BIRDS WERE CHIRPING, the wind was blowing. The sun was shining in Ziggy's face. Ziggy slowly opened his eyes and realized that him and Lo'ak slept the night outside. Ziggy looked over and notices that Lo'ak was still asleep. He had his arm wrapped around Lo'ak's side. Lo'ak slowly woke up and turned around, facing Ziggy.

"Morning." Lo'ak greeted as Ziggy smiled tiredly. Ziggy rubbed Lo'ak's cheek as he blushed hard.

"How'd you sleep?" Ziggy asked as Lo'ak kissed Ziggy's hand.

"I've slept good for once." Lo'ak said smiling as Ziggy leaned in for a kiss.

Ziggy wished this could last forever. But he knew that it wasn't going to happen.

"What are you thinking about?" Lo'ak asked, sitting up. Ziggy sat up as well.

"A lot of stuff that I shouldn't be thinking about." Ziggy replied as Lo'ak took Ziggy's hand.

"Then don't." Lo'ak stated.

"It's kind of hard not to." Ziggy replied as he curled up into a ball. He hasn't let go of Lo'ak's hand.

"Zig—" Before he could finish his sentence, a screeching noise from the waters disturbed them. Lo'ak and Ziggy looked at each other then got up to follow the noise.

Ziggy's heart burned in pain as he sees Raheem with a pinger on its fin.

"Raheem!" Ziggy exclaimed as he went in the water with his clothes on.

"What happened?" Lo'ak said, entering the water as well.

"Help me!" Ziggy said as he tried to pull the pinger out. They finally got it out.

A big helicopter hovered above them. Ziggy knew what this was.

"Raheem, get out of here. Go!" Ziggy told him as Raheem hesitated to move.

"Raheem please!" He pleaded as Raheem swam away. Lo'ak took Ziggy's hand as they ran into the trees. A big explosion occurred as Lo'ak looked for Ziggy.

   Ziggy felt a snap from his arm as he yelled in atrocious pain.

"Zig!" Lo'ak yelled as Ziggy yanked a sleeping dart out from his neck. He felt very tired.

"Lo'ak..." Ziggy whispered as Lo'ak held him.

"Zig, you're going to be okay." Lo'ak assured as Ziggy puts his hand on Lo'ak's cheek.

"Get out of here." He tells Lo'ak who was crying.

"Hey over here!" A man yelled as Lo'ak looked up. He gave Ziggy a quick kiss on the lips before he fled.

The world went black for Ziggy.

   Mabel and Neteyam were too busy making out, that they didn't hear the commotion from outside their hut. Mabel and Neteyam held each other's hands as they headed outside.

   "What is the problem?" Neteyam asked, tightened the grip. Jake and Neytiri had furious looks, Kiri and Tuk look like they had just been betrayed. Lo'ak looked depressed.

   "You wanna tell him?" Jake said sternly as Mabel was confused.

   "Your girlfriend here, is working with Quaritch." Jake said as Neteyam's heart dropped. It can't be true right? Neteyam looked over at Mabel who looked guilty. He slowly disconnected his hand from hers.

   "Ms. Mabel? Please tell me that that is not true." He said as Mabel formed tears in her eyes.

   "How did you find out?" Mabel asked Jake, ignoring Neteyam. Neteyam was hurt.

   "We went through your notebook." Neytiri said. She looked more betrayed than mad.

   "Guys I—." Mabel starts explaining but was cut off by Neteyam.

   "Liar. You lied to me!" Neteyam said as tears formed in his eyes.

   "Neteyam I—"

   "I don't want to hear it Mabel." Neteyam said as Mabel's heart dropped. He never calls her just Mabel. He always calls her Ms. Mabel.

   "Where's Ziggy?" Mabel asked Lo'ak as he sat there quiet.

   The Sully's looked at Lo'ak who was still quiet. Tear stains came on his eyes. Before he could say anything, he heard commotion from the background. They all went out to follow the racket.

"My spirit sister, and her baby, have been murdered by the Sky People." Ronal said sadly and angry.

"What is happening?" Mabel asked Tsierya who was crying.

"This war has come to us. We knew about this hunting of our Tulkun people. But it was over the horizon far away. Now it is here!" Tonowari said as him and his people starting sticking out their tongues and grunting.

Lo'ak came next to Mabel as he still looked depressed. Mabel wished she knew where her brother is so bad.

"You gotta understand how the Sky People think. They don't care about the Great Balance." Jake tried to reason Tonowari.

"We don't answer to Sky People!" One of the Metkayina shouted out.

"Listen. Listen to him." Neteyam said, trying to calm everyone down.

"The Sky People are not gonna stop. This is only the beginning. You gotta tell your Tulkun to leave! You gotta tell them to go far away!" Jake said, looking at most of the Metkayina people.

"Leave? You live among us and you learn nothing!" Ronal said.

"We will fight to protect our brothers and sisters!" One of the Metkayina people said.

"If you attack, if you fight, then they will destroy you! They will destroy everything that you love." Jake said as the Metkayina began screaming and shouting.

"Hear my words! Hear my words!" Jake exclaimed as Neteyam tried to calm everyone down.

"Stay calm! Stay calm! Listen to my father. He speaks the truth."

Jake takes the pinger from Neteyam's grasp as he lifted the pinger up. The Metkayina people crouched back.

"You tell the Tulkun, that if they're hit by one of these, they're marked for death." Jake said as everyone went quiet.

"And call for me I'll silence it. Saving their lives, that's all that matters right? Saving your family."

