GoEun pov

SUNDAY NIGHT

I roll up into the apartment building going to the front desk. Looking at my phone messaging my Mom that I have arrived safely at 2:30 AM, I am soo tired. 

"Hello, how may I help you?" The lady at the desk said. 'People still work at front desks of apartment buildings?' I say to my self.

 "Hi my name is Kim GoEun.. My room is 203... may I have my key??" I say politely even though I wanted to be done with this. "Identification please?" She says with a nice smile.

"Sure...here." I give her my ID card from my wallet. 

"Ohh I love your wallet.... Oh you got the floor where all the cute guys are. Okay, here's your key Enjoy your stay!!" she says.

  "Can you make sure to get me a wake up call by 11:30 to make sure I'm not dead?" I asked she nodded I gave her a slight bow and left.  When I got to my apartment I dropped everything and went to sleep.

THE NEXT DAY

*RIINNGG*... I lazily sit up and reach for my phone. 

"What is it." I say clearing my voice. 

"GoEun Thank goodness I thought you were dead! It's me the desk lady from earlier this morning my shift ended right after you left and the lady who comes after me is mean so I took your number and decided to call you...." Her voice boomed into my ear.

 "Thank you i'm still alive.... I didn't get your name." I asked her entering the bathroom. "Ohh my name is Kim Min!! Call me if you ever need anything! Byeee!" Min said. 

"Bye." I said ending the call.

I look at my self in the mirror and roll my eyes.

 "Let's get started." I say getting my face ready for washing. I do my daily morning routine and go to the living room I check through all the boxes looking for my clothes. 'The house looks so empty without the furniture in, I'm glad they brought the bed first.'

 I look around for my carry on and find it by the front door I take my speaker and connect it to my phone blasting out Glam- I Like That first. Yes I do listen to old song but this song got suck in my head. I get to work on putting and arranging everything. i'm half way finished when my Mom called, 

"Hi Mom!" I say so happily.

"Hi, how are you? Are you fine did you sleep well? Did you eat? What time did you sleep i hope you didn't stay on your phone the whole time.. or brought a boy home, Did you???" she said. 

"Momm! You worry too much and There is no boy here." I say rolling my eyes.

"Ayigoo, Just checking on my baby!"

 "Anyways I was talking with Aunt Ling and Hyeyeon is in apartment in room number 204."

"Go talk to her, Mom has to cook for your dad now bye, I love you and clean your apartment!!" She said before ending the call. I look at my phone and roll my eyes at the picture my mom put for her contact but I laugh then kiss it.

I put on my music and finished everything within 10 songs. I go to the shower to rid of the sweat and pick out my blue crop top hoodie with some black skinny jeans and black converse. Don't worry I wore a tank top under my crop top hoodie.

I look through my bag and find the envelope mom slipped in my bag when she thought I wasn't looking I take out the card and the money. I put the card on my bedside table and put the money in my wallet. I took my bag and put my phone and other necessary things, I grab my dad's old baseball hat put it on and went out of the apartment.

locked the door and walked down to the nearest grocery shop where I bought some ramen noodles (in a cup),  chips, chocolate chip and vanilla ice cream. I was going to buy some rice and pasta but remembered I don't have any pots or pans. I went to go check out the candy isle to add some candy bars and some bottles of water, juice, and I walked out of there. 

Once I got home I placed the items I got on the counter, then I put the ramen in the microwave (that came with the apartment) and looked for my pajama shorts and a random shirt to change my clothes. As I heard the microwave indicating it was done I got the noodles and went to my room and ate them while watching Marriage Not Love.

 When I went to go throw away the noodle cup someone was at my door. I looked through the peeping hole that was a bit too high and see two guys, Min and another girl .  I tell them in coming and slip on some sweats pants. I open the door. 

"HI!!" Min said. 

"Hello?" I say. 

"Oh come in I don't have any furniture but I have seats at my island." I opened up for them. 

After they all settled down "Okay, Hi GoEun we are the official unofficial welcoming committee, you already know me but I am Min the leader." Min said.

 "Hi, i'm Lee Hyeyeon I live in 204." Hyeyeon said and smirked at me. 

"Hello I am Oh Sehun, I live in 206." Sehun said giving me a slight wave. 

"Hey, I am Huang Zitao but call me Tao. I live in 201." Tao said with a slight smile.

 "Uh Hi i'm Kim GoEun so you probably know thank you all for visiting!" I say giving the most not so mean smile ever.

 "Oh we got you something!" Sehun said running towards the door. 

"Ta-da!" They all say "Welcome to the neighborhood!!!" I smile and give them a slight bow. 

"This is so pretty thank you!!!" They  took pictures and hung out before Min had to leave Sehun,Hyeyeon, and Tao left too. I envy them, I am sure if my heart was never broken I would've been bubbly like old times.

"Hey 204!!" I shouted running up to her.

"Long time since we've seen each other!!!" she came and hugged me 

"Hyeyeon your squeezing me to hard." She broke the hug

"It been a while since I've seen my cousin and I missed you a lot and you've lost a lot of weight." Hyeyeon said looking at my body.

"Did I?" I asked and she nodded.

 We talk and talk she invites me over to hers for dinner and I accepted we ate rice and sweet potatoes. I stole some sushi from her fridge before I left. Well, it isn't stealing if I told her I took it. As I got home I showered and changed. I went down to see if Min was there and she was she invited me to go shopping the next day and I agreed. I went back to my apartment and sent it to my family group chat.
