The moment Eve met Zed she was intrigued, for multiple reasons.

Zed was the first ever zombie she'd met at Seabrook high. His green hair was easily spotted and his doe brown eyes were filled with awe.

She has watched from afar with narrowed eyes and a smirk, his scent pulling her towards him.

Unlike most zombies, he smelled delicious. There were very few inhuman species that Eve had interest in - the undead smelling like must and rotten eggs.

She was sure that they'd taste even worse.

The abominably pale people were abundantly happy and bouncing with joy from the thought of be at a new school.

Very few zombies looked annoyed, like the exquisite girl that obviously wanted to be anywhere else. She had her curled locks in a ponytail and she stood beside two other zombies - who Eve would soon find out we're Bonzo and Zed.

But against her better judgement she stood back, waiting in the shadows to capture want she wanted most.

Despite how her body craved to take Zed she restrained herself, deciding to only have a tiny taste.

And one day she finally found the perfect timing.

The sky's that were a exhilarating blue soon shifted to a cloud covered sky, it's dark black and grey hues made anxiety fill people in the school.

The color reminded everyone she was still there. Most had forgotten about Eve, too caught up in Seabrooks new football wins, cheerleading tryouts, and zombies being excepted into their school to think about her absence.

As she slow trudged down the hall people scattered, fear consuming them and panic spreading in their chest as the ran out of her path.

Her smirk grew as the Aceys rounded the corner, unaware of her precents. With hurried footsteps Lacey, Stacey, and Tracey whispered, looking over their shoulders and taking sneek peaks at the clouds.

With a chuckle she appeared in front of them, watching with a widening grin as they jumped from the sight of her.

She felt so powerful as they shook, unable to form coherent thoughts.

Her eyes flickered and teeth sharped as she grinned, lips cutting upwards in an inhuman grin.

Her skin peeled back as the corners of her mouth split to the sides of her eyes. Her natural state had Pennywise and Cheshire Cat like features that always petrified people.

"Boo."

They screamed and dashed off, tears falling from their eyes. She giggled as everything around her became silent, and her face returned to it's disguised state. It made her look completely human and blend in.

Her shoes made sounds as she strutted down the halls, humming a tune to herself.

She halted as she noticed a lone figure, the green haired boy looked around. His features were scrunched up in confusion. He hadn't been told about the devil that lurked the halls and didn't understand why people had disappeared so quickly.

"Trouble?" Her voice echoed in the empty corridor.

His head snapped her direction and a nauseating feeling engulfed him. His palms grew sweaty as he noticed her stance.

Her upper torsos was peaking out from the corner, hands gripping the edge of the wall. Eve secretly drooled over his sent from behind the corner.

No one would be able to tell as her knuckles turned white for her skin was such a porcelain white it made the zombies look tawny.

She looked like she was from a fucking horror movie.

Despite her sardonic position she held a faux innocence making Zed deem her approachable.

He would have blushed if he was able to and rubbed the back of his neck. "Yeah, actually. Everyone ran off in a hurry, I feel like I'm missing something."

Eves smile of comfort didn't seem to affect him like it did with other and his half relaxed posture remained the same. She wasn't sure if it was because he wasn't human or because something sadistic shined behind it.

Eve slowly moved forward, taking note of the step he took backwards.

"What's your name?" She practically purred. His eyes glazed over as she stared at her.

Her tone captivated him as her eyes shinned. For a moment he was completely mesmerized before he cleared his throat.

He stuck his hand out and warmly smiled at her. "Zed, it's-um, nice to meet you."

Eves interest peaked as she shook his hand, her nails grazing his wrist and palm as she pulled back. Chills rose on his skin as he pursed his lips together.

"So, why are you out here?" He questioned and peaked at the hall behind her. His suspicion only heighten as they remained the only people around.

"No reason, just taking a walk." She sweetly smiled. Her voice was sugary as she licked her lips and looked at his chest. It glowed a beautiful amber color.

It shined and seemed to twinkle, growing slightly dim as Zed narrowed his eyes. Eve frowned as a blue mist coated his soul, almost like the cloud of fog was protecting it.

"Well, how about I walk you to your next class, hmm?" Eve hummed. He slowly nodded before stuffing his hands in his pockets.

He took small steps away from her, attempting to casually look for an exit.

Soon enough she started forwards, roughly grabbing his arm and pulling him to her. He gasped at her strength and stumbled into her, hands gripping her sides to support his 6 foot frame from falling.

Eve raised her head and their lips were only a few centimeters away and Zed could feel her breath on his face.

He gulped - His atoms apple bobbing. Her pointer finger ran from his temple to his lips as another gasp was herd.

Both of them turned their head, noticing a teary eyed girl.

Her cute blue dress was slightly ruffed and her hair was blown over her shoulder. Her lips parted as she glanced between them.

Zed was quick to pulled away and turn to her, "Addison, it's not what it looks like-"

Addison shook her head and backed away, her bottom lip quivering. With a look of heartbreak, she ran off.

Zed was quick to chase after her and Eve watched from afar. Her teeth sharpened and she drooled. Drips of saliva landed on the floor as her eyes glazed over. She licked her wide stretched lips, her elongated tongue was able to lap up all the extra drool.

"Whoopsie." She whispered with a laugh. Her voice was octaves lower and raspy. The sound sent chills down someones spine as the rounded the corner.

Eve took a deep inhale, smelling their fear. She slowly turned around, her true face still on display.

The junior froze and let his book slip from his hands. Eve tilted her head, a pathway of clear liquid running down her face. Her pure black hair followed the same flow.

She grinned and laughed as the boy whimpered. He cried as he shook his head, tears welling in his eyes. "P-please."

Eve stared at him as she finally gave into her instincts. The kid screamed as she did what all she did best.

Attack.
