do you ever realize how fast time goes by?

i always hear people complain that they think that the year passed by so slowly or that their day was so long, but do realize that what i just wrote is already past? that what you're reading right now, this word, that it's already your past that your read it?

but like, if you move your finger, that's already past

idk it just impresses me
how much time we actually waste if we consider that we spend like 70% of our time complaining why time goes by so slowly haha
