       Dropping the snack on the desk, Jewel joins Geraldine who is currently seated on her own, which gave Jewel great pleasure, especially with the fact, Nengi wasn't close by.

Suddenly seeing a smiling Veronica brought a deep frown upon her face.

Veronica Blossom was what you call a beauty goddess, she was a mixed breed, every boy in class were always going hot around her. Jewel didn't only hate her because of the attention she got, but the fact, she didn't just get that attention, but was also aiming for her best friend.

Only the look she always gave her proved it, Veronica knew Jewel hated her, for a reason best known to her, because Jewel never pretended around her, she never smiled nor talked to her.

"I have been looking for you!" Veronica says directing her gaze at Geraldine, who just looked up to her immediately, it was more like she just noticed her.

"Hey!" Geraldine calls out.

Geraldine knew Veronica was one of the few person's in class, who had no problem with her. She was just the peaceful and jovial kind of girl.

"Mr Peters said I should tell you and Nathan, to organize the students under your control, " Veronica says.

Geraldine rolls her eyes immediately she heard the name, Nathan.

Nathan Otedola was the Deputy Senior Prefect Boy. She hated been sent on tasks with him, because she
always found it difficult locating him, not because she wasn't able to, but because she hates seeing rubbish. Nathan was probably screwing a junior student as they spoke.

"Thanks!" Geraldine smiles.

"We are in the same room this session!" Veronica suddenly says, with a genuine smile, a statement which provoked Jewel.

It was more like it was been rubbed on her face, she and Geraldine weren't assigned to the same room this session, which had never happened since they became friends, they were always assigned to the same dorm.

She disliked Nengi for one particular reason, him constantly flocking around Geraldine, which irritated her, the only reason she spoke to him was because of her.

It sounded childish, but to her Nengi wanted to take her place in Geraldine's life, she wasn't going to
give him that benefit.

Same applicable to Veronica Blossom, she hated the girl, this wasn't a dislike but a hate.

    Most times she wondered why Nengi didn't like to hang around boys, he had been toiling after Geraldine since they where in SS1, she wouldn't deny the fact, it pissed her off, up until now, she couldn't stand his mere sight.

There was one thing about her, that was her hatred for sharing the attention she got from people very important to her, she did seclude herself from a lot of people. She didn't talk to just anyone.

People called it pride, and she won't deny it, she had pride, she hardly made friends, she loved people yearning to be her friend, not the other way round. She loved getting attention from people she cared about.

She was part of the reason's, Geraldine didnt have any close female friends, because she chased them away, even without making an effort.

And the fact Veronica was making a big effort pissed her the most.

"Jewel!" She feels a gentle tap, getting her attention. Turning to Geraldine, she doesn't bother to wipe off the frown from her face, she also noticed Veronica had left.

"What?" She asks coldly.

"What wrong with you?" Geraldine asks quite surprised, she was acting normal before this, but
suddenly acting somehow.

"Gidi!" Now that voice irritated the hell out of Jewel. She was probably about to respond to Geraldine's
question, when Eno's voice cut her off.

  There was no other person Jewel hated in her whole life, more than Eno Bassey. To her Eno was
loudmouth, a backstabber and gossip.

She always came to tell Geraldine what some girl's in the class were saying about her, in turn, she would go and twist Geraldine's words to the same people.

Jewel never gave her an opportunity of coming close to her, she made it obvious she hated her.

"Ekanem has been going around saying, you slim fitted your uniforms and padded your breast with foams, so it could look big, " Eno says, without any form of introduction or pleasantries, she just went straight to the point.

The look on Geraldine's face displayed nothing, more like nothing was going on in her mind, she just stared back at Eno, without uttering a word.

"The same way you came to tell us this, go back and tell Ukeme, her so-called best friend is stabbing her at the back," Jewel says looking grim, you could hear the irritation in her voice. Meanwhile, Geraldine
who saw more to what she just said, turns to her.

Eno on the other hand, watches them for a while, before walking away, when she noticed she wasn't needed.

"You should have just ignored her! When she was done talking, she would have walked away" Geraldine says, she knew Eno well enough, the two-faced bitch, is there set.

"Ignore fire!" Jewel says. "She should go and read meaning to my words." Jewel hisses. "Gidi, you are
just tolerating rub..., "

"Ekanem is a little rat, been controlled by a bigger rat, and I don't just step on rats, I pick them up and break there necks, me keeping quiet holds so much meaning, we just resumed they should continue," Geraldine says finally.

