So this is actually a while ago but better late than never!

As I said, this happened a while ago but I woke up from a nightmare yesterday and everything was weird so I remembered this.

Usually people lay on their back when they have a sleep paralysis which didn't happen with me so I'm not even sure what happened there.

I was able to sleep in and I heard my mom entering my room, opening my door and saying "Get up." So I opened my eyes but my door was closed. My mom wasn't there.

The words 'Get up.' suddenly repeated and got really loud and it was all my head. I was laying on my side and immediately shut my eyes. The words started to sound more mechanical or something and it started to freak me out.

So except of voices in my head I felt something on my chest and it started to feel like somebody was pressing my air pipe. Not my throat. It felt like it was only around my air pipe.

Also my chest felt heavy but I tried to stay calm.

The voice in my head got louder by the second and my air getting cut of worse.

Out of nowhere I could twitch my pinky and everything stopped abruptly.

I was so relieved but waited a few seconds until opening my eyes. Everything was fine.

I got up and went to my mom asking if she entered my room and said get up but she didn't.

Still a scary experience to this day and also I sound a little crazy.

That's actually it, I continued to live and nothing happened.
