1. This is a Triology, meaning there are two other books in the Mahika Universe.
2. All of you know who the four other characters are in this series since I posted the re-Introduction on Instagram already. (@mysticpsyche.wp)
3. If you missed it, the four other characters are Clementine Rivera and Georgiana Forbes.
++A secondary romance plot with Elliot Cresswell and Simon Bennett
4. I will PURPOSELY leave out scenes for the other two books; the written out scene will be in one of those books, and also information about the remaining characters, so you guys will keep guessing who they are, what they are, and their personality, traits, etc.
5. To follow what I said in number 4, I will BRIEFLY mention the other characters. They will show up in the books, but not as much as I would like them to. However, the next character in the second book will be there from time to time, but again briefly.
What will happen in Act 4 of Enchanted won't occur in Books 2 and 3. So that it can have different scenes, etc, to keep y'all on your toes, but you will see in the other books that Elijah is groveling, which will not change. The second and third books will have different events, but it'll still make sense because Genesis isn't the OC focused on in those books. It will be Clementine and Giana, but I'm not sure who the second book will be about. I'm still thinking about it!
6. This book will contain the Buffy gang hate, except for the characters I choose not to give hate too, lmao especially Elena Gilbert. (I'm going to be honest, I hate her)
7. Followed by number 6. This book will pretty much be an AU. I will not follow some of the episodes that occurred in the original show.
8. And message me privately if you have any ideas for an AU. I have ideas of my own, but suggestions from you guys will always be welcome.
9. READ THE CONTEXT CAREFULLY. To avoid confusion about what is happening, because readers tend to skip paragraphs and then irritatingly comment, "What did I just miss?" You missed paragraphs and reading. That is what you missed.
10. This is a work of fiction and my story, so what I write can be unbelievable, especially when it comes to the magic department. I will create my own rules in this story.
11. This is what I am bothered about. Avoid leaving comments that use first-person pronouns. For example: I, we, me, us, our. Y'all get the gist, just don't because you are NOT reading a freaking y/n book. My character is not you. They are their own person with their own storyline. Don't make it about you, easy as that. Go read a y/n book, not the love interest paired with an ORIGINAL CHARACTER.
12. CAUTION
- Please, do not romanticize killers, psychotic people, or any violent act in real life. Always remember that this type of fictional relationship, or what they call dark romance, is in a controlled environment such as the author's writing/world. Too much fiction can be dangerous and unhealthy. It can cloud your thinking about these actions, or some people think of it as 'the norm.'
The Mikaelsons are considered cold-blooded killers. They do not care for the people they kill. However, they come off as clean because of their attractiveness and charm (I am guilty). What is written in the fictional world STAYS in the fictional world.
People are allowed to enjoy whatever genre of book they read. But still, be cautious, do not lose your grip on reality when reading fiction.
13. I feel like I have to address this. If anyone is wondering, new or old readers, I will be straightforward. I will never write a chapter with smut scenes. I will admit that I do read books with smut. However, I do not feel comfortable whatsoever writing one, so if you added this story to your library and expect those kinds of scenes, you're in for a disappointment, darling, because I don't write those, and I never will.
And I know I made a lot of sexual references and built-up sexual tension between some of my characters, and that's a normal emotion to feel between them because they are a couple. They do it now and then like any other people that are ready to do it.
Did I explain my point well? I hope nobody gets offended. because I would like to warn the new readers because my old readers probably got my gist from
reading my completed stories that I never have and never will publish smut chapters.
14. Okay, I'm going to address the issue about my book. WE authors ALWAYS, ALWAYS, explain the idea of the story as the story progresses, so if you don't understand what's happening in the story DON'T worry because you will understand as you continue reading the chapters because that's what we do as authors, we EXPLAIN as the story goes on. We don't leave you hanging, confused, and wondering.
So before you comment that my character is "D*mb" just because you don't know what's happening in the story, go read and understand the context first, and if you're losing an argument because of the comment that you made, don't call me a "B*tch" because I won't tolerate any of your b*llshit.
Learn about reading comprehension first. Then talk/ask me. Think before you click besties. I'm always going to reply if you make rude comments, don't ever think that I won't because I wouldn't allow you to disrespect me and my characters.
15. Lastly, I DO NOT UPDATE UPON REQUEST. So pretty fucking please avoid "Pls update" comments because I will do the exact opposite of updating.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this important message. I will add some more soon if another important reminder pops into my head.
