A young girl is sitting in a hospital bed in a contemplative way like she's listening to some distant whispering. "Anna? Do you know where you are? You're at the Connor Beverly Behavioural Medicine Center," The psychologist informed her, Anna looked at her hospital's wristband. "Do you know why you're here?" The psychologist asked her and Anna shrugged. "Do you remember what you did?" The psychologist questioned her and Anna nodded. "You were hysterical. It took four people to restrain you," The psychologist explained to her softly. "I was trying to warn them," Anna replied softly. "Warn who?" The psychologist inquired.
"Everyone. Forget it. It was stupid," Anna responded to her with a shake of her head. "What were you trying to warn them about?" The psychologist asked her. "Look... I get it. You think I'm nuts. If I were you, I'd think I was nuts. But it's all true," Anna expressed to her. "It's okay. You can tell me. I'm here to listen," The psychologist assured her. "The end... is coming. The apocalypse," Anna warned her. "The apocalypse. Like in the Bible?" The psychologist inquired further. "Kind of. I mean, same bottom line. This demon, Lilith, is trying to break the 66 seals to free Lucifer from Hell. Lucifer... Will bring the apocalypse. So... Smoke 'em if you got 'em," Anna told her before she turned her head, listening to distant whispering.
"Anna?" The Psychologist called her back to reality. "Sorry," Anna replied with a distant look in her eyes and a frown resting on her face. "What were you doing?" The psychologist asked her. "Nothing. Just listening," Anna muttered back to the older woman. "So, you were saying that there are, uh, 66 of these Seals in the world?" The psychologist inquired. "No. No. There are about six hundred possible Seals... and Lilith only has to break 66 of them, and no one knows which 66 she's gonna break," Anna corrected frantically. "I see," The woman replied with a subtle nod. "That's why it's nearly impossible to stop her. And that's why the Angels are losing. That's why we're all gonna die," Anna said but she seemed to stare to the side at someone else.

Emelie gasped awake from her sleep, she pushed her hair out of her sweaty face and looked around the motel room at her brothers, Sam was asleep while Dean was looking at her from the table in the kitchenette. "Are you okay?" Dean asked her with a worried look. Emelie pushed the blankets off of her body and walked over to Dean. "Vision... I think," Emelie told him as she sat down across from him, Dean reached to the small fridge and pulled out a bottle of water for Emelie. "Of what?" Dean questioned further. "A woman named Anna... talking to a psychologist about the Seals," Emelie answered him before looking up at him, "We'll never stop them, Dean. There's over six hundred Seals and the Angels are losing."
Dean frowned at his sister's words, the fear in her eyes made him feel uneasy and he wished that Emelie was living a normal life without worrying about any of this. "And Castiel hasn't told us anything," Dean commented. "We need to learn more about Anna... Anna Milton," Emelie told him, Dean nodded and immediately pulled his laptop over to access information about the woman. Emelie told Dean everything she had seen in the vision, the two looked up information on Anna Milton and were left unsure why she was having a straight wire connection to Angels and Emelie herself.

Sam appears to be drunk and is playing pool with a man from the bar, "Brian, come on, man, just one more. Just─ just give me a chance to win it back." Brian shrugged, "It's your cash." Dean stepped forward at that, "Excuse me. My brother's a little sauced to be making bets." Brian looked at Dean, "He insisted." Dean nodded in understanding, "Yeah, but you've already taken, what, two bills off him? I'm just saying..." 'Drunk' Sam cuts Dean off, "Hey, shut up, Dean. I'm fine!" Dean shook his head, "No, you're not fine. You're drunk!" Sam scoffed and turned to Brian, "Let's make it five hundred." Dean's eyes widened incredulously, "Five hundred?!"
"Sure," Brian agreed with a smirk, Sam puts the money down on the pool table. "Five hundred. Your break," Brian told him. While Brian is looking down, Sam raises his eyebrows at Dean revealing that Sam wasn't drunk. Sam breaks, sinking several balls before spotting Ruby across the bar near Emelie who was trying not to stab the demon in the chest with a knife just to cause her pain. "Keep the money," Sam told Brian before putting his cue down on the pool table and walking towards Ruby. "Keep the money? What─" Dean cut himself off seeing Ruby near his little sister, he growled under his breath and moved to follow Sam.
"Well, you got a lot of nerve showing up anywhere near me or my sister," Dean warned Ruby as he stood protectively next to his sister. "I just have some info and then I'm gone," Ruby replied to him with anger in her eyes. "What is it?" Sam asked her kindly ignoring the glares on his siblings faces. "I'm hearing a few whispers," Ruby answered him. "Ooh, great, demon whisperers─ that's reliable," Dean mocked aggressively. "Girl named Anna Milton escaped from a locked ward yesterday. The demons seem pretty keen on finding her. Apparently, some real heavy hitters turned out for the Easter-egg hunt," Ruby explained to them causing Dean and Emelie to share a look that Ruby caught.
"You two know this?" Ruby accused leaving Sam confused. "Just tell us what you know and I won't drive our blade through your chest," Emelie threatened Ruby who rolled her eyes. "Who is she?" Sam asked to lessen the tension. "No idea," Ruby told him before crossing her arms, "But I'm thinking that she's important, 'cause the order is to capture her alive. I just figured that whatever the deal is, you might want to find this girl before the demons do." Emelie looked down as Sam turned to Dean, "Look, maybe we should check it out." Emelie nudged Dean slightly and subtly shook her head, she didn't want Ruby to know about her vision or the fact they were already working that case.
"Actually, we're working on a case, but thanks," Dean told Ruby sarcastically. "What case?" Ruby asked him. "Uh, we've got big leads, big leads," Dean snarked. "Sounds dangerous," Ruby mocked with a faux smile. "Yeah, well, it sure ain't goose-chasing after some chick who ─ for all we know ─ doesn't even exist, just because you say she's important," Dean replied to her. "I'm just delivering the news. You can do whatever you want with it, far as I'm concerned, I told you, I'm done," Ruby told them before moving to leave. "Wait, wait, wait," Sam stopped Ruby and she turned to him as he continued, "This hospital Anna escaped from -- it got a name?"

