LEXI WAS CURRENTLY SITTING in a bar with the former Cobra Kai's, drinking a Shirley Temple, while the older men drank their alcohol. Lexi truly needed this break and she thanked Johnny for a fun day.
"Dutch got so hammered, he stole the dartboard."
"Oh, no, no, he didn't steal it. He smashed it. That's the first time he went to juvie, remember?" Lexi laughed at Johnny's friends, loving their childhood stories.
"Man, I got so wasted that night, I missed Ali's birthday," Johnny said, reminiscing that memory.
"Wow, what a good boyfriend you were." The men laughed at Lexi.
"So, Lexi, are you seeing anyone special?" Bobby smirked, wondering if Lexi had a love life at the moment.
Lexi shifted in her seat and Johnny noticed. He decided to explain to his friends what her situation was so she wouldn't have to explain the trauma again.
"Lexi had a boyfriend who turned out to be a dick. He is actually one of my students."
Johnny's friends nodded but were also confused when Johnny said 'student'.
"What do you mean by a student? Are you a teacher or something because that is shocking for you Johnny." Tommy laughed at the thought of Johnny being a teacher.
Johnny had a nervous laugh." Actually, I uh opened a karate dojo."
"Wait, for real?"
"Yeah, it's over in Reseda. It's doing pretty well. Lots of kids."
Lexi nodded her head in agreement. Cobra Kai was actually doing pretty well with all of the promotions from online.
"What's it called?" Lexi noticed how uncomfortable Johnny was, him shifting in his seat before speaking up.
"It's called Cobra Kai." Johnny's friends' mouths dropped open, staring at each other, shaken up by hearing the name 'Coba Kai' considering the not so fond memories from the past.
"You brought back Cobra Kai?"
"Yeah, it's not all that's back." There was an awkward silence and Lexi decided to speak up.
"How about we play some pool?" Johnny looked at her as if she was crazy.
"How do you know how to play pool?" Lexi stared at him in confusion as if it wasn't obvious.
"iMessage games. Duh."
"Come on let's go get a table."
The group started to walk over to a pool table. A man around his mid-twenties turned around and saw Lexi. He had a mischievous smirk on his face while eye banging her up and down.
"Woah, baby girl, what's a doll like you hanging around men like this?"
Lexi scoffed in disgust, trying to get out of his grip, but he was too strong. "Back of from me, asshole. "
"Now come on, we were just getting to know each other."
Lexi was about to twist the man's arm until someone pulled him off of her.
"Hey, get the fuck away from my daughter and don't ever touch her again."
The man scoffed, confidently underestimating Johnny. "Please, are you sure you're her father? You look like a pedop-"
He couldn't even finish his sentence when Johnny twisted his arm and ripped out his lobe piercing making him cry out in pain.
The man tried to throw a punch until Johnny beat him to it. Everyone else started to join in on the fights and Bobby, Tommy, and Jimmy started to throw punches too. A man went up behind Lexi and tried to put her in a chokehold until she kicked him in the knee and flipped him over her shoulder.
Lexi watched her dad and his friends beat the crap out of the creeps and it made her proud knowing they still retained their karate moves.
After the creeps were beaten down, the men gathered around again. "I saw that little move you did there Lexi, it was badass." Tommy praised her karate skills.
"Thank you, it just came naturally to me." Lexi smiled, glad she was getting along with her dad's friends in a short period of time.

Lexi and Johnny did not expect to come home depressed. Lexi was glad she was able to meet Tommy before he passed away. Johnny felt bad since this was supposed to be a more fun trip, but ended up in Lexi witnessing a death.
"Hey, kiddo, I'm sorry you had to experience that back in the woods." Johnny felt bad about that sight she had to see.
"Don't worry, Johnny, I had fun and it was nice to meet your old friends. They're amazing and I'm happy I was able to meet Tommy, especially."
Johnny smiled at his daughter and proceeded to enter the Cobra Kai parking lot.
Lexi was the first to walk in, missing her friends that she hasn't seen in a while. Miguel turned his head to the door and a smile appeared on his face seeing his best friend.
