Y/N POV

"Now, go get a tart and then try again! Bye~bye." Cater knocked us out of the dorm.

"What's his problem?" Ace said angrily.

"No matter how many times we took him down he kept coming back... I wonder if he is using illusion magic?" Deuce said with a finger on his chin. I nod.

"On top of that, we get turned away at the gate without a tart? We didn't have anything, to begin with. He just wanted us to paint the damn roses!" Ace huffed in annoyance.

"He's a shrewd one," Grim added.

"Y/n, what's up with these rules? And how do you know about them?"

"Ms. Roseheart let me remember, some of the Laws of the Queen of Heart when I was little?" I answered.

"Then we just have to bring a tart and try again. We can go after...Ah! Crap!" Deuce said in a panic. I look at him confusedly.

"Ah!? My Lady, Grim. We'll be late for our class." Celestia said.

"Ah!!" I exclaimed.

"This is bad, the warning bell already rang! We're gonna be late." Deuce yell. Grim soon yelped after.

"Ffgna! My shining school life is going to be tarnished on day one. Let's get a move on."

"What class are you two in? You're fresh years, right?" Ace asked as we started running back to the hall of Mirror.

"The paper written here says class 1-A," I answered.

"Wow, we're in the same class. First-period Potions." Deuce said.

"Woah! Sounds like fun." Grim said excitedly.

'I should keep a close eye on Grim. So he won't explode anything.' I thought to myself.

"I can't use magic so I wonder how that'll go..." Ace said.

First Period "Potions.

"So you all are the fresh faces in my homeroom. Hmmm, there are some rare hair colors in the bunch. Not bad. Make sure proper care of it daily." He looks around the room for a bit. "My name is Divus Crewel... You may feel free to call me Master Crewel. Take your seats. The class will begin... First for the basics."

He took out his wand, which looked like a stick. "I will beat the names and appearances of 100 types of medicine and poison into your little brains. We'll cover fungi later. Now memorize these so you don't go around poisoned by random things you eat off the ground."

'Just Grim eat the black stone from the ground without knowing what was it?'

"Dogs will eat whatever is lying around. Your training will be strict and I better not see any red marks on your tests." Crewel said

"I see... By the way, what's a 'fungi'?" Deuce asked.

"Blegh. I'm not good at memorization." Ace groaned.

"All that matters for grass is whether or not it tastes good." Grim shrugged.

Potions are actually one of my best subjects of all. When I was a kid, grandmother Kikuko called, the best and most serious teacher for me to learn the top and lowest medicine and poisons. So I won't have trouble with this subject.

Second Period History.

"I am Trein and I'm in charge of your history lessons. This is my familiar, Lucius. You will learn about the history of magic that has brought prosperity to the world." Lucius jumps at the table and starts meowing.

"Mreow~~~~~" I looked at the black cat with yellow eyes, the tummy and tips of ears were white along with the tail.

"Participation in class will affect your grade, not just reports. I will not forgive sleeping in class. Open your textbook to page 15. We will start with the discovery of magic crystals in the Dwarfs' Mines..."

"Mreow~~~"

"Magical energy spread throughout the world during the century after this discovery, we call it the 'Beginning of Magic'" As the lesson began, Lucius began to meow again.

"Mreow~~~ Grh..."

I look at the familiars beside me, they are yawning and sleeping all of a sudden.

"Yaaaawn..." Ace yawned due to how boring history is? While Deuce is amazed.

"Woah~ At Dwarfs' Mine... Woah~ Magical energy..." Deuce seemed to be very intrigued and excited. Like a child going to learn new things.

"hmm. I want a class to use magic like BANG!" Grim whined as he sat on top of the table.

While I'm busy writing all the notes down, that I'll be needing. When I didn't notice Lucius watching me, as I looked up and saw Mr. Trein familiar is right beside my notes.

"Eh!?" I look at the familiar confused.

