After Sean had came over yesterday and we had a heart to heart talk I've stopped being upset with him. Anyways today Sean and I were going out to hang today but he said to just wait outside for him. So I got out of the shower and dried myself off then got dressed in a pair of medium blue high waisted skinny jeans, a pink grill off shoulders crop top and all white vans. I curled my hair then grabbed my black mini backpack along with my wallet and phone and portable charger then headed downstairs. I grabbed a water bottle from the kitchen then headed out the door.

As I stood outside for about ten minutes I see Sean's car pull up. He gets out and locks his car and I stood there confused.

"Why did you lock your car?" I asked him.

"We're not taking my car." He simply says.

"Why?" I asked him.

"We're taking the bus to the mall." Sean says with a smile on his face.

"The bus?" I asked for confirmation.

"Why?" I asked crossing my arms.

"For one. To save gas and for two. Just to try something different." He says with a shrug.

"Okay." I said nodding.

We walked down the street on the sidewalk just talking until we got to the bus stop and sat on the bench. Finally after waiting about ten minutes the bus pulls up. Sean and I got on, while he paid two bus token I sat down then he sits next to me.

"So this is different." Sean says smiling.

"Yea it's different." I laughed with a nod.

Soon enough we arrived at the bus stop by the mall and I pressed the button to stop the driver could stop. Once the bus did stop Sean and I got off and started walking to the mall. Walking inside we went inside to a shoes store. Sean and I went our separate ways as we looked around for shoes. Just then I see a pair of back vans that had roses on the side.

Looking I found my size then sat down to try one of the shoes on. I took my foot out of the right shoe and took the right shoe out to the box. Once I grabbed the shoe holder out of the shoe I put the shoe on. As I stood up and began walking in them to see if they really fit Sean walks over to me.

"I like those." He says looking at the shoe.

"Should I get them?" I asked looking up at him.

"Yea." He nodded.

"Okay." I smiled.

I sat back down and took the shoe off then put it back in the box. Once I put my shoe back on I grabbed the box and we walked to the line where we waited. Finally at the cash register I put the box on the counter.

"Find everything okay?" The young cashier asks.

"Yea I did." I smiled nodding.

"Okay your total is fifty six eighty-seven." The cashier says as she rang up my total.

"Okay." I said reaching in my backpack to grab my wallet.

I pulled out sixty dollars and handed it to the chaser then she puts it in the cash register and handed me three dollars and thirteen cents. After I put my money back in my wallet Sean puts my wallet in my backpack while I grabbed my bag that my new shoes were in. Walking out of the store Sean and I continued to go to stores to shop around. One store we went inside of was an electronics store that sold earbuds that I do in fact need. When I found what I needed I walked to the cash register to pay for it.

About two hours passed before we decided to leave the mall. Sean and I waited for approximately ten minutes before the bus came and we got on.

"I'm sleepy now." I yawned leaning my head against his shoulder.

"Me too." He says nodding.

"Thank you for today. I needed it." I said to Sean.

"You're more than welcome. It was my way of making up for what had happened." Sean chuckles.

Finally we made it to the stop by my house and got off the bus. Sean and I stood on the sidewalk by his car.

"Thanks again." I said smiling at him.

"You're welcome." He says and pulls me into a hug.

As I stood there in his embrace I pressed my face into his chest inhaling his scent. When I pulled away I waved bye to his as I walked inside the house. Closing the door behind me I hear the voice of my mom.

"Heather?" She calls out.

"Yea it's me." I said and followed her voice to the living room

I sat my bag of shoes down and sat next to her on the couch. She then looks up from her book at me.

"Where'd you go?" She asks me taking off her glasses.

"To the mall with Sean and I got these shoes." I said taking a shoes out of the box.

"Those are nice." My mom says and nods.

"I know right." I said and smiled.

"Do you want to go to the store with me?" My mom asks me.

"Sure." I tell her nodding.

We get up off the couch and my mom grabs her purse and car keys then we went out to her car and get inside. After fastening our seatbelt my mom pulled out of the driveway. Soon enough we arrived at the grocery store and my mom parks then we get out walking inside.

"So I need to get milk, bread, vegetables and some meat. Do you want chicken for dinner?" My mom asks reading from her list.

"Yea that's fine." I said nodding.

"Okay." My mom nods.

First my mom walked down the bread isle and I grabbed two loafs of wheat bread. The next place we went to was the fridge section so I grabbed two gallons of 2% milk. After that my mom and I went to get a pack of boneless chicken then some vegetables for dinner. Finally my mom and I got to the cash register to pay for the food. I helped put the food in bags as my mom paid for the food.

Walking out to the car my mom and I put the bags in the car. My mom and I grabbed the bags and took them in the house to the kitchen once we got back home. After helping her put the food away I went up to my room while she started dinner. Deciding to get my shower out of the way I went to the bathroom and turned on the shower. As I stood under the shower head I moaned since the water felt good I on my skin.

After washing up I got out wrapping my towel around myself. Once dry I put on a pair of black leggings, a light pink oversized t-shirt and a pair of white Puma ankle socks. I tied my damp hair into a ponytail then headed down to the kitchen.

"Is dinner ready yet?" I asked her.

"Ten more minutes." She tells me.

Nodding my head I went I into the living room and sat in the couch.

Finally after what seems like forever I hear my mom. "Dinner is ready!"

I got up and walked into the kitchen grabbing the plate my mom handed me then sat at the kitchen table.

"Thank you mom." I said and kissed her cheek.

"You're welcome sweetheart." She says smiling back.

A smile came to my face as she called me that, it made me feel happy inside. Anyways I ate my food as I scrolled through my phone.

"This is good mom." I said nodding.

"Why thank you I thought I'd try something new." My mom says shrugging.

"Well I like it." I nodded.

"Thank you dear." She smiles.

Smiling at my mom she kissed my head then started to clean the kitchen. Once I was finished eating I helped my mom clean the kitchen and wash the dishes. When that was done I said goodnight to my mom then headed to my room. Sean and I hanging out today was something I honestly needed to clear my mind of what happened.