       Cherish turns to Zara for the umpteenth time, she knew something was bothering her, she had just been unnecessarily quiet which was unlike her, Zara was the jovial one.

"Did you bring the novel, I asked about?" Cherish asks trying to start up a conversation, meanwhile Zara dips her hand into her bag the same way she was dipping it in, that was the same way she was bringing out the novel.

"Zara are you sure, you are fine?" Cherish suddenly asks, Zara who just stared back at her. Zara finally attempts to say something else, but gets cut off by someone.

"Cherish!" She recognised the voice instantly. Turning around only to meet the heated gaze of Senior Eva.

"Please come and help me apply this cream to my back," Eva says immediately to Cherish who doesn't hesitate to get up. At least there was a Senior who regarded her as a human being, she wouldn't want to spoil the impression.

    On getting to Eva she stretches her hands for the cream, their eyes locks immediately. There was
something with the way Senior Eva looked at her, which bothered her, it was more like, she could see
through her soul.

"The cream!" She says now feeling rather too uncomfortable, especially with her piercing look.

    Jayden who had been walking in circles for a while, suddenly gives up and decides to go back to the hostel. He felt like he didnt fit in, it was so difficult adjusting to the new environment, he needed a place where he could be alone, so far he hadn't seen such.

Deciding to take the opposite direction, he gets a gentle tap, turning around only to see the boy who had borrowed his textbook without waiting for his approval, he had forgotten his name, currently he had his textbook with him.

"Thank you!" Leo says handing Jayden his textbook. Which Jayden receives without uttering a word.

He attempts to walk away but gets stopped, by Leo's words.

"I find it difficult to believe you are Jason brother, you guys are very different!" Leo confirms.

Jayden who had nothing to say, in order no to make the conversation feel so awkward, just nods his head.

"I guess you are a Science student!" Leo says now taking a step close to Jayden. With the look of things he didnt look like he was leaving any time soon, Jayden on the other hand wasn't prepared to have a
long chat without anyone.

"Do you know the way to the restroom?" Jayden finally asks, in a bid to get rid of Leo.

"Let me take you there, "

This made Jayden pause, that was an excuse to be alone, now the boy was offering him a walk to the toilet.

"Oh!" That was the only thing Jayden could mutter.

"I haven't asked about your name!" Leo says now leading him to his destination.

"Jayden!" He responds calmly, hehad also forgotten Leo's name, to him asking again would seem pretty weird, he just keeps mute, Leo follows suit too. There is a heavy silence between them.

    Grabbing his crotch, Ashley groans,that wasn't a groan of passion or excitement, although it sounded like it was, it was rather a groan of frustration.

He had been trying to get rid of Ukeme for a long time now, but to no avail, he didn't even know how to break up with her, the girl was crazy, and he knew better than trying to break up with her.

Dating her was just a bet, since she-was one of the tough girls in there-set, and he regretted agreeing to this, he was to date her for a week, then do whatever he so pleased after that, but Ukeme wasn't giving him the opportunity. He had ended up dating her, for two straight terms.

No matter how hard he tried to deny it, it was obvious he was scared of breaking up with Ukeme, she might just break his head at the process, the girl was crazy. He is needed no one to tell him, he was in a deep mess.

He could feel her squeezing his balls already, also trying to keep a sexy face. That was her best asset.

Ukeme Udeme was beautiful no doubt, she had this slim curvy figure, she had a good height, just light-skinned. Her strong character was what people were scared of.

She was very bold, she could talk to anyone at any giving time. Guys in their class where practically scared of approaching her. They always tripped for her.

   Ashley believed no girl could turn him down, immediately they were giving the posts as a prefects of school, he took advantage of the opportunity, since he was the SP boy and she was the SP girl, he had opportunity to try to get her. It worked, and he felt like a boss in front of his friends because she had managed to crack one of there class hot-headed girl. The other girls on his friend's lists couldn't be cracked by him, because they were his cousin.

It didnt bother him, that they were trying to play games with his cousin because he knew Jewel well enough. The girl was just too full of herself, he didnt see her falling to the trap.

   No one bothered going for Geraldine, because there was no difference between her and a boy.
Her behaviour could chase any boy away. She was ready to fight with you then and there, didnt care if
you a boy or girl.

"Ash! What is it?" Ukeme asks suddenly, that was when it dawned on him, he had blanked out.
