𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐨𝐞𝐦  𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐚 𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞, 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐞𝐦 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐢𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥.

He cupped my face, assurance in his eyes,
I smiled looking at him, my every sorrow betide.
I let out a whimper as I set out to cuddle,
Something irked me soon,
His eyes?
Seemed like a riddle.

I followed his gaze to his thoughts,
I turned around to see his glimpse in the mirror behind,
He twitched his mouth, telling me the past,
A slow rewind.

My heart suddenly melted, seemed like my brain tilted.
It wasn't that I melted in his love,
It was my trust, that flew like a dove.
Drop by drop slowly slicking,
My curvaceous grin turned to a mournful horrendous twitch,
I fluttered my lashes almost bewitched.

I lost my trust again,
I lost myself again.
For it was him that I saw myself and now its just darkness throughout.
A smile kissed my lips, a smile of cry, the one of pain.
Yet I let that smile stay there,
Nodded my head and let my emotions drain.
I took a step ahead and two away.
I twisted my legs and disappeared….
