i . s c h e d u l e
    ( i ) . as a trainee, it is required to give the company 
their daily schedule to allow adjustment.
    ( ii ) . trainees will slowly audition into the required 
              schedule and be given a few days for
              adjustment. accommodations and suggestions
              can be submitted for review, yet must be
              permitted by the supervisor to be permanent
              or followed.
    ( iii ) . by contract, anyone signed under goldlock
               will abide and attend the events accordingly;    
               meals, practices, and all systems involved in 
               the schedule may only be missed with a
good excuse.

i i . h e a l t h
( i ) . a requirement of two consistent meals with
              a bottle of water is required per day to prevent
fatigue, dizziness, and other health concerns.
diets must be given by professionals.
     ( ii ) . upon report or concern for unhealthy dietary
               restrictions, the artist will be supervised during
               and after meals. if necessary, the company will
               punish the artist or breach contract.
( iii ) . precautions will be cared for when an artist is
injured, sick, or diagnosed with any mental/
physical issues. there will be a doctor provided
and health insurance covered. if serious, there
will be a choice to end the contract.
( iv ) . there is a requirement for an artist to exercise
at least thirty minutes per day of their choice:
dance, yoga, work out, etc. any major injury
               will have the artist prevent harming themselves
further- and any minor injury will adjust their
exercise routine if necessary.

i i i . d r u g s & a l c o h o l
( i ) . minors under the age of twenty-one — korean
age — are not permitted to consume any
             alcohol. each day and night there will be alcohol
             tests given by the manager or a staff member
             to minors.
    ( ii ) . adults may only be under the influence of
alcohol mildly in the public eye and will be
monitored. privately, an idol is allowed to
heavily drink among peers or individually.
( iii ) . no artist signed under goldlock entertainment
are allowed to be under the influence of drugs
for pleasure. any medication prescribed by a
doctor for personal reasons will be given
in moderation and supervised by advisory to
prevent abuse.
( iv. ) . three drug tests per month will be given
with no pre-warning or specified schedule.
any suspicion will require an immediate
drug test. if a second test is positive from a
                different situation, the contract will be
                breached.

i v . r o m a n c e
( i ) . as a trainee, there is no dating ban that prohibits
             anyone under the contract to date of their 
             preference. however, near debut and after,
             the trainee is required to break off the 
             relationship with their significant other. both
             may not contact each other and intimacy with
             a potential partner is prohibited unless fan
             service.
( ii ) . there is a two month dating ban before the artist
              is able to date privately after debut and a five
              month public dating ban before the artist is able
              to publicly announce it. unless it damages the
              company's image, the relationship will be
              supported.
( iii ) . dating during the ban, without permission
                from the company, will be a breach of contract
                and can result in paid compensation.
                consequences may be harsher if relationship
                is found out publicly.

v . s o c i a l m e d i a
    ( i ) . socials before debut are mildly allowed on
             instagram, weibo, and twitter platforms.
however, posts will be highly monitored and
             must not include mention of the company,
             the label, and/or the training.
    ( ii ) . after debut artists may freely join other
              social media platforms with the company
              and label name. it's required to willingly
              give staff or manager free reign to
              check posts.
    ( iii ) . staff and managers will routinely check 
               social media. it's allowed for the supervision
               to become less frequent if entrusted the
               artist will not jeopardize goldlock or jessi
labels.

v i . r e p r e s e n t a t i o n
    ( i ) . as an artist under goldlock entertainment,
             he/she/they are responsible for representing
             the company. publicity pays a huge part
             in an artists' success.
( ii ) . upon a major scandal that is unfortunately true,
the major hit to stocks the company retrieves
must be compensated 1/3 of it from the artist.
in goldlock, we will protect the artist as best
              we can to minor scandals and false rumors.
