A boy who just wants to be normal. Eddie Kaspbrak is a supposedly normal boy, you know, besides the fact that he's clearly gay and just won't admit it. But there's one other thing... He's a mutant. People like him were largely frowned upon and he didn't want anyone to know about him. But, due to his mother's big mouth, she had blabbed about it to everyone, asking if they could help 'fix' him. When the other losers, also mutants, had told him about Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, he couldn't be happier. He could use his powers without being teased or feared. And more importantly, he could use his powers to help people and prove to them that mutants shouldn't be feared.