"Dean, we have to go there," Emelie told her older brother as they made their way to the Impala causing Sam to looked between the two of them. "You two hiding something?" Sam asked the two, Emelie sighed as they reached the car. "I had a vision about Anna and now that demon has confirmed it," Emelie told him. "And you didn't tell me anything? Do you seriously not trust me?" Sam asked Emelie in an accusatory tone. "I'm sorry that my trust in you has weakened but you ditched me for a damn demon, Sam! The same demon you continue to value over us so sorry if your feelings are hurt," Emelie snapped before getting into the car.
Dean is driving while Sam is speaking on the phone, Emelie sitting in the back with her headphones on playing from her Walkman. "Can I get a copy of the missing persons report? Great. Okay. Thanks," Sam hangs up and looks at Dean, "Well, Anna Milton's definitely real." Dean shrugged at those words, he was willing to work the case for his sister but taking Ruby's tip on it made him feel dirty. "We've driven further for less, Dean. And it seems like you two were already willing to work the case," Sam snarked at Dean. Dean had never been a fan of being placed in the middle of Sam and Emelie, they were twins and most expected them to have the stronger bond but that had been broken when Sam left for college.
"Don't do that, Sam. Emelie is shaken up and honestly─ this sucks," Dean replied to him. "You're not pissed we're going after the girl. You're pissed Ruby through us the tip," Sam scoffed at Dean. "Right, 'cause as far as you're concerned, the hell-bitch is practically family," Dean snarked at Sam before thinking to himself, Considering you literally ditched your own blood for her. "Yeah, boy, something major must've happened while I downstairs, 'cause I come back, and─and you're BFF with a demon?" Dean asked Sam. "I told you, Dean, she helped me go after Lilith," Sam answered him. "Well, thanks for the thumbnail─ real vivid. You want to fill in a little detail?" Dean questioned him. "Sure, Dean, let's trade stories. You first, how was Hell? Don't spare any details," Sam snapped back, the car falling silent.

Sam, Dean and Emelie stood with the Psychologist that had been speaking to Anna, the same woman that Emelie had seen in her dream vision. "Now, the orderly has no recollection of Anna's escape?" Sam asked the woman. "Apparently, she knocked him unconscious. The blow caused some amnesia, he doesn't remember coming into her room," The Psychologist answered him with a shrug. "That's a hell of a right hook to knock out a guy that's got eighty pounds on her," Dean added with a chuckle. "We think she may have planned this, waited behind the door," The Psychologist informed them. "Right. Uh, you mentioned Anna's illness was recent," Emelie spoke up with interest.
"Two months ago, she was happy, well-adjusted, journalism major, lot's of friends─ Bright future," The Psychologist expressed to her. "So what happened─ she just... flipped?" Dean asked her. "Well, that's the tragedy of schizophrenia. Within weeks, Anna was overtaken by delusions," The Psychologist told them. "What kind of delusions?" Emelie inquired further. "She thought demons were everywhere," The older woman answered before handing Sam a sketch book that belonged to Anna. "Interesting," Dean commented as Emelie looked at the drawings with Sam. "It's not uncommon for our patients to believe that monsters are real," The Psychologist informed them, Emelie bit back the laugh that threatened to escape.
Sam turns the pages and the siblings are stunned to see meaningful sketches that connect to the Seals they had witnessed and the ones they hadn't. "That's Revelations," Emelie breathed out as she looked up at Dean, he frowned seeing the fear in her eyes. "Since when does the Book of Revelations have Jack-O'-Lanterns?" The Psychologist questioned her. "It's a, uh, it's a little known translation," Dean answered her. "Well, Anna's father was a church deacon. When she become ill, her paranoia took on religious overtones. She was convinced the Devil was about to rise up and end the world," Emelie lowered her eyes at the woman's words, "I hope you find her. It's dangerous for her to be out there alone right now."

