Atlas and Derek are still getting ready. Derek is brushing his teeth. Well Atlas sorts though his dresser looking for something to wear.

"Let's sleep at your house tonight." Atlas slips on a shirt, watching as Derek turns to look at him.

"What?" Derek asks, like he didn't hear what Atlas asked, even though he was pretty sure Derek heard.

"Why are we always sleeping at my house? Well not my house, but the house I live in. Do you even have one?" Atlas hands Derek a shirt as he rambles.

"One what?" Derek says once again, and Atlas can't help but think the neurosurgeon is playing stupid.

Atlas sighs, "A house. With a closet. With your stuff in it. Your personal stuff. Where I can keep a toothbrush? Do you even have one of those?"

"Ye—"

"I didn't mean a toothbrush."

"Mmm." Derek hums as he and Atlas leave the bedroom to head down to the kitchen.

"Good morning." Derek greats the Lee-Sunny family that sit around the table.

"Hey. You guys want a left over cupcake?" Oliver asks, holding up a day old cupcake Atlas had made.

"Oh, no." Derek shakes his head.

"Atly made them." Oliver smiles brightly and waves as his older brother.

Derek turned to Atlas, who was shoving a cupcake into his mouth, "You know, I like it here. The happy feeling this home gives off. You even said so yourself, you liked having your things around, sleeping in your own bed. Being around Olie and Liza."

Derek grabs getting cereal box while Atlas grabs his boyfriend a bowl and spoon.

"You're like a health nut, aren't ya? You eat healthy every freaking morning." Lilla lightly snaps, she didn't mind Derek, no, but Derek eating all the health food in the home might drive her insane.

"No, I don't." Derek denies as he sits down to eat his cereal.

"You eat healthy. At least the last seven days." Lilla argues back.

Let's get this straight, do not argue with Lilla. She could get scary when someone argues with her. She often always right, and never wrong and always finds a way to get under someone's skin. So really, don't argue with Lilla.

"Oh, come on. I haven't been here for a whole week. Have I?"

"See? Oliver thinks it's weird. They all think it's weird."

Derek and Atlas chuckle, smiling at each other.

Both Atlas and Derek had been at work for a few hours and they had just ran into each other. "I seem to hardly know anything about you." Atlas comments, wanting to know more about his boyfriend.

"You know I'm from New York. You know I like ferry boats." Derek somewhat reminded Atlas.

"Yes I knew that. What about your friends?"

"I'm a surgeon. I don't have friends." Atlas frowned at his boyfriends words, did he really not have friends?

"What? Everybody has friends. I mean, who do you hang out with? What do you do on your days off? Wait, I know what you do on your days off. You come home with me and we bake and have dance party's." Atlas smiled at the fact that he and Derek had dance party's.

Derek laughs, "There I disagree, we don't have dance party's every night. Hmm. I've got to go. We'll find these things out. That's the fun part. You know? That's the cherry on top."

"You only say that because cherry's are my favourite part of milkshakes!" Atlas yelled after his boyfriend, who was laughing.

Cristina is in Mr. Duff's room, a patient who had been sent down by psych. The patient was having visions, and was definitely a neuro case at mostly. But when Christina was doing her work up she was sure she spotted a heart murmur so she paged Atlas.

"A little Botox would do wonders on those frown lines." Mr. Duff chuckled as Atlas walked into the room.

"Ok. Shut up." Christina said as she passed the chart over to Atlas.

"Is she allowed to talk to me like that?" He asks Atlas, who only nods in response.

"See here?" — Christina shows him papers and points out something — "These are spikes in your temporal lobe. It means you have epilepsy. Not visions. Seizures." She finishes.

"You think I'm epileptic? That is no not right." The patient disagrees, not wanting what was happening to him to be caused by epilepsy.

"You should order an MRI so you can take a closer look at his brain." Atlas whispers to Christina. He would have spoken louder but he didn't want the patient to flip out because they didn't believe in his visions.

Yeah, there's no way..." Mr. Duff trails off as he starts having a "vision".

Atlas snaps his fingers in front of the patients face.

"Mr. Duff? Mr. Duff, can you see me? Can you hear me? Stay with me." Christmas rambles, not wanting the patient to die or slip into a coma because he was having a seizure.

"I wouldn't have picked you for the mommy track, Nurse Betty." The patient says to Christina, which causes her mouth to open in shock and causing Atlas to turn towards the intern.

"And you, someone close to you is lying. The outcome won't be good. There will be big choices." Mr. Duff tells Atlas.

The two doctors only stare at the patient.

Mr. Duff goes to speak again but before he can Atlas excuses himself and Christina.

"Are you okay?" Atlas asks as he places both hands on Christina shoulders, making her face him.

"Y-yeah." Christina nods stunned, she was pregnant, but how the patient had managed to find out would confuse her deeply.

"I'm always here if you need. For anything, okay C?"

Christina only mutters a quiet thank you before she leaves quickly and takes the elevator to the lounge where Bailey and Izzie are, hoping she can get off the case.

"Who's that?" Meredith asks, pointing to the caller id that's popped up on Dereks phone.

"No one."

"If it's no one then why are they calling again, and leaving messages?" Meredith pried once more.

Derek only walked off, leaving Meredith to her questions.

Derek and Atlas are outside, its dark, and they're are walking in between bushes and trees.

"Where are we? Oh my god, did you bring me out here to kill me?" Atlas fears, he didn't believe the fact that Derek would bring him into the woods to murder him, but some things aren't always sure.

"I'm gonna tell you what you what. All right. My mother's maiden name is Maloney. I have four sisters. I have, uh, nine nieces. Five nephews. I like coffee ice cream, single-malt scotch, occasionally a good cigar. I like to fly fish. And I cheat when I do the crossword puzzle on Sunday. And I never dance in public, only with you. Um, favorite novel— The Sun Also Rises. Favorite band is The Clash. My favorite color is blue. I don't like light blue, indigo. The scar right here on my forehead, that's why I don't ride motorcycles anymore. And I live in that trailer. All this land is mine. I have no idea what I'm gonna do with it. So that's it. That's all you've earned for now. The rest you're just...just gonna have to take on faith." Derek breaths out, watching his boyfriend with hopeful eyes.

Atlas takes in the scenery around him. He takes a few steps toward the trailer and reaches his hand out for Derek. The two make their walk into the trailer.

"I like the outdoors you know, I like fishing and camping. And especially camping." Atlas says, only causing Derek to smile brightly and bring his boyfriend in for a kiss.
