𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗴𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀
𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 – episode four

𖡡     the field
6:56 pm

Pippa had ended up driving the three of them to an empty field. They all sat in the trunk of the car. It was crowded. Phoenix kept on hitting herself with the surrounded car walls.

She laughed when Ravi would bump his head on the hood of the car - always receiving a dirty look from him. Pippa grabbed the bunny. "Pip that's stupid, atleast wear some gloves!" Phoenix tried to interfere, as Poppa brushed her off.

"Im agreeing with Phoenix, you're basically incriminating yourself by touching it!" Ravi reached forward and grabbed some. "What an idiot, you just said you wouldn't touch it" Phoenix scoffed as Ravi rolled his eyes at her antics.

Pippa shushed them as she digged deeper into the stuffed bunny clearly trying to find something. "Someone else must've taken the burner phone." Pip sighed in annoyance looking over at Phoenix. "What?"

"Did you ever see the burner phone?" Phoenix gave her a look, "Yeah totally, Andie would leave it laying around" Phoenix's tone was dripped in sarcasm "No, Pip i never saw it." The blonde girl sighed.

"Burner's are supposed to be disposed
immediately so they cant be traced" Phoenix added, it was obvious she knew a little something. Pip decided not to ask more, and made a mental note to check into it later.

"But look it's a proper stash" Ravi broke the air looking down at all the drugs. "What is it all?" Pippa picked it up analyzing it slightly. "Coke or ket" Ravi named popular drugs. "Could be fentanyl or heroine" Phoenix shrugged

"Who was Andie Bell" Pippa said in disbelief as Ravi named more drugs, he paused nudging Phoenix softly. "The perfect golden girl with tons of secrets."

Phoenix kept her expression cold, while deep down finding these things out were eating her alive. She didn't know to believe. The sister she knew her whole life and knew almost everything about still had dirty secrets as she lived a double life.

Phoenix felt her eyes water slightly as she cleared her throat tilting her head back slightly to prevent tears from falling down. Ravi wished he could hug her, but he knew the agreement between them and the terms. So he sat there in silence making sure his emotions didn't betray him.

"Maybe Andie needed more money?" Ravi suggested making sure his voice didn't break. Pippa looked back at Phoenix. "The bells own three cars" Pip muttered "We're basically rich" Phoenix cringed as she realized how spoiled she sounded. "Yeah, it's weird" Phoenix played with the stuffed bunny.

She recognized it. Phoenix remembered going into Andie's room when she was younger and seeing it but one day it disappeared. Phoenix hands moved rapidly as she felt something more inside.

Phoenix pulled out a paper. She didn't get the chance to open it as Pippa took it away from her. Pip placed it in the middle so everyone could get a clear view. "It's a tick list" Ravi explained how it worked.

"Im surprised a nerd knows how a tick list works" Phoenix rolled her eyes. No one responded to her as they were so invested in cracking the code. "I'll take it with me, and see if i can work it out" Pippa stuffed it into her pocket. "You two get rid of all that."

"Wow! Thanks Pip! I can become just like my sister and be a secret drug dealer" Phoenix scoffed as they all looked at her in shock. "Im kidding jesus, take some dark humor for once" Phoenix chuckled as they realized.

"Well I hope you two don't end up drugging eachother so best of luck!" Pippa told the
ex-bestfriends. Phoenix noticed Ravi's body language towards Pippa and it bothered her in a way.

"Hurry up Ravi, im not in the mood to carry drugs around and not being able to take them" Phoenix sighed in the empty grass field as Pippa drove away saying how she would meet them after school.

Phoenix held the stuffed bunny in her hands as Ravi carried the substances that didn't fit back inside. Phoenix struggled to walk on the grassy and rocky field. A part of her hated Pippa for leaving them stranded.

"You cant even walk right" Ravi was the first to speak. "How was I supposed to know I was going to a field? You guys took me from my house while I was still wearing slippers!" Phoenix complained

"A closet full of designer shoes and you chose slippers what a odd choice." Phoenix rolled her eyes, "This is the only time i wasn't dressed for occasion." Phoenix pushed the bunny into his chest.

"Let's stop talking about what I own and instead talk about what the fuck were going to do with this bunny" Ravi struggled to carry everything in his arms. Phoenix walked on a side walk as Ravi took his place near the side of it.

"Stuff the drugs back in! Cars can pass by and report us" Phoenix attempted to help in. "Well it's not my fault Pippa literally ruined it!" Ravi finished placing everything inside, he found a bench and sat on it.

"Let's go over our options for this mission, Lieutenant" Phoenix scooted away slightly before turning to face him. "So I say we take all the drugs and pray we don't overdose" Ravi shook his head in annoyance, realizing that Phoenix never took things seriously.

"Or we can become actually dealers and sell some." The blonde girl added more fuel to the fire. "I guess you being annoying never left?" Phoenix didn't speak much. "Guess not" She muttered under her breath.

"Since neither of those choices are good-" Phoenix immediately cut him off, "Hey i thought they were pretty good." Ravi shushed her and continued. "I say we burn the drugs"

"Why don't we burn the bunny? Because can't the drugs get stuck to the fire ashes?" Phoenix furrowed her brows. "Okay fair point." Ravi brain stormed some more. "I can place the bunny back where it was, in Andie's room"

"No one would really suspect it was missing or it even existed." Ravi nodded realizing what Phoenix was saying. "Okay, We'll do that at the end, now we need to figure out what to do with all these substances."

"The near by river, we can just sprinkle them there and burn all the bags" Phoenix suggested looking over at Ravi to see if they were on the same page. "What if the fishes get high?" Phoenix smacked his arm.

"Shut up, plus no body will suspect seeing particles in the water, they will think it's just food crumbs" Phoenix felt nostalgia creeping in, remembering the countless times her and Ravi would create fake missions as kids.

"Let's do this then, Lieutenant." Ravi got up from the bench waiting for Phoenix before walking. The river wasn't far from them. They both used to go alot, to meet up after a long day of school, this was the first time the situation was different.

They soon arrived the the familiar scene. "Empty out the bunny" Phoenix instructed holding onto the railing. Ravi slowly passed her each bag. She crushed them into a powder and sprinkled them out of the bag. Phoenix handed him the empty plastic as they needed to dispose it.

Phoenix finished adding the drugs into the river. "Time to burn the bags" She added "Were literally hurting the environment by doing all this" Phoenix walked away from the river and towards the park area.

"Right, we'll just for today isn't gonna hurt" Phoenix grabbed her lighter out of her cigarette box. She lit the flame and placed it near the charcoal on a community grill. "Guess for dinner were cooking some empty drug bags." Ravi chucked as he placed the plastic into the fire, as it soon melted into nothing.

"Do we leave the fire on?" Phoenix looked over at him for advice. "Yeah, to be on the safe side, we dont need to cause a fire and it traces back to us" Phoenix nodded as she blew it out.

The last thing she needed to do was get rid of the bunny. So once she got home and parted ways with Ravi; she ran towards the empty room and placed the now non stuffed bunny back in the plastic box where it belonged.

It was official Phoenix and Ravi had successfully got rid of the drugs and evidence.