After speaking with Anna's Psychologist, the Winchesters headed to the Milton home to speak with Anna's parents. Dean knocked on the door and the three waited for an answer before Dean turned to his siblings, "Maybe they're not home." Sam shook his head, "Both cars in the driveway." Dean tries the door only to find it unlocked, the three enter the house in defensive stances ready for anything. "Mr and Mrs Milton?" Dean called out. "We're from the Sheriff's department," Sam added before Emelie spoke up, "We just wanted to ask you a couple of questions." Emelie gasped lightly as she spots both bodies lying on the floor, their throats have been cut.
Sam checks some powder on the floor near the dead bodies, "Sulfur. The demons beat us here, whatever the deal is with this Anna girl─" Dean cut him off, "Yeah, they want her. They're not screwing around." Emelie sent Dean a worried look, she wanted to know why she had a vision of this girl. "All right, so, I'm 'Girl, Interrupted'," Dean spoke as he picked up some addressed envelopes, "And I know the score of the Apocalypse, just busted out of the nut-box... possibly using superpowers, by the way. Where do I go?" Emelie looked around until her eyes landed on a family photograph, she picks it up before turning to Sam, "Hey, you got those sketches from Anna's notebook?"
"Yeah," Sam nodded as he pulled them out of his jacket pocket, Emelie picks out a drawing of a stained-glass window. "She was drawing the window of her church," Dean realised while Emelie stumbled, she grasped her head as strange whispers echoed through her mind. "Millie?!" The boys called as Dean steadied her. "She's there... at the church," Emelie breathed out as she opened her eyes to reveal a dull white glow. "Alright, then we'll head there too," Dean said as he helped Emelie to the car, Sam watching Emelie with concern and uncertainty─ distrust. Sam and Dean shared a look once Emelie was in the car, she held her head with her eyes closed as the whispers faded.

The Impala pulled up to the church, Emelie felt extremely uneasy as she looked up at the building, shaking it away before following her brothers inside. The trio enter the attic with their guns drawn, Emelie's attention went straight to the corner where Anna was hiding. "Sam, Dean," Emelie whispered to them before nodding in the direction of Anna. "Anna?" Emelie called out as they put their guns away, "We're not gonna hurt you. We're here to help. My name is Emelie, these are my brothers, Sam and Dean." Anna stepped out of her hiding place, "Emelie? Not Emelie Winchester?" Emelie nodded at that, "Yes, Anna."
"Sam?" Anna asked looking at him before turning her eyes to Dean, "And you're Dean? The Dean?" Dean raised a brow at her emphasis of his name, "Well, yeah. The Dean, I guess." Emelie tilted her head looking at Anna who looked between the three siblings she had been hearing all about from the whispers in her head. "It's really you. Oh, my God. The Angels talk about you... And Emelie. But you─you were in Hell, but Castiel pulled you out, and some of them think you can help save us. And some of them don't like you at all," Anna expressed but Emelie was more focused on Anna's use of the word 'us' in relation to the Angels.
Anna looked at Sam as she continued, "They talk about you all the time lately. I feel like I know you." Dean stepped forward at that, "So, you talk to Angels?" Anna shook her head with an amused smile, "Oh, no. No, no way. Um, they probably don't even know I exist. I just kind of... overhear them." Emelie looked down at that, she was quick to piece it together and understood that the whispers she had been hearing had to be this Angel Radio. "You overhear them?" Sam asked her. "Yeah, they talk, and sometimes I just... hear them in my head," Anna replied to Sam while glancing at Emelie, he noticed the far off look in the brunette's eyes.
"Like... right now?" Dean asked her. "Not right this second, but a lot. And I can't shut them out, there are so many of them," Anna expressed to Dean with sorrowful eyes. "So, they lock you up with a case of the crazies when really you were just... tuning in to Angel Radio?" Dean asked her, Anna smiled with relieved eyes. "Yes. Thank you," Anna told him. "Anna, when did the voices start? Do you remember?" Sam questioned her. "I can tell you exactly ─ September 18th," Anna answered him causing Emelie to look at her older brother with wide eyes. "The day I got out of Hell," Dean said. "First words I heard, clear as a bell ─ 'Dean Winchester is saved'," Anna told them causing Emelie to chew her bottom lip, her own mind trailing back to what she heard.
"What do you think?" Dean asked Sam. "It's above my pay grade, man," Sam replied to him though he noticed the anxious look on his twins face. "Well, at least now we know why the Demons want you so bad. They get a hold of you, they can hear everything the other side's cooking. You're 1-900-Angel," Dean told Anna. "Hey, um, do you know─ are my parents okay? I-I didn't go home. I was afraid," Anna asked them causing Emelie to frown, she wasn't sure how they were going to tell her that they were gone. However, Ruby entered the attic in a rush interrupting the opportunity to answer Anna's question.
"You got the girl. Good, let's go," Ruby spoke but Anna recoiled in fear. "Her face!" Anna exclaimed as she gripped Emelie's arm fearfully, the brunette rested her hand on Anna's in hopes to comfort her. "It's okay. She's here to help," Sam assured Anna. "Yeah, don't be so sure," Dean commented with hardened eyes. "We have to hurry," Ruby told them ignoring Dean. "Why?" Dean asked her. "Because a Demon's coming ─ big timer. We can fight later, Dean," Ruby answered him. "Well, that's pretty convenient ─ showing up right when we find the girl with some bigwig on your tail?" Dean snarked at her.
"I didn't bring him here. You did," Ruby snapped at him. "What?" Dean asked her taken aback. "He followed you from the girl's house. We got to go now 'cause he wants the girl and Emelie," Ruby warned them. "Dean," Sam called before pointing to the statue that was bleeding from the eyes. "It's too late. He's here," Ruby told them. Sam grabbed Anna's arm and hid her in the closet before pushing Emelie to join her. "Sam?" Emelie breathed out. "Protect her," Sam told his twin, he wasn't letting some Demon take either of them. Emelie nodded and moved back to stand protectively in front of Anna as her brother's took on the Demon that was coming. Ruby had pulled Anna and Emelie from the closet before disappearing with them.

