Raghav and Vicky were thinking hard on what to do next. Anitha found them and came towards them.

"How is aunty Raghav?" Anitha asked him in worry.

"Better Anitha, doctors have given sedatives now.. so she is sleeping." Raghav replied.

"Why are you both looking so worried? What happened Vicky?"

"There is block in her heart which has to be operated itseems... We don't know what to do now..." Vicky informed her.

"Do you know any cardiologist Anitha? We are planning to go for a second opinion." Raghav asked Anitha.

"No Raghav, I don't know any doctors." She said sadly.

"We have to take a decision soon.. " Raghav told them not willing to postpone the procedures.

"I have an idea. I guess it will work." Anitha told them.

"What idea Anitha?" Vicky asked her eagerly.

"Let's post a message on our social media accounts, asking for a cardiologist referral. Someone in our friends or colleagues list may know a cardiologist right?"

"Good idea Anitha! By this way, we can definitely find a doctor at the earliest." Vicky agreed to it.

Raghav looked at them in doubt, as he was not sure whether it would work out.

"We don't have any other option now Raghav. At least one person in our contact list might know a cardiologist. Let's hope for it. " Vicky convinced him.

Raghav agreed to them and they posted a message on their social media accounts and added Raghav's number for contacting.

Nithya was getting ready to sleep. Her mobile beeped with a notification. She opened it and was shocked to see the message.

Dear friends, if any of you know a cardiologist please do inform me in the following number. Kindly share this with your friends too. Thank you.

She did not know what to do. When she opened the message, she was expecting an announcement about his story. But this was something which she had never thought. Eventhough she was not a certified doctor, she knew about the urgency and the toughness in finding a doctor.

Immediately, she called the number. Her friend was a cardiologist in Chennai, so she thought it would help them.

Raghav was looking at his phone and was wondering when a call from an unknown foreign number. With a hesitation, he attended it.

"Hello?" Raghav asked the other person.

"Erm.. Raghav I'm Nithya. Do you remember me?" Nithya told him as she was not sure whether he would remember her as they rarely chatted.

"Medico?" Raghav replied her which made her sigh in relief.

"Yes Raghav, Medico here. What happened? I saw a message from you asking for a cardiologist. Is everything okay?"

"No Nithya.. my mom is not well. We have admitted her in the hospital. Right now we are in search of a cardiologist for seeking second opinion."

"Oh okay Raghav. Hope she gets well soon..."

"Nithya, do you know anyone?"

"Yes Raghav, my friend Arjun is a cardiologist in Chennai. I called you to inform about him. I'll just check whether he's in town now and share his number with you." Nithya told him assuringly.

"Thank you so much Nithya, that would of great help to us. "

"No mention Raghav, give me some time, I'll contact him and let you know."

"Okay Nithya, bye."
Raghav thanked God for helping him by way of Nithya at the right time.

Nithya opened her room's door and went to the hall and turned on the lights. As the lights were on, her parents got worried and came out from their room.

"What happened Nithya? You didn't sleep?" Her mother Tharani asked her.

"No maa, didn't sleep." she replied looking into her mobile.

"What are you doing here?" she asked Nithya again.

"Actually my friend's mom is sick and they're searching for a cardiologist. You know Arjun right? I'm gonna share his number."

"Which friend of yours? Do I know her?"

"Maa, his name is Raghav and you don't know him. He is the author of the book I read. " Nithya replied monotonously and kept on typing something on her mobile.

"When you are talking to me, look at my face and talk!" Her mom warned her furiously.

"What do you want maa? Can't you see that I'm busy with something?" Nithya shouted.

"Calm down Nithya, don't shout at your mom." Her dad Subash, told her.

"Raghav was sounding so worried, and he had been trying hard to find a doctor. I'm trying to reach Arjun, but she is asking me hell lot of questions." Nithya replied angrily.

"Who is that guy? You don't even know him personally, and you are helping him. What if his intentions are bad?" Tharani asked her back, as the mother inside her got triggered by the way Nithya behaved.

"Maa stop it!! I'm a doctor! Before treating a patient I cannot be verifying whether he is a saint or a terrorist. If every doctor, treats only the patients they knew, not even half of the world's population would have been alive today. And coming to Raghav, he is a gentleman and I trust him. Now please don't argue with me!" Nithya told them sternly and walked back to her room.

Tharani and Subash were dumbstruck with the outburst of Nithya. But deep inside, Subash knew that Tharani's questions were right from a mother's perspective. Nithya's priority now was to help Raghav to save his mother, and he understood that too. Tharani needs to be calmed down first in order to understand these things.

Nithya contacted her friend Arjun, and booked an appointment over phone. Immediately, she called Raghav to inform the same.

"Hello Raghav?"

"Yes Nithya."

"I spoke to my friend, and he is free today, so I booked an appointment for you. I will share his details to you now."

"Thank you so much Nithya! I'll be forever grateful for what you have done to me."

"Stop treating me as a stranger Raghav, I'll WhatsApp you his number. Please contact him soon."

"Okay Nithya, bye."

Raghav walked towards Vicky and Anitha who was curiously looking at him.

"Machan, my friend Nithya, has booked an appointment. We can go and meet him today." Raghav informed them..

"Great Machan! But who is Nithya? I guess there is no girl named Nithya in our office or college." Vicky asked him.

"Vicky!! Is this the time to discuss this? Go with him and meet the doctor. I'll take care of aunty till then." Anitha scolded him.

Raghav smiled at her concern and said "thanks Anitha. And one more thing, please don't tell Amma about the surgery. If she enquires about us, just tell that we went home to take rest for sometime."

"I bet she won't believe that you guys would leave her at this condition and rest at home. But I'll manage, don't worry!" Anitha chuckled.

Hearing her Raghav and Vicky also smiled wide.

"Love you sweetheart byee" Vicky told her cheekily and earned a slap on his shoulder.

"Go man! It's getting late." Anitha told them and they both left to meet Arjun.
