Author POV ...

"Seatbelt!!"Arjun said as soon as they seated in thr car.
"Huhh??" Meera asked not understanding his point. She was lost in her thinking and making every possible way to stay away from him. She was clam from outside but panicking from inside whenever she think living alone with him.
"Wear the seatbelt " he commanded looking at Meera. She quickly wore the seatbelt.
He started driving and she looked out of the window. She didn't want any interaction between them.
Arjun wanted to hold her hand while driving but he know he can't! He mentally groaned on his helpless side.

Currently they were in the car going towards his villa in Bangalore.
Yeah! They are in Bangalore.
They just landed one hours ago and now they were going towards there home..

Meera was closing her eyes resting her lead on the seat. Suddenly she opened my eyes as she felt her pulling away.
She opened her eyes to see him looking at her and his hand were on air like he was about to catch something.

She looked away and stayed still.

"You ok?" She head his voice,without looking at him she nooded her head.
Arjun looked at Meera to assure himself. As per Arjun Meera was looking so elegant beautiful in her yellow silk saree.

Arjun blow a horn indicating the watching to open the gate.
Meera looked out of the window to see her new house.
Her mouth was slightly open as she saw the total height of that building The giant building was towering over her.

She smiled a bit unknowingly when she saw many big windows.
She always loves the house which has many windows they keep the house airy.
As they step out of the car a dog came running. As he saw Arjun he jump at him.

Meera saw the dog and she smiled. A big one!
Arjun slide inside the car and came out only to having a yellow ball in his hand. Arjun gave this ball to that dog.
When the dog catched the ball. That day started jumping,barking,licking Arjun too. He just ruffled his head and then stand up.
"Buddy calm down" he said while smiling. Meera's while focus was on the dog so she misses the heart taking view.
Arjun wasn't very affected by the dog. He love him but now he has to do other work first. He just smiled a bit and get inside. Hoping meera will follow him.
Meera looked at Arjun's back when he walk away. She know she has to follow him but then her eyes went to that dog who was looking at her.
She knee down and play with him a little.

Arjun didn't felt her following as the sound of her anklets wasn't there anymore. He looked back to see Meera was with the dog. She was talking to him like he was her best friend.
Arjun lean down his body on the door and folded his arms around his chest. He started to enjoy the scene.
He mentally made a note that he needs to buy a dog. This dog wasn't his. It was Gaurav's.
Unknowing a smile also creept in Arjun's lip. He saw her talking to that dog.
He badly wanted wanted Meera to smile at him.
He badly wanted Meera to talk to him.

He wanted to have her in his arms.
He want Meera's attention for him.
He want her to stay beside him forever.

But here he wasn't getting any!

He tried to turn around, living her alone, afterall he was the great Arjun Rajvanshi who didn't give a single glace to girl's! but here He forced Meera to marry him without giving any proper reason and for surprise she rejected him on the first place!!He definitely had to work on it. She really hit his ego knowingly or unknowingly. But again he didn't mind at all.

He wanted to himself. Arrogant, egoistic, and many much with her also. But no!! He always find himself doing something unexpected.
Now also!
He was promising himself that he will try from every cell in the body, he will made his relationship work out!He will do anything for her smile.

Without knowing he was being so passionate, possessive about her..

Meera felt his eyes on her she looked up for a second to see him looking at her. Deeply.
Intensely.

She looked down and walk upto him. Her cheeks were bright slightly.Arjun noticed the change in Meera all of sudden.

Arjun stand straight in his full height towering over her. Meera was feeling intimidate. Arjun wasn't planning to tease her any bit. He moved as soon as Meera stand near him.
"Follow me" he said softly to her which surprise him also.

She nodded at him, Meera wanted to play with the dog for few more time.

What's him name??

Merry thought about the dog, Arjun know she was following him as her anklets were making sound.
He turned when they were near the stairs he turned back towards her only too see her looking back at the dog who was standing on the door playing with the ball.

"Her name is Lucy " Arjun said nowhere. Meera looked down instantly. For him she was open book which he can read easily! Only one thing about her wasn't catched by Arjun.

Why she run away from him?

Meera looked back and took the dog's name in mind and smiled.
Lucy..

"Its not mine.... its Gaurav's. " he said trying to make a conversation. He enjoyed silence but the silence Between them was unbearable for him.
Meera only hummed in response not wanting any conversation.

"Do you like her?" He asked once they were on the second floor. Without looking at him she nooded. She was getting nervous every second. She didn't want to reply him anything but also she didn't want to make him angry!
She didn't want to see his that side!

Arjun can see,she wasn't making conversation.
He sighed deeply and didn't said anything after that.
He stooped near a closed door that made Meera stop too.

"This is your room" Arjun said with a blank face.

Yours??

He wanted Merra near him all time but he also know he can't just get in her personal space and also when she didn't want it!

Arjun opened the door only for Meera to gasp in surprise. The room was fully white and grey giving her positive and peaceful vibes. The small plant near door and the big window was also attractive to her.

