Much like the king of the jungle, Damon is a commanding presence who is not afraid to assert himself into places of leadership or power although sometimes he regrets his courage and lack of thinking when his ascent to greatness backfires and he ends up embarrassing himself.

Damon often finds himself conflicted with all the emotions he experiences in day to day life and struggles to keep himself present and in the moment and times because he's just so stuck in his thoughts. It's not uncommon to find him staring into space and rethinking his whole life and studying every single interaction he's had up until that point.

Damon craves love, he cares affection and gentleness. Growing up Damon was forced to grow up before he should have and that resulted in a lack of 'soft' treatment. Behind the tall stature and mean looks he's actually a massive softy, it may take a while to chip away at the walls he has built around his heart but it is well and truly worth it.

Damon feels emotions so intensely it may end up with him hurting himself or others around him. He truly doesn't want this to happen and when he happens he immediately feels terrible but he genuinely cannot help it, trust that he has every anger management or self help book that money can buy at this point.

Love has never been something that came naturally to Damon, quite the opposite really. Growing up Damon felt trapped in his own boy not knowing why he was the way he was and spiralling into an endless cycle between self loathing or entire self obsession. He's much better now, thankfully, but he still has his slip ups every now and again.

Damon is very protective over his closest friends and loved ones. There is nothing he won't do to help out someone he loves, that's just how he is. If anyone disrespected or threatened a loved one Damon would be the first person to the scene knocking people into the stone-age without hesitation.

Damon hates not feeling in control, mostly of his own actions or thoughts he doesn't really care about anyone else, he hates it so much that it makes him anxious and then makes his thoughts spiral. Having to grow up so fast meant that he was in control of so much so young that it's just what he's used to.
