Reaper grabbed Naya's trembling hand.

" It's gonna be okay " Reaper reassured.

" How do you know? " Naya whispered.

" Because, I'm going to protect you with my life " Reaper replied.

" Worry about your own " Naya said and laid her head on his broad shoulder.

" No, I don't have anything to go home to....but you do, you've got to make it back to that sister of yours " Reaper added. 

Naya looked up from reapers shoulder and saw a girl her age wearing a colour dress being thrown into the train cart followed by a boy.

Naya stood and held the girl and boy up.

" Are you alright? " Naya asked.

" Yes, thank you " The girl said in a thick southern accent.

" I'm Naya and this is Reaper " Naya smiled introducing herself and her friend, who grunted in response.

" I'm Lucy Gray and this is Jessup " Lucy Gray smiled back.

" It's nice to meet you both " Naya smiled before Reaper pulled her to sit with him.

Reaper lowered Naya from the train and she squeezed his arm in thanks, she looked at Lucy Gray, who was already looking at her before turning around as she tucked her hair behind her ears and saw a tall blonde with piercing blue eyes wearing a red uniform, who slowly turned to look at her.

" Welcome to the Capitol " Coriolanus smiled at the shorter girl, lookin behind her cautiously at Reaper anf Lucy Gray, who glared at him in suspicious, while Jessup stood next to them.

Naya eyed the rose before looking at the boy " You look like you shouldn't be here ". 

" Well, I shouldn't but I'm your mentor " Coriolanus smiled back.

" A Rebel" Naya smirked causing the smile on Coriolanus's face to fall at the word, she then looked behind her at Lucy Gray, Jessup and Reaper, who were behind her before asking " And what does my mentor do.....besides bring me roses? ".

" I do my best to take care of you " Coriolanus replied.

They held eye contact for a amount before they heard a yell and saw the tribute Brady, on the ground.

" Good luck with that gorgeous " Naya replied grabbing the rose, when she two peacekeepers heading towards the four tributes.

Coriolanus followed them and watched as Reaper helped his friend onto the truck as one of the younger tributes ran causing peacekeepers to follow him and Coriolanus jumped onto the truck, while they were distracted and headed for the back so they couldn't see him.

Naya, who was sitting next to Lucy Gray looked up and saw her mentor there as he looked around and saw all the tributes staring at him.

" Hi " the Capitol boy said. 

" What's the matter pretty boy? You in the wrong cage? " Reaper glared.

" No....this cage is delightful " Coriolanus replied.

Reaper shoved through the other tributes and shoved the blonde against the truck wall behind him.

" I will kill you right now " Reaper threatened as all the tributes agreed.

" I say we kill him ".

" I'm in ".

" Nothing left to loose now ".

" You guys got family back home? They'll kill them, if you hurt him....then you " Naya voiced causing everyone to look at her " Besides he's my mentor, I might need him....so let him go now, reaper ".

Reaper listened to the girl and let go of the blonde roughly.

How come you get a mender? " Coral asked.

" Mentor....you each get one " Coriolanus corrected.

" Oh and we'll all just trust you on that? Right? " Coral said as she walked over to him.

" I'm just here to help you " Coriolanus raised his hands in the air.

" Why does pretty girl here, get special treatment, hmm? " Coral asked as she leaned in Naya's face " Why aren't our meanders here? ".

" Just not inspired I guess " Naya replied as she looked at Coriolanus, who smirked at her.

Suddenly they heard a bleeding noise as the truck began to lift up into the air, Lucy Gray gripped to Naya's waist as Coriolanus grabbed her into his arms as the door behind Coriolanus opened and they all screamed as they fell through and rolled onto the ground.