Arjun looked at her to see whether she liked it or not. He smile as he saw her eyes roamed over everything they can.

"You like it?" Arjun asked knowing very well about her answer but then he didn't want to pass any chances to talk to her,to hear her soft low voice.
"Yess!!" Meera chirped forgetting where and with whom she was.

She looked around to see there was two door attached to her room.
Arjun moved toward the other door and opened it. It was her big closet.
"It had nearly everything you need" Arjun said softly. He was happy that Meera replied him.
He himself made sure they her room was perfect.

She saw many cloths were hanging there. She moved in to see a full side filled with saree.

It was Arjun's idea. He thinks Meera look so beautiful in saree. Not like she didn't look good in any other attire.

She opened one cupped to see filled with her underwear!

Meera immediately closed the cupboard and her cheeks turn red. Her heart accreted with the only thought of him knowing this much information about her.Arjun was also looking at her when she opened that cupboard.
His ears turned red in embarrassment. He know her size also but he didn't know that this situation will come anytime soon.

There was a awkward silence between then. Her cheeks were still warm. She was feel so embarrassed. Arjun rubbed his back of the neck with his hand.
"I'll be back" he said hurriedly and went out. He cursed himself for being like this.He didn't felt this awkward when he was giving order for all this.

Meera was standing on the middle of her closet.

Can't I control my curiosity?

After Arjun was gone from her room she went to close the door she didn't want any other embarrass moment.

The next room from her was Arjun's room. When he was on the door of his room. He sigh went back to her room.
He need to know she was comfortable or not.. he also wanted to tell her few things.

Meera was on her door to lock it from inside. Shr pushed thr door with herself when someone came in front of her.

Arjun!!

Unknown there nose brushed with each other. For one second they were so close to kiss each other. Meera immediately took a step back creating distant between them.
Arjun didn't plan it! He was there for talking to her but when he reach to her door suddenly she came with a force.
He was so close to her. DAMM!

Again Meera was red due to sudden closeness and cursing herself. She lowered her head with running heartbeat. Arjun cursing under this breath and then took a step back also.

"My room is next to you... if you needed anything just come ok" he said. He didn't felt. Awkward or anything wrong. He felt right on whatever happened.

"Take rest and dinner will be served in 2 hours " he said watching his wrist watch.
She nooded st him within looking at him.
He was irritated because of her this attitude!

He don't know why but he wanted her to look in his eyes while talking.
Thinking he went back to his room.

As he went inside he saw his room was changed. He sighed knowing it was her mother doing. She was telling him to renovate his house there before his marriage but he be her listen. So she did it herself.

After taking showers he laid on his bed. In no time he fall asleep.
Meera also took a warm shower as the weather wasn't very warm outside. She was thankful to him to give her a separate room. But then she again think why he given her a separate room.
She was thinking about it but her eyes wasn't supporting. She was tired so
She also slept after sometime letting go this topic.

Meera was in deep sleep when she heard a knock on the door. She just hummed in response but then again she heard the know.
With making face she woke up.
She looked around in confusion and then remember that she was in Bangalore!

She again heard a knock on the door then she stood up from bed and went to open the door.
Arjun was knocking on her door. Dinner was ready so he was there to take her with him.

He knocked two times but there wasn't any response other than 'humm'
When he knocked for the for third time the door opened slowly by Meera who was rubbing her eyes to hey rid of her sleep.
Arjun Looked at her in awe. She was looking like a kid.
She was looking irritated. Her eyes were red from sleeping. Cheeks were quite puffy.
He hardly controlled his smile.

In his eyes she was looking ultra cute.

Once Meera was done with rubbing her eyes she looked at the person standing near her. She quickly stand straight but lowering her head.
Meera lost the count as how many time she embarrassed herself.

Arjun can't help but smrik form on his lip.

"Dinner is ready... go freshen up and come down" he said casually.
And went down himself.
Meera took a sigh on relief and headed to the bathroom. She looked at herself and saw her state. Shr didn't expected anything better.
She freshen up and went downstairs.
She was looking here and there like a lost puppy. Her eyed went to Arjun's room on the way but she ignored it.She followed the route in which she went upstairs earlier.
Once she was downstairs she looked around. She saw a women in her late forties walking in kitchen.
She didn't sported Arjun yet which she was thankful.
She directly went towards kitchen. She was on the way when her foot accidentally kicked on thr small table placed on the gate of kitchen.

She was about to fall when a hand slip on round her waist catching her.
Arjun was near the sofa when he saw Meera coming. He went toward her when she was about to fall. He run to catch her.

Meera quickly stood up from there position.
"Careful Merra " he said in dispointed tone.
Shr muttered a sorry and stood still.
She wasn't knowing what to do.
Arjun went to the dinning table and sat on the head chair.

"Come" he commanded her and she did it quietly.

She sat three chairs away from him.
He wanted her to sit close to him.

