ELSA POV

I jumped and landed on something strange

Before I could investigate it harry fell on top of me

He smirked and stayed there until I pushed him of me and at the same time ron hermione and anna fell down

I looked beneath me and saw the devil's snare

Suddenly the vines started to wrap around us

"Relax just calm down" anna said

"Anna is right" I said and stilled

"Stop moving both of you" hermione said referring to ron and harry as they wiggled trying to get rid of it

"This is devil's snare just relax" I shouted

Suddenly I fell from the devil's snare

"ELSA" harry and ron screamed

"Elsa are you alright?" Asked hermione and anna

And then hermione fell beside me

"Just calm down you both" I said as anna also fell

"What should I do ?" Chanted hermione

I looked at anna and nodded

I pointed my wand towards harry and anna pointed her wand towards ron

"Lumos solem" We said together and harry and ron fell down

"Thank god we didn't panic" ron said

"Thank god hermione ,anna and sweetheart pay attention in herbology" harry said as I proceeded to smack him

Suddenly we heard fluttering , which sounded like the noice was coming from wings??

"What is that?" Asked hermione

"It sounds like wings " anna said

We walked to the next room and opened the door

We were greeted by some strange things flying around

"Curious . I've never seen birds like this" hermione said

"They're keys" I said

"Bet one of these fits in the door , by the way thanku for telling us " harry said and kissed my temples

I smacked him again and glared at him

Hermione went towards the door and said

"Alohomora"

But the door didn't open

"Think we need to catch the keys" said ron

"Ugh what should we do there must be thousands of keys up there" hermione said frustrated

"We are looking for big , old fashioned one , probably rusty , at the handle " ron said

"There I see it . The one with broken wings" harry said using his seeker powers

He then looked at the broom in the middle of the room

"It's to simple?" I asked

"Yeah" harry answered

"Oh go on harry , you can do it ,you are the youngest seeker in a century, remember" ron encouraged

"Come on harry" I said and he smiled

He touched the broom and suddenly all the keys attacked him

He sat on the broom and tried to pry of the keys

Harry started to chase the key with a broken wing with the keys still attacking him and finally got the key

And threw it to me

I ran to the door and inserted the key into the door lock

I twisted it and the door opened

Harry ran towards the door and came with us as we quickly pushed the door close

As the door closed we locked it and huffed in relief

We turned around and saw everything dark

"Is this a graveyard?" Asked anna

"This is no graveyard, This is a chess board" said ron and at the same time the lights turned on and we saw a real life huge chess board infront of us

"There's the door" harry said and we started moving towards it

We got near it as the white chess pieces took out their swords and guarded the door

"What do we do?" I asked

"We have to play , to get across" ron said

"Alright . Harry , you take the empty bishop's place . Hermione , you will be the queens side. Anna you will stay by the king . And as for me , I will be the knight" ron instructed

"What about me?" I asked

"If something happens you will take care of it and help us" ron said as I took my place at the side of the board

"Ron , you don't suppose this is going to be like......the real wizard chess?" Hermione asked as she took her place and the game started

"You there, D-5" ron instructed as the pawn moved

The white pawn moved forward and smashed the piece

We all looked shocked and scared

"Yes hermione . I think this is gonna be exactly like wizard chess" ron said

After this said they continued playing now even more alert

As game was being played the pieces which were broken flew around everywhere

As I was not playing I thought I would study the game

I think that was the best idea because what ron was going to do next scared me to the core

"Wait a minute" harry said

"Yeah you are not..." I said

"You understand elsa and harry . Once I make my move , queen will take me . Then you're free to check the king , harry" ron explained his strategy

"No ron ,no " hermione and anna screamed

"Do you want to stop snape from getting the stone , or not? Harry , elsa it's you who has to go, not me , not hermione , not anna" ron said

Harry nodded as ron proceeded to play

Ron moved to H-3 and gulped

"Check" he said

The queen turned towards him and took her sword out

She smashed him as we all screamed

Ron fell down as hermione tried to move

"No don't move, don't forget we are still playing" harry said stopping hermione

"Elsa you go " harry ordered as I nodded towards him

I ran towards ron and picked his head up keeping it on my lap while harry moved his last chance

Suddenly I heard a clink!

I turned around and saw the sword in kings hand fell down

I smiled widely as hermione, anna and harry ran towards me and ron

"Ron's right we have to go on" harry said as hermione picked up ron's head and placed it on her lap

"You'll be ok , elsa, harry . You're great witch and wizard , you really are" hermione said

"Not as good as you" harry and I said at the same time

"Me? Books and cleverness . There are more important things . Like friendship and bravery . And elsa , harry be careful" hermione said as I moved towards anna hugging her

"Stay safe elsa" anna said

"You to anna , take ron to the hospital wing and call dumbledore to help" I told her and we nodded

I kissed her head as she smiled

"Come on" harry said taking my hand

I turned around one last time looking at them and turned back around nodding at harry

'Get ready elsa'
