Sonic and everyone else still decided to tag along with me. Which would make sense, I would use the help to bring all the stuff we'll need into the water

"Ill need six air tanks, plus flippers, and two pairs of goggles...I should have my card on me- Ah! Here it is! How much will it all cost?" I was inside of the store. Getting the equipment we all needed to find the Chaos Emerald that was in the ocean.

"Forget it! You don't owe me a dime! The government center notice to all shops owners that it'll cover your bill as part of its "Kid Genius and Blue Blur budget". Is there anything else I can get for you guys?" He asks kindly...Did they really now address us as that name? I don't hate it- wait how did they even know that name? We didn't make it public... I glare at Sonic who shrugs smuggly...

"Mmmh... is there anything else I need?..." I put a finger under my chin thinking. "It might help if you told me what you're driving for." I gulp. Thinking of a lie quick. Before looking at a model sale boat on the store clerks desk.

"Hey! This awesome ship model is exactly like the one on that painting, right?" I asked him. Pointing at the painting behind the clerk. "Oh, yeah, they're the same. You see, this ship was lost at sea a long time ago, and there's a legend that it's sank near here with a huge load of gold. Folks here think the legends true."

I stare at the painting with admiration. A sunken ship, hidden treasure, a unsolved mystery... I wasn't to sure if what he was saying legit....or if it was an old tourist gag most people do to people who visit. But right now, one adventure is enough for me. We finally got everything we needed. We thanked the store clerk and headed off to get the boat.

We were now out on the sea. We got the boat and all the equipment we need for our mission. "Don't worry, you two! We'll be with you in case you get into trouble!" Amy says to us. "But we know you two will do great down there!" Tails also reassures us...and by us I mostly mean the person who can't swim and absolutely hates H2O. "Don't forget to take long deep breaths okay?" Chris informs Sonic. Who nods in response.

"Alright, let's do this. Thank goodness theses things are now water proof." Setting my ticket boots in water mode. "Alright. I want everyone staying close okay? Good. Ready Sonic?" I put on the oxygen tank mask. About to hop in. Until Amy stopped me. "Y/N! Your outfit! Why don't you have a swim suit on?" She said to me in a mother like scolding. Not wanting me to get my clothes soaked.

"Oh yeah! Your right. Don't worry, it's under my clothes." I take off my pants and shorts. Leaving me in my swim suit. Amy had actually picked this out for me. She was good when it came to fashion. She actually managed to pick the one that's actually my style. Who knows, if she stayed in our world long enough she just might be a model or maybe even a fashionista. Personally, she seems more like a baker/chef type of gal. But I'll support her no matter what she is. She had a good heart and does love her friends.

"Like my swim suit?" I show off a bit. Thinking I looked cool in it.
(Remember! Theses are just examples. You don't have to wear theses you can wear whatever you like or is comfortable for you. Me personally I don't like such a revealing swimsuit but that's just me. I am not you.)

Sonic stared at my swim suit. He scratches his head and laughs sheepishly. "You look cool like always..." "Awe, thanks Blue. Anyways- cya at the bottom. Cheese your in charge of the boat!" I wink and place on the oxygen device. Sitting at the edge of the boat and falling in backwards. Getting a good headstart. While also waiting for Sonic, and the others. Not to long after they followed. Sonic reaching out for my hand so he could get better grip in the water. Sense the poor blue hedgehog was not a good swimmer.

{No One's POV(⁠⌐⁠■⁠-⁠■⁠)}

Rumbling from underneath the water could be heard. As a giant Splash explosion happens. Rising from the water was a giant ship. Aircraft ship if you will... A very vaguely familiar aircraft ship...With a logo unlike the rest... Robotnik. The shift seemed to be fine on the outside but it was mostly damaged on the inside. Considering it wasn't fully waterproof but it still kept them afloat. Not to mention most of the wiring was damaged from the last battle.

Dr. Eggman was dirty and covered with soot. Ordering his henchmen like robots to get started on the repairs. Which they complained slightly from not doing to good with working in water conditions. Of course, their boss not really caring.

He was more worried about another thing that has been bugging him. That fact that even after he told her the truth of who she is and what she was made for...and yet she still chose to be what that blasted blue hedgehog. It made his face red. The fact that his own daughter would take in a liking to his nurse enemy really threw him off the edge. He needed to find a way to bring her back...maybe he should have added an EVIL code into the machine when creating her...After all, she was created from his DNA. Certainly she had SOME type of evil in her.

It wasn't to much of a fail. She was claimed to be the smartest in the world. Graduating school at just 13 years old. And even has scientist taking a look back at their work to see their mistakes. He was grateful for that...what he wasn't grateful about - is that this whole time her talents have been used for doing the wrong thing!