"Hey Lex, I missed you." Miguel went up to her and hugged her tightly.
"Aww, I missed you too, Miggy."
When Lexi pulled away from the hug, in the corner of her eye, she saw Hawk stare at her and Miguel, a jealous look evident on his face.
"Everybody get your gi's on, training starts in five minutes."
The kids murmured in confusion, thinking they had other plans. "Yeah, what's wrong?"
"I just thought we were going to the woods for a special training today," Miguel said, confused about the plans.
"What's happening in the woods," Lexi asked, looking back and forth and Kreese and her friends, trying to ignore eye contact with Hawk.
"I thought it was a good time to separate the men from the boys. And the girls, too, I suppose."
"How?"
"Coyote Creek." Johnny shifted in his place, uncomfortable with the idea of the kids going to Coyote Creek so soon.
"I'm not sure if they're ready for that. Kreese chuckled slightly. "There's only one way to find out. "
"We're ready sensei. We want to prove ourselves." Lexi discreetly rolled her eyes at the voice of Hawk.
"It's up to sensei Lawrence, if he says it's okay, then it's okay." The kids started to look at Johnny with puppy eyes, making him give in.
"Well, what are you guys waiting for? Let's go."

"Gentlemen, ladies, welcome to Coyote Creek. You've been split into two teams. Red... and black. The goal is to capture as many headbands as possible from the other side."
Lexi wanted to join, but Johnny said no since he didn't want her to do anything drastic especially with her wound still healing. Of course, Lexi disobeyed these orders and somehow convinced Johnny to let her play. They were both stubborn which made it annoying for them to argue.
"Today, these people across from you are not your friends, they're not your brothers, they are the enemy. "
"The last team standing wins. "
"Hey guys, sorry I'm late, traffic on the 118 was a real bitch." Lexi couldn't help but snicker at Stingray.
"What have you done to yourself?"
"Yeah, you know what, I just decided to flip the script, Hawk-style." Hawk glared at him up and down. Lexi saw this and made her roll her eyes more, wondering why he would be annoyed at something like this.
Lexi was on the black team and decided to travel on her own. Miguel and Tory offered her to be with them, but she respectfully denied their offer. Lexi wanted time to herself after everything that has happened in the past week.
One of the boys tried to sneak up behind her, but he stepped on a branch, making him lose his cover. Lexi turned around and faced the boy.
"Well, look what we have here. Come on, I want to get this over with, so let's go," Lexi said tiredly.
The boy struck first, about to hit her, but Lexi easily blocked it with her arm. Lexi threw a punch and hit him in the ribs, making him groan out in pain. She finished him off by air kicking him in the face.
"Sorry, kid, but nice try, A for effort." Lexi grabbed the band off his head and put it in her pocket. Lexi was walking peacefully for a while until she heard an all too familiar voice from behind her.
"Going somewhere, princess?"
Lexi rolled her eyes, clearly knowing who the person was. "Hawk, I told you I didn't want to talk to you."
"Lexi, please let me explain." She scoffed, hearing that a million times, and it never ended well.
"Stop, the number of times I've heard that before and it never seems to change my views, shows a lot how we are no-"
Hawk forcefully, but not too aggressively pushed Lexi backward, her back hitting the tree, trapping her in his arms. Lexi couldn't help but feel her heart flutter by Hawk's actions.
"Better watch your tone with me, princess. You know how I would act if you kept talking to me like that."
Lexi couldn't help but blush at his statement, but recomposed herself. " Let me go now."
"Nice try, sweetheart, but not a chance."
Lexi noticed Hawk slowly start to lean in closer, their lips on the verge of touching. Hawk was about to kiss Lexi until she put her hand in between their lips.
"Nice try.... sweetheart." Lexi mocked Hawk's words from before.
Lexi left, leaving a dumbfounded Hawk standing there. He was smiling knowing that there was still that tension between them.
And he knew there was still hope.
RIP Tommy (Rob Garrison) such an amazing actor. Okay but like I'm living for Miguel and Lexi's bestie friendship. 😌🤚
