OVERALL:
-Tackleboulder does his best. He really does, but with Snakestar as his main role model he can only do so much. He's been taught to be strong and accumulate power at any costs, and he mostly lives by this. Sometimes, deep down, he wonders whether or not what he and his father do is right. After all, doesn't the warrior code say killing needlessly is immoral? But his dear old dad likes him best, and all he wants to do is keep it that way. He's tough and hard, but unlike Snakestar he does sometimes feel bad for his actions. He's learned to be charismatic and sociable in public, to keep his hold on the clan, and can work his words to put anyone under his paw. Still he isn't quite as popular as his father, because of his tendency to be a bit of a bully. When he was younger he used his size to his advantage, and occasionally brings back that practice. Overall, he could be good with a lot of hard work, but since his dad actively is teaching him to be selfish and cruel and power-hungry, it's hard for him to be anything else. He just wants his dad to love him in the end.

-CLAN LIFE-

KITHOOD:
-Tackleboulder was born in a litter of three, and from the moment he could walk he was the best. He was the biggest, the firstborn, the most loved. He loved his mom, and if she had lived he might have turned out different. As it was, he was a rough and tumble kit that liked to beat up on his siblings and friends. Always pushing his way around, always asserting his dominance over his peers. He learned early that being a leader and being strong made his dad pay more attention, and he liked that a lot. He became an apprentice a moon early, perhaps because his dad was deputy. Even though he wasn't what you'd call nice, he still liked his siblings and had his good moments.

APPRENTICESHIP:
-He was mentored by the same warrior his father had, which his father told him was an honor. He didn't quite like her, but wanted to keep his standing and so made sure to excel and succeed. Succeed he did; he might not have been the sharpest tool in the shed, but he was a skilled apprentice. He used his strength and fighting power to their full extent, and followed closely in Snakestar's pawsteps when he became a warrior a moon early. During this period his sibling Skypaw died in an accident. He mourned his brother in silence, for his father did not seem to care. At least, when they were alone Snakestar showed little remorse. In public he mourned freely. This was the beginning of Tackleboulder's slow realization that maybe his dad wasn't the best kind of cat. Despite this, he became more and more loyal to him even through his misgivings.

WARRIORHOOD:
-His warriorhood was filled with what some might call achievements, and what others might call violence and brutality. He fought for his clan, but his methods took after his father's and he could be seen as harsh and unforgiving. Despite this, he had a number of admirers; he was strong willed and a smooth talker, so he could charm his way out of slippery situations if need be. He was known to be an accomplished warrior, so his clan let a surprising amount of stuff slide. His father became leader in this time, and he was not surprised to find himself promoted to deputy, and neither was anyone else. As a deputy, he generally does what he's told, and tries not to think too hard about the moral infractions of his actions. As long as he makes Snakestar happy, he'll do almost anything.

-RELATIONS-

PARENTS:                                                        -Snakestar [father, alive]. They have a strange relationship. Tackleboulder tries to fool himself that Snakestar likes him, but he knows that his dad doesn't care about anybody or anything aside from his own selfish needs. As of now, he ducks up to his dad, and his dad favors him because of his accomplishments. He tries to keep it this way.                                        -Hawkbloom [mother, deceased]. He loved her in life, and if she had not been killed he most likely would have turned out to be a better cat.

SIBLINGS:                                                         -Blurstalk [sister, alive]. He loved his sister once, and she loved him too. That was before their mother died, before he really took a turn for the worse, and before their father began blatantly favoring Tackleboulder. Now... well, they don't talk very much, which is probably for the best.