It was nerve-wracking not to mention irritating at the least. How he did miss his prescious Maria...He already lost one, he wasn't going to loose another again. But how to do so, when she is with the enemy and apparently they both seem rather TOO close...This must be what fathers feel like when their little girl gets a boyfriend...

"NO NO! OVER NY EVIL GENIUS BODY! No daughter of mine will even be with that Hedgehog!" He slams his fist down out of anger. Startling Decoe and Bocoe. As they heard his rambling about their sister. (Yes, they see you as a sister.) The TV turns on after his ferocious hit. As it just so happened to play the news.

"Now it's time for the SSTV Sonic and KG news update! After defeating Dr. Eggman, the duo and their friends are taking a much deserve holiday."

Hearing those words did NOT make the doctor happy. He was quite baffled by this as well as completely acrimonious. "HOLIDAY!? THEY GET A HOLIDAY?!" He shouts. Bocoe and Decoe agreeing. "But Sonic is a goof-off! We work harder than he does! And much more than Kid Genius!" "We never had a day off since we were activated. This is unfair!! Robots need vacations too!" They yell out in a protest like manner. Finding it unfair, even if they were robots- Robotnik always some how made them so aware of feelings. So much that it almost felt like they were actually alive in a way.

Eggman growls as he looked at the picture on the screen. Sonic and Maria (A.k.a Kid Genius, A.k.a Y/N) holding hands with him on the boat. Close to one another. His face goes red and his world go red with heated anger.

"I'll make Sonic PAY."

"The Choas Emerald is getting brighter. We must be getting close." Tails holds out the Chaos Emerald as a light source and to also help them navigate through the deep blue water to find the other emerald. The rest of the guys were swimming through. Meanwhile, Sonic was just walking casually on the sea floor, and KG was using her rocket boots to held get around. That was her legs would get to tired from swimming.

"Hey look!" Chris pointed out in front of them. They get a closer look to see what exactly it was...it was a giant ship! It was kinda destroyed, decompose, and had green algae all over it. "That must be the ship the guy in the diving shop told me about." Y/N got a closer look. It was truly incredible. She wonder what year it was when it sunk. And if the treasure is true- could it still really be inside...Man, was curiosity one of her biggest flaws.

"It looks like that's where we'll find the Choas Emerald too." Tails chips in. Now KG was really excited. Before Sonic could even speak a word- she had read his mind. "THEN what are we waiting for?? Let's check it out!" Her rocket boots gave her a fast boost. Quickly swimming to the ship with so much excitement. Maybe she could find some parts and research it's carbon just to see how old it is?

Once they had finally gone inside. It didn't take them long to find the treasure. It was gorgeous. So much gold and it glowed brightly like magic. Everyone circled around it in awe. Completely amazed by its glory and beauty. From pieces of gold, golden objects, to Golden jewelry, to so many other things. "So the legend was true-... It's all right here!" "It's amazing..." "Think of how much jewelry you could make with all this gold!"

The Choas Emerald began to glow even brighter now. "This is glowing at full brightness now! I bet the new Chaos Emerald is buried somewhere under all this gold! We'll have to dig through the treasure to find it." Said the yellow two tail fox. "Right, but that could take us forever." Chris adds in. Before we all notice something moving underneath all the gold. As a giant claw sticks out startling all of them.

But just for it to just be a crab... A crab that had the chaos emerald! Sonic takes a step forward. "Oh, no way!" He said in disbelief. "He's got the Chaos Emerald!" Chris shouts. "...Do you think he'll give it to us?" The fox asked. Making KG chuckle a bit. "You ever seen a crab? Let's just say they are the stingiest animals known to this world..."

Sonic got closer to the crab as he leans over the chest of gold. Laying his upper body on top of it and glaring at the crab. A vein popping out on the side of his head from irritation. "Hold it, right there." He says to the deep sea creature. Startling it slightly. "We need that Chaos Emerald." He tells the crab, who just responds with grumbles. "Drop it or I'll give you something to be crabby about." He ordered the crab more. Y/N is just dying at this point. Trying to contain her laughter as best she could. Thinking Sonic having beef with a crab was the funniest thing ever to her.

The crab began to babble slightly.... Kind of being a little bit intimidated. So it just throws the Chaos Emerald and quickly makes a run for it sideways. The Chaos Emerald landing in Amy's hand. "Nice catch, Ames." I complimented to the pink hedgehog who giggles with glee. "This vacation turns out to be very rewarding." Cream hugs Y/N leg with excitement. "We're one Emerald closer to going home!" She just looked so adorable. Y/N promise her that she will make sure she gets home safely to her mother. She was gonna miss her though..
But- she could just come along with them. After all that's what Sonic wants her to do- she was still gonna need a while to think about it.

"Your vacation is over, Sonic!"

