who have different experience levels (i.e. beginner vs. advanced) ଓ

⤹ What if I'm not a beginner, but an intermediate graphic designer?
Well, if you already know how to create a manip graphic . ִ ་ ּ
. ִ ་ ּ or where to find good sources, but still have trouble with ֙⋆ 𓄹
text placements and fonts, you can sign-up for any 𓈒 ˖ ࣪
𓈒 ˖ ࣪ classes that are provided. ˖ ݁ . ؛

𓄹 ࣪ ˖ What does this mean?
˖ ݁ . ؛ It means that your participation is not ֙⋆ 𓄹
necessary for the lessons that you did not sign-up for. ⤹

*if there is more than 2 week's worth of time between the classes that you signed up for, you will continue to stay in the discord server and be given a special role that lets others know you're waiting on a certain lesson. The choice to still be pinged by using the main role is up to you, otherwise we offer the "special" role for you that won't let you be disturbed during the time period that you're waiting*

. ָ ֺ because even if you don't have a lot ֙⋆ 𓄹
ִ ໋.ˑ ִ of experience in a specific "style" or "area",
. ָ ֺ we'll be partnering you up with someone ֙⋆ 𓄹
. ָ ֺ who has experience in the
ִ ໋.ˑ ִ areas that you lack. 𓍯

﹟The most important part that makes you a
. ָ ֺ trainer though is for you to get through our ֙⋆ 𓄹
ִ ໋.ˑ ִ interview process. Don't worry, you
. ָ ֺ don't have to talk to anyone! All you need to
do is fill out a google form as efficiently ֙⋆ 𓄹
. ָ ֺ as you can, but there's a catch! You can't
edit your application. Which means that you
ִ ໋.ˑ ִ MUST double check everything ֙⋆ 𓄹
. ָ ֺ before you submit. ﹟

EDIT 10/04 :
Due to change in the deadline for Trainer apps, Trainers MUST fill their application within 7 days of receiving the link to the google forms. This is to help keep track of who has submitted the WP form, and who has/hasn't submitted the Google Form application.

If you acknowledge that you MUST double check your answers before submitting your application, reply in an inline comment with, "I, [insert name] acknowledge that I must double check my answers before submitting my application."

If you acknowledge that you MUST be committed to teaching others for 3-5 months, reply with an inline comment by the following, "I, [insert name] acknowledge that I must commit 3-5 months of my time in teaching others."

If you acknowledge that you MUST be a team player with your Co-Trainer, reply using an inline comment with, "I [insert name] acknowledge that I must be a team player, a leader, and good representative of being a [insert role] in order to be a notable Trainer."

TRAINEES

Ꮺ You can have a little knowledge in something ˑ ֗ ִ
or have a decent amount of knowledge in something.
ִ ໋.ˑ ִ It doesn't really matter because we accept anyone ˑ ֗ ִ
at any level. All we ask is that you are compliant with
our Trainer's lessons and behave as you
ִ ໋.ˑ ִ normally would in a learning environment IRL. Ꮺ

↺ Once we have rounded up the syllabi, we'll include ˑ ֗ ִ
them in the TRAINEE FORMS section where you can
໋.ˑ ִ view the kinds of lessons you'll be getting into. ˑ ֗ ִ
The HOW of signing up for classes will
be sent via DM's through a google forms, ֙⋆ 𓄹
𓄹 ࣪ ˖ so make sure to lookout for that. ↺