Soon he jumps on my lap like he wants me to pat him. "I never thought Lucius would like someone to pat him except for me... You seem to have a skill for the familiar Ms. Kambe." Trein said, then Mr. Trein continued his lesson while I'm patting Lucius.

After the history lesson I, Ace, Deuce, Grim, and my familiar head out to our third period. Then suddenly I noticed that Mr. Crewel is carrying too many books and papers.

"You guys go on ahead, I'll be right there," I told them as I waved my hand. Soon I finally reached Crewel, "Master Crewel."

"Ms. Kambe?" Crewel turned to face me.

"Let me help you with those," I said grabbing some of the books from Mr. Crewel.

"Thank you, puppy." Mr. Crewel and I soon arrived at his office. "Just put those books on the table." Crewel said, then I placed the books on his table.

"Well then, I'll be taking my leave now," I said

"Ms. Kambe, wait!" Crewel called me as he grabbed a paper bag beside his table. "Here! Crowley forgot to give you this yesterday."

I grabbed the bag from Mr. Crewel and looked inside the bag to see a PE uniform. And a key for the room in which I will be changing. "Thank you!"

"Also pull out your hand." Crewel said, then I just pulled out my hands in front of me. Crewel gives me paper rap candy in a circle, "Here."

I stared at the paper rap candy in a circle, confused then I look at Mr. Crewel confuse. "What should I do with this?"

"You eat it! It's candy for your help." Crewel replied.

"Candy??"

"Ms. Kambe you don't teste a candy before," Crewel asked, as I nodded. "Okay! While you opened it like this." Crewel twists the rapper from the side, then he grabs the candy. "Then you eat it. Here say 'ah!"

"Ah!" I opened my mouth as Crewel pulled the candy. 'Huh!? This is...' "So sweet and delicious," I said happily with sparkly eyes.

"I'm glad you like it. Now run alone to class or else you will be late." Crewel said.

"Yes, Mr. Crewel. And thank you for the candy." I said while leaving the office.

Third Period 'Athletics'

I was able to go back to my class before the bell rang. I arrived at my next class, I went to the bathroom and changed into my PE uniform. Then, meet up with the others.

"I'm Vargas. I'm in charge of athletics for your bean sprouts. Becoming a great wizard starts with your muscles! Look at all the muscles I've built eating raw eggs every day. You, baby wizards, have no stamina. Start with 20 laps around the track, then 100 push-ups!" Vargas said as everyone started.

'This ain't nothing anything new...'

"Eh... I don't dislike exercise but I can't deal with this type of teacher." Ace complained.

"I've got confidence in my stamina," Deuce said.

"What's so fun about running in circles? I'm not a freaking hamster." Grim said. As I walk up to the teacher.

"Excuse me. Sir, do you have any weights that I can put on my feet?" I asked Mr. Vargas as he looked in shock.

"Yes, but why?" He asked

"I used to put weights on my feet when I run around?" I answered, then he said 'wait' and went to the back room. A few seconds later, he comes out from the back room and then goes to me.

"Thank you!" I sat down on the ground and put them on, as Vargas is still confused and shocked.

"I never met a Lady who can run with weights in her feet," Vargas said as he placed his finger into his chin.

"My grandma! Let me run around in my house with 50 weights in feet. So I'm used to having them with me." I said then started running around leaving the others behind.

Deuce POV

"What about you Y/n?" I turn around but, she isn't there "Y/n"

"Ah! Why does she keep on disappearing?" Ace said.

Me, Ace, and Grim looked around the area, and we noticed that she was starting, her laps without us. "AHA! She started without us." Grim shouted.

"Hey! Wait up." We all ran to y/n, but something seemed strange about her. As I run closer to Y/n.

"What laps are you in now?" I asked.

"I'm in ten laps. " She answered without even facing me.

"Ten!? Are you serious?" Me, grim, and Ace, shocked at how fast she is? I look down on her feet, seeing something weighing her down.

