-Rafael is the perfect combination of intelligence, kindness and arrogance. He has been an extremely curious person ever since his childhood. He likes to know everything about everything which with time gave him an extensive knowledge and expertise in many things. However as he became more knowledgeable on many topics, he slowly became arrogant. His arrogance isn't something that is always plastered to his face. It is simply that Rafael doesn't like to be called wrong when what he is stating is right. He does not like to argue and often chooses to pass sarcastic remarks instead of those. Being passive aggressive is one of his quality traits. He doesn't always states what makes him upset and would instead be whiny or rude, beating around a bush. Rafael is a natural charmer. He has a handsome apperance and he knows it. He flaunts it well and likes to be dressed in only the best way. He is very stylish and would always take time to pick an outfit. Rafael during his high school years used to be a complete asshole who didn't give a fuck about anyone but himself and his 'friends' at time. He didn't care who did his words or actions would hurt. He did anything without thinking of the consequences of it. However he later became a rather kind and responsible person in his life and so when he sees people in need, he stops to help them. Rafael has always been someone who finds it extremely hard to share his true feelings towards someone, particularly love and affection. When he feels those emotions, he tends to withdraw himself from the person because of his fear of losing them if he couldn't handle his own feelings the right way.

Unlike his high school years when Rafael's days consisted of alcohol, drugs, parties and late night fúcking sessions then showing up late to school the next day, he became someone who valued time more than anything. He became punctual and learned how to use his time to his advantage. People who waste their time are the ones who turn him off. He can not spend his time doing something that unproductive. He has a number of hobbies and is always looking for new things to learn. He believes nothing he learns would ever go to waste. He is usually calm and smiling though he does have a temper like every other human being. He can take insults well and words almost never affect him but physical violence is the quickest way to provoke him. He never starts a fight on his own but if someone touches him or someone he cares about, Rafael isn't afraid of showing them their place. He is particular about everything in his life and likes to plan ahead. He wants to live his life the way he wants and for himself. He is a free spirit who is trying to live and experience the most normal life one could have. He is an honest person and respects those who are honest with him. He respects women too and violence against women is always something that can't be tolerated by him. Rafael is intimidating with his serious expression and resting bitch face. When standing in a crowd, dressed in a formal outfit, he stands out too much. Be it his uncaring attitude that he gives off at first glance or his charming appearance. People always turn their heads to take a good look at him and usually like what they see.

-Rafael was born in an extremely wealthy Brazilian family. His parents being the richest in the country and possibly the continent with their continous earnings, they raised Rafael in a life of luxury. He was a rich brat who knew nothing but to spend money and belittle others in his younger days. He was reckless and didn't care much about others. Rafael had always been closer to his father in the family at first, sharing the same uncaring, manipulative and crazy personality like his old man. He was the classic bad boy of his school with sleeping around with whoever he wanted, fúcking with girls for winning bets, bullying others for what they lacked or blackmailing teachers into doing what he wanted. His father did own the half of their school so things came easy to him with that there. However that changed once Rafael got into the college and started to study to become a pilot for airforce. Rafael got closer to his brother who was three years older than him, Gabriel and changed to become the better person.

Rafael got into his official pilot training when he was only twenty four. He was not alone there. He had his best friend, Diego with him throughout the journey of his life. It was the first day for their pilot test. Rafael was the best fighter jet pilot in their batch. He passed the test with flying colors. However it did not happen for Diego. He failed the test twice the same year. Unlike Rafael, Diego came from a poor family background. His father had spent all his money to send Diego there. Diego was going through a very rough time and Rafael failed to see it or help him. Diego ended up committing suicide and left behind a letter in his family's name and another for Rafael. It talked about how hard it was for Diego to live and it told Rafael to not blame himself. It was the day Rafael was appointed in the air force of the county to be a fighter jet pilot and it was the same day Rafael quit it all and moved back to his family home.

Rafael did absolutely nothing for six months and lived in his room. His mother was very happy since she was always against Rafael joining the air force and put his life in danger. She wanted him to join their family business instead. Rafael couldn't go through the pressure of that so he left his family home, moving to another city to live. He bought a house with his elder brother's money. Being smart enough to easily adapt anywhere, Rafael got a job that paid enough for him to live well on his own. He cut ties with his family, except for his elder brother and lives alone.

Scenario one -
Life has finally been all good to you. You got a job of your choice and a good house where you have been living for quite a while. You however still remember that one guy from high school who used to bully you and make fun of you every now and then. That one guy who you dated for three months and later found out that he did it all for a bet. That one son of a bitch that made you think it was true love. That one asshole who made you cry in front of everyone in your prom when he rubbed the truth about the same bet and how foolish you were to think that he'd ever fall for you. It has been eight years and you sometimes still remember that. Just sometimes. On a Saturday night, you settle down on the couch with a bowl of popcorn to watch your favourite movie when suddenly your doorbell rings. You grudgingly get up from your comfortable place to answer the door. As you do open it, your eyes widen in realisation after a

few seconds, seeing it's the same asshole from eight years ago.

You recognise him almost too quickly. He however doesn't seem to recognise you, maybe because puberty hit you like a train later in your life again and you looked nothing like you did in high school, that or Rafael probably didn't remember. He didn't remember a lot of things. He smiles at you when your eyes meet with his blue ones.

"Hey! I'm Rafael...your new neighbour." He says pointing at the next house. "Can I come in for a moment?" He asks you.

Scenario two
Rafael has been your boss for two years now. You worked for him and he made sure you worked. Your days would start with running to his favourite café to buy him the only coffee he drank, black and ended with running to his place to deliver a file that he 'forgot' at your place. He was your strict, stubborn and arrogant boss and he was making your life hell but you loved your job, you needed it to survive so you could never quit. It was just an ordinary day with you drowning in work but your friend from school kept texting you to go meet this guy she was setting you up with for a blind date. Thankfully Rafael left the office early, telling others to do the same. You had the whole evening for yourself so you decide to give the blind date a chance. You got out of your car, entering the restaurant that was too fancy for your paycheck to cover. As you enter, you're led by one of the staff to the table you were supposed to be at. As you walk in the direction of the table, you see a man sitting there. Their back faced you but a sudden wave of realisation started to hit you. Pushing your doubts away, you make it to the table. The man back at you and it was then all your doubts become reality, it was your arrogant boss sitting there waiting for you with a bouquet of flowers.

"What are you doing here?" Rafael asks you with a deep frown wondering if he sent you to run an errand but as he observes you, he realises something.

"You're here on a date?" He asks, almost amused.