The dinner was served and soon finished. Arjun didn't serve Meera himself but made sure she take everything.

"She is Madhu aunty. Caretaker of our house. She came around 9am and will leave around 6pm." He informed her. That women smiled warmly to him and she returned it.
After dinner she directly went to her room.
They went toward there room after sometime.
Meera slept ignoring all the thought she was going through but Arjun was awake for good hour.
He was restless. He wanted Meera near him. He was tensed with his own turn of emotion.
Her ignorance, her inattentive action toward him,her lack of attention to him, the distance between them was doing many things to him.
He wanted her all for himself but here he wasn't getting a single percent of her.
It was irritating him. Making him angry.

'I have to do something ' he said to himself.
He really has to do something. But for what?
Getting the damm woman out of his mind or going inside damm woman's mind!! He don't know.

Next morning was same. He didn't wanted but he did. He knocked on Meera's door. She again came in the same postures.they did there breakfast together still separated.

Arjun wasn't liking it a bit. This silence was eating him.

After breakfast she directly went towards her room on order to ignore him.
He has to go office today. He wanted to Meera to say atleast bye. But she didn't.
Arjun was continuously trying to make conversation between them.

He was making efforts to extend but he was getting any results.

This was something different from Arjun!

He sigh and went to office.
At evening unknowingly the first thing he wanted to see was Meera's face but he only get silent house in return.

He wasn't ok with her this behaviour but he let it go.

They again had dinner together. Arjun was looking at her time to time but Meera was concentrated on her plate.
Whenever they did there meal together her heart beat like drum. Panic was all she felt inside. She didn't want to face him. Didn't want to even look at him.
She didn't want to have there meal together even but she didn't want to make him angry.

Meera was being irritated by Arjun. He again was trying to make conversation between them.. she was trying her best to ignore him.

Like this a week went off.
Till now Arjun was going crazy about her. He didn't even saw her properly. She was ignoring his existence totally.

Are was going mad after ever passing minute. He was trying his best.
He was ignoring his Male ego when he try to talk to her. He was annoying with himself. No matter what but he can't let anyone play with his self respect but here she was!
Everyday they have there meal together Arjun made sure of it. He always share about something like how was his day, any office incidence, about food with her. He also serve her plate himself,which Meera deny but!

Did he listen anyone??

Arjun was tired of making efforts alone he was making efforts he also wanted her to do same. He wasn't understanding the reason why she was always running away from him.
He know he did mistakes,he hurt her but he was also trying to cure his mistakes,her heart! ALONE.

Now his mind wasn't working.he was thinking how to get her attention. He was regretting her giving separate room.

He was thinking about taking her out or anything but somewhere he knows she don't want to be in a same dinning table with him let alone go somewhere!!

Currently he was in office going through dozens of files. He was being grumpy. He shout at anyone any time
He know it was wrong,throwing you frustration on anyone but he can't help.

Suddenly the door open revealing his best friend. Arjun know nobody will dare to entre in his cabin without permission. He know its Gaurav.

His face was still buried in files,when he sat on the chair infront of him.
Gaurav heard his best friend's mood swings in office, he also knew the reason.
May Arjun didn't share it with him but can you help! He was his bestfriend he knew his friend better than anyone more than anyone.

"Hey man! I am here look!" He says sarcastically trying to joke but then stopped seeing the frown on his besti's face.
Arjun took deep breath to clam himself.

"What happene?" Gaurav asked knowing the reason somewhere but he wanted to share it with him
Losing a little, relaxing a little.

"Nothing " he said coldly. He knew well his bestfriend. He knew he can share his frustration,his feeling,his anger with him but somewhere he knew if he did Gaurav may think something bad about Meera. And the last thing he want to have in his life was Gaurav disliking Meera.

Arjun stood up and from his chair and went toward his window wall where he can see the crowd in the city. Gaurav knew his friend how much passionate about Meera he was. How much crazy was he about her but he will not accept it until he found it himself.
Gaurav also stood up silently. He went near him and placed his hand on the shoulder.

There was silences between them but Gaurav can feel the tension,the frustrated his friend was going through.
He wanted him to feel relief. He wanted him to be relaxed but he can't.

He knew that his friend was in mistakes but he knew more. He didn't this mistakes willingly. He had to!

Gaurav Sighed and took a deep breath.

"Give her time Arjun. It's new for her" he said the simple sentence with hidden heavy meaning.

Arjun didn't act like he heard but he did. Gaurav went out from his cabin he knew his friend needs time to proceed his mind.
As Gaurav was out he punches the wall with so much force that he hand started bleeding.
But did he care!
No!

He was feeling like a trash, trying and trying only.

Give her time.

Arjun think about his words. He clenched his teeth and fist in anger. He was so disturbed,stressed about his emotions he was feeling now.
Only the thoughts of her away from his cause pain in his heart.

Taking deep breath he decided what to do next.

"I'll do it."
