The 6 teens - Mike and El, who was leaning her head on his shoulder, with Dustin sitting right next to her. Lucas sitting alone, again. Tess and Cheryl are sat together, Cheryl's head on Tess' shoulder. and Tess' head on Cheryl's head.

Mike's leg bounces up and down over and over again, waiting impatiently for his sister, Alex and Jonathan to come back. But he decides to check on them, leaving El without a shoulder to lean against.

"Nancy? Alex? Jonathan?" Mike calls out, but once he realises they're no where to be seen, he rushes back to the party.

"They're gone," Mike tells the others. 

"What?" Tess says, confused on what he's talking about.

"Nancy, Alex and Jonathan. His car's gone."

"They've probably gone to get Steve so they can have a double-sucking-face-date," Dustin responds, causing everyone but him and El to have a grossed out face. El obviously not understanding what the Henderson kid was talking about.

"What the fuck Dustin," Tess says, not liking his theory.

"Gross," Lucas whispers.

"No. No way!"

"Did they go with the chief?" Tess asks.

"I don't know."

"No," El responds in a soft tone, making everyone glance at her.

"What? Did you see them? Do you know where they went?" Mike asks her. 

"Yes."

"Where? Where did they go?" Cheryl asks El this time, worried for the older teens.

"Demogorgon."

"Remember..." Jonathan reminds Alex and Nancy about their plan to catch the demogorgon, "Straight into Will's room. And—"

"Don't step on the trap," Alex finishes for Jonathan.

"Wait for the yo-yo to move," Nancy adds.

"All right," Jonathan says, knowing the girls remember the plan, "You ready?"

"Ready."

"On three." 

"One..." Jonathan starts off, then Alex, "two..."

"You don't have to do this—"

"Jonathan, stop talking," Nancy cuts him off.

"I'm just saying, you don't have to—"

"Three."

The three cut a bit of their palms open, blood oozing out of their hands. They knew if the demogorgon smelt the blood, it would come after them. 

"Guys, guys! This is crazy," Mike yells out, having enough of just waiting, "We can't just wait around."

"Mike, in case you forgot, we're still fugitives," Tess tells him, standing up to go closer to the rest of the party, "The bad men are still looking for us."

The others - El, Dustin, Cheryl, and Lucas - still huddled around on the bleachers.

"Yeah, and we don't even know where your sisters are," Cheryl says, referring to Alex and Nancy.

"El can find them."

"Mike, look at her," Tess tells him, making both of them turn to look at El — who was really drained.

"I still think we should stick to the chief's plan."

"Exactly. We stay here, keep El out of sight and keep her safe," Cheryl agrees with Lucas, "That's the most important thing, remember? Besides, they should be okay. They're with Jonathan." 

"Yeah, and she's kind of a badass now, so..." Dustin says.

"Well, where are you going?" Mike yells out to Lucas and Dustin, who were starting to walk away, "You just said stick to the plan!"

"I am. I'm just gonna go get some chocolate pudding," Dustin tells Mike, "I'm telling you, Lunch Lady Phyllis hoards that shit."

"Are you serious?" 

"El needs to be recharged!"

"I want fo—!" Tess starts, but gets cut off before she could follow the others.

"Can I talk to you..?" Cheryl asks her.

"Again?" Tess responds with a confused face, hiding her fear for what Cheryl might say.

"Yeah, is it okay?"

"I guess. Sure."

"Did you hear that?" Alex asks the others, hearing a sudden noise.

"It's just the wind," Jonathan assures the girl, "Don't worry. My mom, she said the lights speak when it comes."

Both of the girls have confused faces, "Speak?" Nancy questions.

"Blink. Think of them as alarms."

And before the 3 teens know it, they heard a knock on the door.

"Okay that is definitely not wind," Alex says.

"Jonathan? Are you there, man? It's... it's Steve! Listen, I just want to talk!"

Steve doesn't get an answer, so he bangs again, causing Alex to open the door.

"Steve, listen to me."

"Hey. Nancy, what—"

"You need to leave," Alex tells Steve, with a complete serious face.

"What?" Steve stutters, "No, I'm not trying to start anything, okay?"

"I don't care about that," Nancy tells Steve, "You need to leave."

Steve starts trying to apologise to Nancy. But ends up with Alex and Nancy pointing their guns to him. (#girlbosses)

"You have five seconds to get out of here," Nancy tells him.

"Okay, is this a joke?" Steve asks completely freaked out, "Stop. Put the gun down."

"I'm doing this for you."

Steve keeps trying to apologise to Nancy, and ends up coming in the Byers house. But Jonathan interrupts.

"Nancy! The lights."

"It's here," Alex adds.

"Wait, what's here?" Steve asks.

"Where is it?"

"Where is what?" Steve asks again, but still no answer, "Whoa!" he yells seeing Alex pull out a bat with hundreds of nails. "Easy with that!"

