Day Two: Pet Names

Oops, I did two days in one. Well, fuck me gently with a chainsaw
~~

After an entire day of simply training, the Titans enjoy winding down to watch a movie or television, or simply enjoy each other's company. Doing so, though, meant that the entire team would have to endure Raven and Damian's endless affection towards each other.

Of course, it hadn't been a bad thing. Dick and Kori were happy, to say the least, that Damian had finally found a source of happiness. Raven had changed him in a positive way. She made Damian the person he had longed to be ever since he arrived at the Tower. He didn't feel superior to anyone, Raven's strange kindness towards him changed that. In his pitiful life, Raven had been one of the rare things that made him forget about the past and focus on his current life. On her, in specific. To summarize it, he finally found something good in his life.

Love had always been a perplexing topic to him. He never experienced it with the League, the only thing he did experience was his grandfather urging him to work. To become the best version of himself possible. It was when he finally confessed his true feelings to Raven when he realized what actual love felt like. His interpretation of love was that one person on Earth who made him feel as if he was already the best version of himself and that he didn't need to better himself. Because, in his mind, if a girl as perfect as Raven could fall for him then surely he wouldn't need to improve. He liked himself just how he was, and it was Raven to thank for that.

But, still, they were always making the other Titans jealous of their relationship. They understood each other. Damian reserved his smiles for her, only for her. Raven finally learned to put down her books and meditation to make time for her boyfriend. He always called her a phrase in his primal language, Arabic. Nobody understood it, but he still called her it. He whispered it in her ear, it was the last thing that would pass his lips when they slept together, he constantly mumbled it when they hugged. She'd ask for the definition, but he always gave her the same response; "Google it". It was Arabic, she had no clue how to spell it and didn't know the first thing about Arabian text, so she would simply shrug it off.

Raven giggled. Never something to have happened often but, occasionally, she'd let the small, feminine laugh escape her lips. In this situation, there really was no other reaction. Damian was repeatedly whispering the word in her ear, knowing that being unaware of its definition inconvenienced his girlfriend. And it was, in fact, incredibly uncomfortable for her.

"What does it mean?" The pale girl asked through her giggles.

"Google it." He smirked and cuddled her loosely, repeating the phrase over and over again to her.

"Come on, Dami, tell me." She murmured.

"How bad do you want to know?" He twirled a piece of her hair around his finger as his hot breath prickled the skin of her neck. She really adored those intimate moments in which she could feel their breaths and their heartbeats synced up as one, their bodies pressed together and they shared their body warmth. She knew they were meant to be together, everyone knew. From day one their relationship was anticipated and none of the other Titans were very shocked when they announced they were together. But those moments only confirmed it forwards.

"Bad."

"Shaytan jamil. Beautiful demon." He smiled at her, "Are you satisfied now?"

"Very." She turned her head to him and pressed their lips together.

"Good. Because that's all I want, habibata."