Emelie sat on the couch in the cabin, she was fiddling with the pocket knife that Dean had given her when she was only eight, she always had it on her no matter what. "Are you okay?" Anna asked the brunette woman. "I'm fine," Emelie answered her with her eyes glued to the knife, the small detailed carving of the family name carved into the metal. "I saw the look on your face, Emelie, when I mentioned the tuning into Angel Radio... you have as well, haven't you?" Anna asked her with curiosity in her eyes. "A couple of times... when big things happen," Emelie answered vaguely before turning away from the ginger upon Ruby's return to the cabin.
"You're not gonna stab me with that, are you?" Ruby asked Emelie with an amused smile, the brunette got up and stalked toward the Demon. "Listen to my words, Ruby. I don't trust you, I will never trust you. And no, it isn't because you're a Demon, I've met nicer Demons than you before," Emelie told her with a hardened glare that made Ruby uneasy. "I don't trust you because every instinct and feeling in my body screams at me to take the Demon knife and shove it deep in your chest. So you can fool my brothers as much as you wish to but know this, you step out of line once, and I'll have you begging me to return you to Hell," Emelie promised with the same white glow shining in her eyes that made Ruby step back.

An hour passed before Sam and Dean had arrived at the cabin, the two walked in and Dean immediately checked on his sister who reassured him that she was indeed okay. "Glad you could make it," Ruby told them. "Yeah, thanks," Sam replied before looking at Anna, "Anna, are you okay?" She nodded, "Yeah. I think so. Ruby's not like other Demons. She saved my life." Emelie was relieved that the woman didn't mention her threat to the Demon. "Yeah, I hear she does that. I guess I... you know..." Dean trailed off while Emelie sighed. "What?" Ruby asked with a raised brow. "I guess I owe you for... Sam. And I just wanted... you know..." Dean trailed off.
Emelie could tell that the boys must've shared some heart to heart time for Dean's view to change but she didn't care, she held no trust in Ruby whatsoever. "Don't strain yourself," Ruby told him sarcastically. "Okay, then, is the moment over?" Dean asked receiving a nod from Ruby causing Dean to sigh, "Good, 'cause that was awkward." Emelie rolled her eyes as she moved to sit down on the couch, she could tell that her brothers were on edge. "Hey, Sam, you think it'd be safe to make a quick call, just to tell my parents I'm okay? They must be completely freaked out," Anna asked Sam who frowned, Emelie walked out of the room not wanting to witness Anna's response.
However, the sound of the door rattling violently pulled her back into the main room again before it burst open to reveal Castiel and Uriel. "Please tell me you're here to help. We've been having Demon issues all day," Dean expressed to them. "Well, I can see that," Uriel spoke as he looked at Ruby who stood protectively in front of Anna, "You want to explain why you have that stain in the room?" Emelie scoffed, "Because Castiel bought his own stain." Uriel glared at Emelie for the comment directed at him. "We're here for Anna," Castiel told them in hopes to keep the situation calm. "Here for her like... here for her?" Dean asked Castiel. "Stop talking. Give her to us," Uriel ordered. "Are you gonna help her?" Sam asked but Castiel shook his head, "No, she has to die."