"You guys are so busy chit-chatting to each other. So I started with mine." She said,

After a few minutes later, Y/n finished her. Five minutes later Celestia and Felix finished their lap as well. While Me, Ace, and grim are still on 18 laps. When we reached the 20 laps, we all sat down on the ground.

"Are you done?" Y/n asked.

"Y-yes!?" I replied

"I'm beat." Y/n hand us a water bottle. "Thanks," Ace said. The girl sat down with us on the ground as she removed something from her feet.

"What are you doing?" I asked her, confused.

To the point, she removes weights from her feet. "Removing the weights" Y/n replied.

"WHAT?" We are all shocked.

"You have that in your feet as you run." Ace said.

"Yes," She answered, while she removed the other one.

"How heavy are they?"

"50kg. I wanted to ask Mr. Varges if he had a 100 but never mind." She sounds disappointed.

"Isn't 50kg is already heavy. I can't even carry that." Ace said.

"True!" I look at weights, "Can I try it on?" Y/n gave a nod. As soon as I put them on, I can feel my legs are like it's going to break. I quickly take them off, "How are you able to run with this?"

"When I was ten? My grandmother let me to put heavy weight on my feet. In order to improve my speed." Y/n said in a low voice.

"Your grandmother sounds scary and mean," Grim said, groaning.

"Evil as well!" Felix spoke up, rolling his eyes. As soon as we heard the bell ring, we all headed out.

Y/n POV

It is finally our break time, I stretch out my arms in the air as we walk to our next class.

"Our class next is..." Deuce tried to recall what next? I am holding the paper for my classes.

"For a school of magic, it's really not that different from the regular old school." Ace commented.

"I agree." I said under my breath.

"It's a lot more subdued than I expected... Not having magic hasn't been a problem at all. How about you, Grim?...Hm?" We turn into the little monsters, however he isn't there.

"Huh!? Where did he go this time? Grim." I said in a panic.

"Don't tell me, he ran away." Celestia shouted.

"Look out the window! That furball is making a beeline through the courtyard..." Deuce pointed out the window.

"That little idiot!" Felix groaned.

"I'm not sitting through boring classes all day! As a genius, I don't need any classes to teach me to use magic with a bang." Grim shouted.

"Skipping class on the first day!" I said, looking out the window. "The Headmaster is gonna be piss..." I muttered.

"Making a break for it already. He never learns..." Deuce said.

"Pft, your first day as a supervisor and you already have to report that you lost track of him. So do you want help catching Grim?" Ace said.

"Yes, please!" I said, but suddenly they both smirk. 'Yeh! What's with that smirk on their faces.'

"Buy me a chocolate croissant." Ace said.

"I'll help you with an iced latte from the cafeteria," Deuce said.

'That's all! A croissant and iced latte. I was expecting more like gold or money.' I thought to myself.

"Those two." Celestia and Felix groaned.

"Only chocolate croissants and iced lattes. Nothing more." I asked as I carried my familiars.

"Yep! That's all." Deuce said happily.

"Okay!." I said.

"You better watch out. Grim's getting away! Are you okay with that?" Ace asked.

"Fine! It's a deal." I said.

"It's a deal! Now then, Deuce shall we clean up after our pathetic, little supervisor?" Ace smirks.

"P-pathetic." I mumbled while hold Celestia and Felix tightly.

"Sure thing, Ace. I'm looking forward to lunch"

Felix looked at me with a worried look on his face, then turning to Deuce and Ace. "Hey! Can you be nicer? Lady Y/n agreed to buy your stupid lunch yet you still called her 'Pathetic." Felix jumped down.

"I...We..." Deuce is tried to say something, but before he could. I cut him off.

"Forget it! Let's just go get Grim. Celestia, Felix." I turned around not facing any of them.

"I think we take it a bit far," Deuce whispered to Ace.

"Hey, we're sorry! We will help okay. So please don't cry-" Ace walked to me, and saw no tears in my eyes.

"It's alright! I'm used to being treated like this." I smiled at Him, "So don't worry about it too much."
