"Good morning, dad." He softly smiled but his eyes had held a pure grievance.

Before tears forced out, he had to tear his gaze away from the photo affixed on the metal wall of his flying saucer.

Relief washed over him by the time he switched off all the buzzing alarms.

As much as they were the noise pollution. They were also something he sometimes begged to listen to when they shut off and stop working, he dreaded the state.

Because only they have had the notes.

"Kim Kaito, wassup my boi! Oh no. No. I'll go like, heyyy Kai. How have you been? Gosh, I need to sound cheerful."

The said boy listen to his father's voice note as his eyes landed on the sun; covered with some passing cloud.

"You don't have to sound cheerful, dad. I just need to hug you more than anything."