"Where is it?" Alex asks Jonathan and Nancy.

"I don't know. I don't see it."

"Where is what?" and once again, Steve gets no answer, "Hello? Will someone please explain to me what the hell is going—"
Steve gets cut off by a loud growl.

"Go! Go! Run! Go!"

"Get out of here!" Jonathan yells to Steve, but he doesn't listen, and instead follows the others.

"Jump!" Alex tells Steve.

"Oh, my God! Oh, my God!" Steve screams. (MOTHER LIKE SON-)

"Jesus! Jesus! What the hell was that?" Steve asks ONCE AGAIN, AND STILL GETS NO ANSWER, "What the hell was that?"

"Shut up!" the 3 teens scream. The teenagers hear monster screech.

"What's it doing?" Nancy asks, as if the others would know.

"I don't know."

"Do you hear anything?"

"No."

"This is crazy. This is crazy. This is crazy. This is crazy! This is crazy! This is crazy!" Steve mutters to himself, obviously not signing up for this sort of shit. "What are you doing? Are you insane?"

"It's going to come back!" Alex yells.

"So you need to leave."

"Right now."

Nancy, Alex, and Jonathan breathes start getting heavy when the electricity starts pulsating.

"Where is it?" Nancy asks.

"Come on. Come on, you son of a bitch."

Long story short, the demogorgon comes out, and falls into the teens trap.

"He's in the trap!" Jonathan yells, "He's stuck!"

"Alex, now!" Nancy screams out to her best friend, who was holding a lighter.

The monster starts screeching at the fire consuming it.

"Did you hear that?"

Suddenly the demogorgon disappears.

"Where did it go?" Alex asks the others, everyone looking around to see if its still there.

"No. It has to be dead," Jonathan pants, "It has to be."

"Found it!" Dustin says to Lucas, picking up the pudding, "I knew she was hoarding it."

"Guys, I found the chocolate pudding!" Dustin yells out to the others.

"Okay!"

"Cool!"

Mike and Eleven are sat at a table together on one side of the cafeteria. While Cheryl and Tess are sat at another table, also away from everyone.

"So, are we gonna talk about it?" Tess asks Cheryl, remembering what happened earlier.

Cheryl furrowed her eyebrows, "About what?" she lies, scared of loosing her friendship with her best friend.

"About the kiss... remember?"

"Right, yeah," Cheryl whispers looking down at their shoes. Tess was wearing some black doc martins, while she was wearing orange converse.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done—" Cheryl starts, but gets cut off.

"Loook at me."

Cheryl looks up, but before she could react, Tess had kissed her.

This time the kiss was longer than before, but still short.

"Would you.. yknow, uh," Cheryl chuckles at Tess' attempt to ask her out.

Tess knew it was now or never, sighing she said "Would you like to be my girlfriend..?"

Cheryl's smile had gotten wider the second Tess had finished saying those words.

"Oh my god, yes," Cheryl laughs, hugging the girl in front of her.

Mike had heard a car engine and looked outside, while the others crowded around the chocolate pudding.

"This will charge your battery right up," Dustin tells El, handing her a cup and a spoon, "I'm telling you."

"Guys! Guys!" Mike yells out.

"What, Wheeler?"

"They found us."

Everyone's eyes widen in shock, knowing what their friend was talking about.

"How did they find us?" Cheryl asks Mike, while everyone was running away from the bad men.

"I don't know, but they knew we were in the gym."

"Got 'em!" One of the agents working for the bad men yelled, seeing the young kids.

"Go, go, go, go, go!"

"Come on!" Lucas yells. They all turn a corner, just to see more bad people.

"There they are. Freeze."

"Back! Go back!" Mike yells, but more agents were found.

"Go, go! Go left!"

They all hear someone thud, stopping to turn around to see who it was.

"El, are you okay?" Mike asks, leaning down next to the girl. "El!"

"Something's wrong," Cheryl says, "She's just drained."

"No, no, no, she won't wake up. El!"

Seeing how scared Mike was, Tess went to check the girls pulse, "She's barely breathing," she says, moving her fingers away from El's wrist.

"We gotta go," Cheryl tells everyone, seeing the bad men catch up to the party.

"Leave her," Dr Brenner tells the children, but they don't listen, "Step away from the child."

"No!" Mike yells at him, the party trying to protect El no matter what.

"You want her, you have to kill us first," Dustin says.

"That's right!"

"Eat shit!"

Unfortunately, the kids - excluding El - didn't hear the older men come up behind them and stop them from doing anything but fail to escape their touch.

"Oh, no! No, no!"

"No! No! Get off me!"

"You idiot!"

"No!"

"Get off me!" Tess yells at the man holding her.

"Ow! Let go!"

