Jamie Bennet?" A woman questions as he flies by. "There we go!" Jack grins as he directs Jamie, who was still somewhat yelling out.

He finally laughs as a man slips, making Jack chuckle and (Y/N) grin before she gasps.

She flies ahead, quickly using the wind to slow the speeding truck down as Jack exlcaims in surprise, using his magic to swerve Jamie left and up.

Jamie yells as his sled flies through the air, his friends watching in awe. Jack grins and nods as (Y/N) joins him, watching as Jamie lands.

"Oh, my gosh!" Pippa yelps as they race to him. "Yeah!" Jack cheers, laughing as he lands on the statue above Jamie.

"Wow, that looks serious! Jamie, are you okay?" His friends fuss after him as they rush to his form.

"That was..." (Y/N) sits besides him, panting heavily and gripping her coat. "We haven't done something like that in forever!" Jack grins at her before looking down at Jamie.

"Woah! Did you guys see that? It was amazing!" Jamie cheers, staggering around as he laughs.

(Y/N) smiles as she watches the enthusiastic boy, Jack leaning against the statue with a small grin.

"I did a jump and I slid under a-!"

(Y/N) yelps as a sofa suddenly rams into the boy. She looks up at Jack, making him cringe with a playful smirk.

"Whoops?"

Jamie's friends all groan sympathetically, approaching the couch. Jamie pops out, presenting a tooth.

"Cool! A tooth!" He cheers, laughing and grinning, revealing his missing front tooth.
"Dude, that means cash!" Caleb grins, excitedly lightly punching his arm.

"Tooth fairy cash!" Claude agrees, nodding.
"Oh, no." Jack shakes his head, (Y/N) cringing as Jack flies towards them.

"No!"

"You lucky bum!" His friends laugh as they begin to walk. "I got to put this under my pillow!" Jamie smiles, skipping along as Claude grabs his sled.

(Y/N) jogs after Jack, sighing as he talks to them.

"Oh, wait a minute! Come on! Hold on, hold on, what about all the fun we just had?" He demands, sighing as he watches them walk away. "That wasn't the Tooth Fairy, that was me and (Y/N)!!"

Jack flies in front of the kids, (Y/N) shaking her head with a sigh as she joins him.

"I mean, what's a guy gotta do to get a little attention around here?"

He gasps as they walk through them, sighing softly and shaking his head as he grips his staff.

(Y/N) shivers as Jamie passes through her, her hands turning to fists as she approaches her friend.

"Hey.." she mumbles, placing a soft hand against his cheek and turning his head towards her. Jack sniffs, his eyes welling with tears as he harshly rubs them with his palms.

"You'll be okay." (Y/N) whispers, bringing the boy into a hug, her hands wrapped around his neck and shoulders, pulling him in tight. Jack hums lazily, pressing his cheek against the girls shoulder blade.

"You always say that." He mumbles, his voice soft as he grips her coat, his sniffles subsiding.

(Y/N) hums gently, rubbing her hand up and down Jack's neck before placing a firm kiss to the crown of his head. She pulls away, her hand still resting against the nape of his neck as the two lock eyes.

"Maybe because it's true.."
