Jack Frost woke up to the early morning sunshine shining through his bedroom window, which was slightly ajar. He yawned and sat up, looking around with droopy eyes. Ruffling his messy white hair, he pushed the blue duvet off his body and set his feet on the carpet-covered floor. He looked at the digital clock on his bed side table, which read the time of 8:50 a.m. Jack usually never woke up this early, but decided to go downstairs to get some breakfast before the others woke up.

He threw on a black sweatshirt over his navy pyjama top and left on his checked blue and red bottoms. He put on a pair of white socks before opening his bedroom door and descending down the long hallway. It was eerily quite and all that could be heard was the sound of Jack's feet patting against the marble floor. The white haired boy chuckled to himself as he passed Kristoff's room, hearing him snoring loudly, as usual. Jack continued through the hall and down the stairs.

Before entering the kitchen, the teenager heard the sweet humming of a familiar song. Peaking through the doorway, he lay his gaze on a golden haired girl, with clear sun kissed skin and large emerald green eyes. She dreamily sang a few words of the song to herself, still looking a little sleepy, as she added a few slices of banana to her smoothie mix, the blender plugged in next to her station at the counter. Jack realized she was humming to his band's new song, Don't Stop, and grinned to himself.

He quietly walked into the kitchen and leaned next to the fridge. "Well, someone likes the new song, huh?" He suddenly said with a smirk, making her jump with surprise. Rapunzel turned around to see the white haired boy, and rolled her eyes as he began to laugh at her reaction.

"You scared me!" Punzie scowled at him, continuing to chop up some strawberries as he took a seat on the island counter to face her properly.

"That was the plan," he replied back, cheekily. "I didn't think you listened to our music, you know, considering the circumstances."

The blonde glanced up to him and shrugged. "Just because we aren't supposed to necessarily like each other doesn't mean I don't enjoy your music, Snowman."

"What'd you mean by not supposed to like each other?" Jack asked with confusion.

Rapunzel suddenly refused to make eye contact with him. She thought for a moment, biting her lip. "Well, yeah... everyone has seemed to hang onto the idea that we all hate each other for some odd reason. I'm not really sure why, but I've learned to play along with it. In all honestly, you and the other guys aren't even close to as bad as the girls are cutting you out to be. I wish we could all just get along, I mean for heavens sake we're gonna be living together for god knows how long! The least we could do is become friends..."

Jack stared at her in disbelief. He hadn't realised it until now, but it was true. What the bands were doing was childish and utterly irrelevant. "You're right. There's no way the others will listen to us though..." he frowned, watching her put some fresh yoghurt into the blender, along with the other ingredients. "By the way, Snowman?" He asked with a playful chuckle, poking at the nickname she had called him earlier.

The blonde beauty laughed along with him. "It suits you! You've got the whole winter-look going on with the snow white hair, the pale skin, those deep icy eyes, you've-"

Jack instantly cut her off. "So you like my eyes?" He asked, which stopped her from what she was doing. She looked at him with confusion, tilting her head to the side. "You said my eyes were deep, meaning you've gotten lost in them before." He smirked.

Rapunzel said nothing before a moment, turning away slightly as her face began to turn a rosy-red colour. "I have no idea what you're talking about, Snowman!" She exclaimed. Jack laughed, shaking his head and running a hand through his hair.

"There's no need to be embarrassed, blondie. It's hard to resist my obvious charm and good looks, after all," he joked, making her giggle.

She waved him off, adding some more fruit to her smoothie mix. "Don't get too cocky, Frost." She sniggered, pushing a piece of her hair behind her ear. Jack couldn't help but smile at the small action she did. He admired her personality, and thought she looked pretty cute with her hair pushed back. Rapunzel glanced up to catch him staring at her, and raised her eyebrow. "You should take a picture, it'll last longer." She told him cheekily, snapping him out of his daze.

Jack gathered himself as quick as he could, scratching the back of his neck and looking to the ground. "Sorry, I just-"

"Don't be, I was just messing with you," she giggled, giving Jack a large sense of relief. "What're you doing up so early anyways?"

The blue eyed boy shrugged, heading over to the fridge and pulling out a carton of orange juice. "Not sure, I never usually wake up this early. What about you? What's gotten you up?" He asked, pouring some of the liquid into a glass for himself.

"I generally get up pretty early anyways, but I went on a walk to clear my mind around 7 a.m. I got back, took a shower and now here we are," she explained, playfully. Jack nodded, passing her the carton of juice so she could add it to her smoothie mix. After putting some in she closed the lid of the cup she was using and placed it on top of the blender. The blonde clicked on the switch and a very loud growling sound filled the air as the fruit inside the cup began to blend together. After a minute or two, the noise stopped as she poured her drink into a glass. "You want some?" She asked, as there was a bit more of the smoothie left to drink. Jack shook his head, putting two slices of bread into the toaster.

A certain redhead came stumbling into the kitchen, all of a sudden. Her hair was messier than usual, her eyes were half closed and a large duvet was wrapped around her body which slowly took pursuit of the fridge. Merida barely noticed the two quietly laughing at her appearance and grabbed the same carton of orange juice Jack and Punzie had used earlier, drinking it straight from the carton. She shifted her gaze towards the two, "You guys good?" She mumbled, nearly falling asleep mid-sentence. They both nodded, trying to contain their laugher. Merida narrowed her eyes even more at them, shrugging after a moment and making her way, with the orange juice, back up the stairs to her bedroom, leaving Jack and Rapunzel in fits of laughter together.
