Hey everyone! 

I know it's been a really long time since I posted anything and it's amazing how time quickly flies. I wrote this book in the middle of 2018-2019...like I said It's been a long A$$ time and the math isn't mathing for me right now. I was around 18 or 19 when I first wrote this book and was completely new to Wattpad. 

Firstly, I am immensely grateful for the readership I have gained over the years, and the connections I've built, and this is something I truly value and do not take for granted. No matter how many books I'll publish or how many have been published... I doubt there will ever come a day when I can sit back and go "This is it...I'm done.'' No. I want to continue writing with the hopes that my books can be your library where you as a reader, can unwind and forget what you have to prepare for tomorrow, while my characters can make you feel a certain sense of calm, ease, and excitement. 

Secondly, I have seen myself evolve and grow as a reader. This book was my stepping stone. I have days where I come back here and go ''Geez wtf would I write this'' and sometimes have a good laugh about it. This also shows my maturity in my writing. I probably wouldn't write shit like this at 24, because this is like mixing a  Disney with a dark-themed Netflix project that wouldn't fare well. I wrote stuff that had my mind go blank because there were so many plot holes and so much confusion that I was unable to follow through. 

Third, this is my story. I wrote it, I take responsibility for what I wrote and I can't change what people think of it. if you somewhat like it, great. If you don't, I feel the same way. Because when I look at this...I feel like flushing it down the drain. This brings me to my next point do not read it. I'm saying this as an author and as a reader, do not read this. I wouldn't even wish it upon my worst enemy to finish reading it because it's not that great. For the ones who did enjoy reading it...thank you. Even though I still want to know why? I'm not trying to come across as self-deprecating as I'm still a novice. 

I'm genuinely transparent about this because this book is laughably cringe.

There is another book I have written titled This Could Be Us and I don't recommend you reading that either. It's a bunch of crap and I wrote that at the end of 2021. If you are still curious check it out-be my guest. Read the other books but just not this one. And yes, I have evolved since. Including my writing.

All in above, I just wanted to drop by and say thank you so much for giving Illegal Attraction a chance, despite the bubbling mess it is. I was a confused teen who just wanted to take the leap of faith and write something-here's something that probably shouldn't be written in the first place. But hey, at least I got to give myself a small pat on the back for daring to ignore the voice in my head that told me I wasn't cut out for it.
