"This place gives me the creeps." Jessie said.

"I don't like this not even a little bit." Aerith said. 

It was an old sewage system. The walls were corroding. Old vines hung down on the celling. The water looked murky like swamp. 

"Remind me why we're doing this." Biggs said.

"Shinra has something down here. Some kind of weapon. We need to find it and possibly destroy it." Barret said.

"I don't like half knowing what the hell we're supposed to do." I say to Barret.

Barret approached me.

"Truth is boy, I don't know much. I just know something is down here, something dangerous." Barret said.

I nod.

"If I'm doing this, I need a raise." I say.

"Consider it done boy!" Barret yelled.

I hear growling. A heavy breathing. I grab my sword. 

"We're not alone." Tifa said. 

I look at a wall. I see giant scratch marks on the wall. Way too deep to be an animal in the natural world. Aerith drew back. She grabbed my arm.

"What kind of thing made those?" She asked.

"Something that we don't want to run into." I say.  

"Let's keep moving. Don't want to know who made those." Barret said.

A raven followed us.