A very familiar tone ring in their ears. Looking over to see someone they really hoped they wouldn't see today. Dr. Eggman and his now submarine ship were right in front of them. Y/M groans, placing her hands on the side of her head. "Awe man! I knew this day was going to be too good to be true! Why does he have to ruin the fun for everything..." She huffed. "All right, let's go kick his butt again." She adjusted her goggles. Sonic nodding at her. "You guys get back to the boat. We can handle Eggman and his robots ourselves." He tells his friends. Wanting them to not be caught up in the dangerous situation. They agree but tell them to be careful. As they swim off.

Eggman shipped released a jellyfish like robot. With really really long metal tentacles. KG took a flying start and kicks straight through one of the tentacles breaking it in half. Looking over at Sonic who easily dodged one of the tentacles aiming straight at him. The disadvantages of that though, he couldn't run underwater. Making him get hit harshly. She didn't waste any time going over to him, and quickly grabbing his hand. Thank goodness she was here, or else he would have a very hard time trying to defeat Eggman.

"Thanks again! How many saves is this now?'

"5/4."

"Man, and here I thought I was supposed to be the hero."

"You are. You just seem to always fall in my hands~"

Sonic laughs and pushes her face with his hand. Blushing slightly on his tan cheeks. "Yeah yeah! Whatever! Think you can bring us back to the surface?" "You don't even have to say please." Both of them look over at, Eggman. Sonic pulling his lower eyelid and closing his other eye tauntingly at him. As Y/N places her thumb on her forehead and wiggles her fingers at him. Her rocket boots power up before shooting them straight up in the air and out of the water.

Ripping off their oxygen tank things, and throwing them to the side. Sadly though, they weren't in the clear yet. As the tentacles shot up from the water and grabs both of them. Holding them up in the air. "Hey! Get your tentacles off of me!" "Stupid freaky machine!!"

Chris and the others look up at their friends in shock. Seeing that they were in trouble. "Put them down!" Yelled out Chris. But not before the sound of a jet ski riding on top of the water catches their attention. As it was Uncle sam! Chris's famous racer Uncle. The brother of Mrs. Thorndyke.

"Uncle Sam!!"

"I heard you might be in a jam, so I sped right over!" He speeds over a bit closer to where the two Heroes were. Taking out the jet skis rope handle out and throwing it at them. "Grab this and you can ski your way free!"

KG kicks one of the tentacles off of her foot breaking her free. As Sonic wraps his arms around her neck. She grabs a hold of the handle as Uncle Sam begins to speed off. Yanking them both towards him. Using her rocket boots to help them stand up straight. This was honestly kind of fun for her, Sonic and the other hand did not enjoy the water. "Hey Sonic, would it be funny if I were to do this one-handed?" "I swear to chaos, if you drop me and I fall into the water. I will use every Mint condition comic book you ever own and use it as toilet paper." He said with a serious face.

Eggman's jellyfish robot didn't stop there. As a bunch of rockets shoot out from the tentacles. Aiming straight at them. But they just kept on missing past them. "C'mon, you can do better than that, Eggman!" They both said in unison. They both blush at that.

"Sonic!!" Tails from above shouts out. Holding a ring and showing it to them. "A ring! Here, catch!!" The two-tailed fox throws it to him as he catches it with ease. The girl watches as Sonic begins to glow. As he lets go of her back and begins to spin dash. So fast that he was basically speeding on top of water. Until he actually began to float up in the air and crashed straight through eggman's robot. Causing it to explode.

"Oh yeah! Way to go Sonic!!" Y/N cheered. Throwing a fist up in the air with excitement. Losing her balance as she nearly fell. But her rocket boots lifted her up in the air before she even had the chance to. Meeting Sonic up in the air. She looks over at him and give him a thumbs up. Uncle Sam also doing the same. Sonic returning the favor. "Thanks guys."

The sun had set as they were all on the yacht Mr. Tanaka had brought over. Who had apparently been there the whole time to make sure Chris and Y/N were out of trouble...

Sonic and Y/N we're sitting at the edge of the front of the yacht. Sitting next to one another as they look up at the beautiful sunset. "Well, today was certainly exciting. Wouldn't you agree?" Asked KG, taking off her goggles and rubbing her eyes. Her red eyes looking up at the sky. Taking in the beautiful scenery. Sonic looks art her. A small smile appears on his face. "It really was, Kid Genius..." She felt his hand taking hers and bringing her face closer to his. "Sonic- mhpf!" She felt the blue hedgehog kiss the side of her lips. Making all the blood rush up to her face. Her S/C getting hot. "...Looks like your the one who's now fallen in my hands~" He said in her ear. He chuckles at her. Her getting heated up physically and mentally.

"S-... SONIC!!!!"