"Eleven?" Martin asks the girl who was still lying on the ground, "Eleven, can you hear me?
Eleven?"

"Papa?"

"Yes, yes, it's your papa."

"Get off of me," Mike grunts.

Martin Brenner puts El in his lap gently, "I'm here now."

"Let her go!" Tess yells at him, "Let her go, you bastard!"

"Shh, shh, you're sick," Martin tells El, who was whimpering at the sight of the bad man, "You're sick, but I'm going to make you better. I'm going to take you back home, where I can make you well again. Where we can make all of this better, so no one else gets hurt."

"Bad. Bad," El whispers, then turning to her real friends, who were still being held against their will. They were all staring at her with scared expressions, 

"Mike," El whimpers, trying to hold her hand out to him, "Mike. Mike."

Blood had started pouring down the school's walls.

"Blood."

"What?" Tess says to the Wheeler kid, still struggling to break free of the bad men's grip.

"Blood," Mike repeated, not taking his eyes off the walls covered in blood.

Next thing to happen, was a monster creating a gate between the walls with the school logo on. Screeches can be heard by the monster, who was now coming through the gate, which connected to the upside down.

"Demogorgon."

The bad men let go of the children, grabbing their guns to start shooting the creature that had appeared. "Go, go, go, go, go!" Mike yells, as Dustin went to pick El up. The party was now running away from not only the bad men, but now the demogorgon.

"Come on, come on."

"Go, go!"

"Come on. Come on," Mike tells his friends, as they all enter one of the school's classrooms.

"Help, help."

"Come on, get her on the table," Tess tells Dustin, who was still holding the poor girl.

"Just hold on a little longer, okay?" Mike tells El, who was lying down on a table at the back of the classroom. "He's gone. The bad man's gone. We'll be home soon, and my mom... she'll get you your own bed. You can eat as many Eggos as you want. And we can go to the Snow Ball."

"Promise?" El asks Mike.

"Promise."

Tess overhears the conversation, so she speaks up after it.

"E-El! I-I am so sorry for not believing you," Tess panics, stumbling over her words. "I've just b-been exetr-"

Tess gets cut off by the demogorgon screeching again, entering the room, and screams coming from her and her friends.

The demogorgon stops in its stacks inside the classroom the kids were in. Causing the gun shots to also stop.

"Is... Is it dead?" Dustin asks.

The creature starts moving, scaring everyone.

"Go, go, go, go!"

"Get the wrist rocket!" Tess yells out to Lucas, "Get the wrist rocket now!"

"Go, go, go, go, go!" 

The monster screeches.

"Go, go, go." 

"Take it out now!"

"Get the rocks, get the rocks, get the rocks!" Tess yells as loud as she can, trying to make her voice louder than the demogorgon and guns. 

Lucas finds the rocks in the bag they had, "Getting the rocks!"

"Come on!"

"Go! Go! Kill it! Kill it!"

"Fire! Fire!"

"Give me another one," Lucas asks Cheryl, who gave him another one as requested.

"Kill it! Bastard!"

The five party members keep yelling at each other to kill it. But mostly Lucas as he has the wrist rocket. 

El notices her new friends struggling, and obviously gonna lose. She stands up and limps towards the monster.
"Eleven, stop!" Mike yelled out, going to hold her back, but El uses her powers to fling him back against the classroom cupboards.

Both the monster and Eleven were squealing, as she kept using her powers on it.

El slowly turns around to Mike, "Goodbye, Mike."

"No more."

After all the yelling from El and the demogorgon, it was silent. Both of them were no where to be seen.

The five preteens start yelling out El's name, and get no response.

Joyce and Hopper had found Will, and taken him to the hospital to recover. Joyce and Jonathan were aloud to stay in Will's room, since they were family. So the others had to wait outside in the waiting room. Most of them asleep.

Jonathan comes out to get the others. Seeing Mike awake, desperate to finally see his best friend after a whole week of chaoticness. (BYLER)

Mike looks up at Jonathan, who gestures that Will was awake. He quickly woke up his sleeping friends, and they all entered the room.

Mike was the first to enter the room, shouting "Byers!" (just remove the s, and add an l between y and e)

"Be careful," Joyce tells the excited children, "Be careful with him."

First Mike hugged Will. Dustin was last, which made him very impatient, so he pushed Lucas away for his turn.

"Guys, guys," Jonathan says, "Go easy on him."

"You won't believe what happened when you were gone, man," Mike tells Will, with the biggest smile ever. "It was mental," Cheryl adds. 

The party had reunited, and the five friends told Will everything that happened, whispering when they talked about El, so no one out of the room would hear.

All of the party were in the Wheeler's basement, playing dnd. It was around Christmas time, so before and afterwards, they had all said 'merry Christmas' to everyone.

and sorry for the short ending, i really didn't feel like writing anymore of this chapter.
