"Well, almost" 

"Maleficent please don't do this" I pleaded with him as I ret my hands on his cheeks. 

"I know you Maleficent and this isn't you, there is no need for this if you do this, you're letting her win, we could " I tried to reason with him. 

Maleficent snarled at me.

"You do not, Y/n, you never did, this is the real, me" He told me.

Is he being serious? 

"Maleficent, I've seen you in your darkest hours and was there, by your side till you could see the light and if you can't see the light, right now, let me show you" 

With that, I pulled him down and kissed him. I could feel him tense up but soon relaxed. 

I pulled apart from the kiss and watched as his eyes changed back to its normal green. 

A grin came to my face as I felt tears coming to my eyes. Final, I had him back. 

He then suddenly moved me aside and took my previous position when I heard a weapon being released. 

He gasped as the arrow struck him in his back as red dust started to spread. I watched in to shocked as he played his hand on my cheek as he turned into ashes right in front of me.

"No!" I cried out as I fell to my knees, tears rolling down my cheeks.

"You can't leave me here! Not again!" I sobbed as tears fell off my cheeks and onto the ground. 

"Do you know what makes a great leader, Y/n?" Ingrith asked me.

I didn't take her on as she talked to busy sobbing over Maleficent's death along with playing how am I going to kill her. 

 "The ability to instil fear in your subjects... and then use that fear...against your enemies"

She walked up close to me. 

"So... I spread the story of the evil lord... and the princess she cursed. It didn't matter who woke Sleeping Beauty. They were all terrified. And the story became legend" She explained. 

I got up to attack her when two guards held me by the arms.

I yellow out an angry yell as I looked at her, rage in my eyes. 

"I know you think I'm a monster"

"No, I know you are a monster, not think" I spat at her, still trying to get out of the guard's hold. 

"But what I did to the king, to Maleficent, to my son... I did for Ulstead" 

This woman is crazy. I wasn't to sure if her eyes turned red due to tears coming to her eyes or 

"I don't think putting a curse on the king, killing your son's father in law and causing a war is protected your country or the one's you 'love'" 

She turned her back and started to walk to the balcony.

"You are a traitor to your kind, and you will pay for it" She warned me.

"Well, jokes on you! I'm not even human! And the fact that you think I am is an insult! I could never be like you! All you humans do fight each other for power and have your heads up your arses! For once if you take your heads out of your arses and stand with each! And don't pull me!" 

"Maleficent is dead! We will never again live in fear!"

I finally got free from the guard's hold and went straight to her.

"You b-"

Suddenly I was held back again as she turned back to me.

"Ulstead is free at last!"  

I tried my best to get out of their grip. 

"What's happening?" Ingrith asked in total shock. 

I stopped struggling and turned to see what she was talking about. 

To my surprise and everyone else's Maleficent's ashes start to swirl around as there was a glowing gold in the middle. It started to get bigger and bigger, scaring the two guards. 

The ashes formed a large, Phoenix, I stared in shock as he roared. 

He used his magic to destroy the tower next to him. 

We stared at each other for a while before I notice what looks like a smile case me to smile as well. 

So caught up in the moment I forgot that Ingrith was there it was only when she had pushed me I remembered her.

I left out a terrified shriek as I fell possible to my death.

There was nothing I could do, I could only watch as Maleficent tried to his best to reach to me.

Tears came to my eyes, and my health felt it was going to explore form fear. It wasn't the height the scared my but the fact that I didn't have and wing to help me, that thought terrified me. 

What's a bird without their wing to help them? 

Memories of my life with Aurora and Maleficent came to my mind along with my short time with Estella as I desperately raised my hand out for Maleficent. 

He suddenly gained speed and was grab me with his claws and flew. I couldn't see anything but I hear a long crash as though a building was being brought down along with crashing onto the earth and being dragged for a while before we stopped.

In the castle, Queen Ingrith was running for her life right now. When she had made it to an existed, Udo appeared stopping her. 

She looked to her left, where there was another exit only to find another Fey blocking her path, along with her right. She slowly started to back up as they came towards her, breathing heavily. 

She quickly turned around only to with Bora and a strange woman beside him.

The strange lady was not as tall a Bora and she was completely black, black like a starless night down to her tight leather pants, her. She skin along with her clothing was the same colour that you would have thought she wasn't wearing any clothing. She wore a black pointed hat with a gold tined black belt around it. On her hands, there were faint gold symbols there. Not to mention you couldn't see her face, only golden choker with the same golden symbols on the belt around her neck. 

This causing more fear to arise to Ingrith as she left in a sharp breath. 

The lady tilled her head as she palace her hands together forming a triangle with her fingers loosely together while Bora grunted at her.

I started to crawl out of Maleficent's grasp only to be with dust around. I got on to my feet at the same time as Maleficent got up as well. 

Maleficent stretched his wings and left out an enormous roar. 

Aurora ran up to me as I  walked out. We met halfway and gave each other a heartfelt hugged.

"Godmother! Thank goodness you're alright" She said.

I smiled as I heard something happening behind me.

We turned to see Maleficent standing there with a proud smiled.

(This what he's wearing, by the way, you can change it if you like just forget the hat there)

I was probably smiling like a fool right there and then.

"Well, well" I teasing said to him. 

"Hello Y/n" He greeted me with his arms open casing me to ran up and hugged him. 

He wrapped his arms around my waist just bearly lifting my feet off the ground as I wrapped my arms around his neck, placing my head on his beating chest, to hear his heartbeat and make sure he was really here while her gentle wrapped his wings around me. 

"Well looks like someone missed me" He said as he stroked my hair.

I looked up at him and smiled. 

"You have no idea" 

With that, he landed down sealing our lips with a kiss. 

We parted and turned around to face Aurora moving aside a bit to invite her for a hug. 

She smiled and ran up to us, joining us in the hug. 

 After we finished your hug we separated. I stood only he right while Aurora stood on the left.

"Philip, do you love our daughter?" He asked him.

"With everything I have" He answered causing both me and Malecifnet to smile.

Sudden I heard little footsteps coming our way, turns out it was Pinto and her new friends she made. A pixie and a mushroom fairy.

"I believe this belongs to you" The pixie spoke as he handed the needle to Maleficent. 

"Curses don't end. They're broken" He informed. 

Maleficent stared at the needle.

"They're broken"

With the pixie's last word Maleficent tossed the needle into the air and with to takes of his staff, the needle chattered into gold dust. 

The Feys began to help the soldiers as we watched, not too long ago they were fighting each other it was amazing the see them work together now. 

I gently brushed my hand against Maleficent causing to grasp on to it, lacing his finger with minds.

"There will be no more fighting. Ulstead will never attack the Moors again. And from this day on... we move forward... and find our way... in peace. Together" Phillip announced. 

"Today, there will be a wedding. Not just a union of two people... but a union of two kingdoms. And all are invited... all are safe... and all are welcome!" Aurora added with that Maleficent tapped his staff causing magic to flow through the grounds as plants started to bloom.

Some made its way to castle wrapping itself around it giving the castle an enchanting look to it.