"Tell the Tulkun." Tonowari said softly as Mabel silently cried.

"Did you know this was gonna happen?" Lo'ak asked Mabel who was confused on why he asked that.

"What?" Mabel replied as Lo'ak left. Mabel followed behind him.

"Where's Ziggy?"

"The Sky People took him." Lo'ak replied as Mabel's heart dropped.

"What?"

Ziggy slowly opened his eyes as he felt numbness in his arm. His head was throbbing in pain. All he could hear is some beeping noises and some people talking in the background. His vision was impaired.

"Ziggy! Ziggy!" A voice constantly said as Ziggy opened his eyes fully now.

"Spider?" Ziggy said in a weak tone. Spider was in front of him, but he looked bruised up.

"Dude, you okay?" Spider asked as Ziggy gives him a deadpan look. "What does it look like Spider?"

Ziggy slowly rose up and took a glance at his arm. It was wrapped in some bandages like someone from a hospital would give him.

"What's happening?" Ziggy asked Spider weakly as he hears footsteps coming towards the door. It was Ziggy's parents.

"Oh good! You're awake!" Rebekah said in excitement as  Ziggy gave Spider a look. A look that hinted Spider to leave and give him and his parents some privacy.

"What the fuck do you want?" Ziggy cursed as Ricky scoffed.

"That's no way of talking to your parents like that." Ricky said. Now it was Ziggy's turn to scoff.

"You know damn well you don't care." Ziggy said as both of the parents looked hurt.

"Well you helped us with the Sully family so we do care." Rebekah said, smiling.

"Fuck you." Ziggy cursed as Ricky looked like he was about to slap him, but he kept his composure.

"The Sully's aren't terrible people! You are! You're never there for me ever! It's always about Mabel. Well, I'm tired of your shit! And I hope you fall in a fucking ditch and die in it!" Ziggy exclaimed as both parents went quiet again.

"Hey! Let me go!" The voice of Lo'ak got Ziggy's attention. Ziggy got up and went near the window, and he sees Lo'ak, Tsierya, Tuk tied up to the boat.

"What did you do?!" Ziggy exclaimed at the quiet parents as he ran out of the room. He ran past some guards as they struggled to get them. Ziggy finally made it to the outside of the boat.

"Lo'ak!" Ziggy exclaimed as Lo'ak looked over at the Johnson boy.

"Ziggy!" He exclaimed as one of the guards grabbed Ziggy. Ziggy tried to escape his grasp. His good arm was the one that was broken. "Get off of me! Lo'ak! Tuk!"

"Ziggy!" Tuk yelled out as Lo'ak constantly tried to get free.

"Take him back to the room!" Quarich ordered as the guard dragged him back to the room. Rebekah was the only person there.

The only thing that Ziggy felt at the moment and rage. His blood was boiling. The thought of having parents like him disgust him. And Mabel...

God he missed Mabel.

He missed Raheem.

He especially missed Lo'ak.

"You have to stop this." Ziggy said as Rebekah scoffed. "This isn't going to make things better."

"It will once we get all of that money! Think about it. We can live in a big mansion! You might be able to get a girlfriend because of your richness." Rebekah explained as Ziggy rolled his eyes.

"Or maybe me, your father, and Mabel will take the money and leave you with nothing. I mean that's what you are. Noth—"

Before she could finish her sentence, she felt a pocket knife in her throat. Ziggy stood there shocked as he looked at his hand, who was gripping onto the knife. Tears were flowing down his face. Blood was splattering out of her mouth, getting the blood on Ziggy's face. Her body dropped to the ground as she laid there, not moving anymore.

He killed his own mother.

Ziggy's tears puffed up in his eyes. He put the knife in his pocket and left the room. He heard gunshots from afar. He slowly peaked around the corner and saw Neteyam shooting at some random guards. Mabel hiding with the others.

Ziggy popped up as one of the guards tried to throw a knife at them. Ziggy stabbed his back and cracked his neck. His body dropped on the floor.

"Ziggy!" Mabel exclaimed as she ran to her brother and hugged him.

"Are you okay?" Mabel asked as Ziggy stayed quiet.

"Ziggy!" Lo'ak yelled out as Ziggy let go of Mabel and embraced Lo'ak in a hug. Ziggy felt small little kisses on his neck from Lo'ak.

"Your arm.." Lo'ak said, looking at Ziggy's arm. One of the guards starting shooting as Mabel ran to the boys.

"Go! Go!" Neteyam ordered as Lo'ak took Ziggy's no broken arm and jumped into the water. Mabel, Spider, and Tsierya followed behind them.

Neteyam later on came in the water, but something was different with him. Something was wrong.

"Holy shit!" Mabel exclaimed as she took a look at Neteyam's chest.

"He's been shot!"

Lo'ak made a bland expression as Mabel cried. Ziggy only felt numbness.

Neteyam ride behind Lo'ak on the Ilu as Lo'ak called his dad. The kids managed to get Neteyam on the ground as Jake came. Neytiri came along a little time after.

"Put pressure on it!" Jake said, pushing Lo'ak's hand on Neteyam's bleeding wound.

"Neteyam please!" Mabel exclaimed as she took his hand.

"I want to go home." Neteyam said, weakly. Ziggy felt a hand on his. It was Lo'ak's. Ziggy tried not to cry. He doesn't usually cry when people die. The only reason why he was tearing up from his mom was the shock. He actually didn't care for her death.

"It's okay. It's okay." Jake reassured as he puts his hand on Neteyam's cheek.

"Dad, I..." Neteyam got out before he took his last breath.
