Jiwoo's Perspective β€”

As I patiently awaited a message from Eunwoo, days had passed since our last exchange. Disappointed that he had disappeared without notice, I took a moment to indulge in my favorite mango juice, all the while grumbling about his absence. Then, a notification appeared on my phone, and my excitement surged as I eagerly grabbed it.

To my delight, it was Eunwoo! The anticipation had built up for so long, and finally, he had reached out to me. Overwhelmed with affection for him, I opened the message.

My lips quivered, and my hands trembled as I sensed a strange sensation coursing through my veins, causing tears to well up and roll down my round, chubby cheeks.

I took a deep breath and steeled myself.

In disbelief, I responded, my hands shaking, "Are you joking? Please stop!"

Almost instantly, another message appeared, causing a sharp pain in my heart and a feeling of devastation deep within my being. My heart felt shattered into a million pieces, as I struggled to bear the hurtful words he had sent.

Receiving the message saying, "I want to break up, Jiwoo. I am not interested in you anymore," pierced my heart deeply. The sudden wave of emotions overwhelmed me as I struggled to make sense of the situation.

Desperate for answers, I immediately called him, tears streaming down my face and my fingers hastily trying to wipe them away. He picked up quickly, his voice a mix of confidence and indifference.

In a shaky voice, I questioned, "Why, Eunwoo? Is this a joke? Please, tell me you're not serious."

His response was cold and matter-of-fact, "Jiwoo, it was just a passing attraction. I believe you feel the same. Let's end this."

Before I could protest further, the line went dead. Attempting to reach out again, I discovered that my calls were being rejected, my number blocked.

As I stood there, trying to compose myself, a kind soul approached me. Jiminie's gentle voice and concerned expression broke through my turmoil. Without hesitation, I sought solace in his comforting embrace, feeling a sense of relief wash over me in his presence. His comforting words offered a glimmer of hope in my moment of despair.

His arm enveloped me in a protective manner, gently patting my back while his other hand caressed my hair. Slowly, he inquired, "What's the matter?"

I simply sobbed, unable to provide a response. His voice remained calm as he released me from the embrace and guided me towards the car, my phone now cradled in his hands.

Seated in the car, he positioned himself in the driver's seat and asked, "What's wrong? I've never seen my little baby cry like this before."

I gestured towards the phone, and as he glanced at the screen, his expression softened yet carried a hint of anger. His gaze then shifted back to my face, questioning, "Did you never think to confide in your oppa about your boyfriend?"

I continued to sob, lacking the courage to reply. He didn't press for an answer, but instead started the car, his features betraying a sense of anger at my deception. I had lied to my brother.

Doesn't it feel like everything is crumbling in your otherwise beautiful life? We had shared so many memories together – strolling on the beach, enjoying ice creams, watching movies, and those late-night outings.

How can he dismiss everything as just an attraction? Was he already planning on hurting me? I wiped away my teary eyes and stepped out of the car when it stopped in front of my luxurious mansion.

Taehyung's Perspective β€”

I am seated on the couch with my sweet little puppy, Yeontan! He jumps over me to lick my face when I playfully hit him on his nose, and he barks at me, making me giggle.

"Taehyung, do you have time for anything other than this? Playing with your pet?" Soobin asked, standing in front of me, his eyes filled with sadness and disappointment.

"His name is Yeontan," I replied, raising my eyebrow. He chuckled and then sat down beside me. "It's my bachelorette party, and you're choosing to give your attention to your pet... I mean Yeontan."

"Well, my little baby can't live without me," I replied with a small smile on my lips, slowly stroking Yeontan's fur.

"Hey, Harin! Bring some snacks from the kitchen," I heard Harin call, and quickly turned to see her all frustrated heading towards the kitchen.

"Bro, I will come with the wine bottles," I said as I stood up from the couch and made my way straight to the kitchen.

I lean against the door frame, my gaze landing on her as she delicately arranges snacks on the tray. Ah, the gracefulness of her silhouette is captivating.

Slowly, I approach her, enveloping her in a warm embrace from behind, my chest gently resting against her back. Startled, she jerks away, turning to face me with a look of annoyance. Before she can utter a word, I playfully cover her mouth with my hand.

"Raise your voice, and there will be consequences," I playfully threatened. However, she retaliates by biting my hand, causing me to pull away with a yelp.

"You feisty one," I teased, massaging my bitten palm. She gestures towards me with a finger, warning me not to touch her again.

"Remove your finger before I take action," I cautioned, eyeing her with a hint of playful menace.

As she turns to leave, I swiftly grasp her waist and press her against the counter, trapping her between my arms and torso. Leaning in close, I whisper, "You can't resist me. Kneel before me, baby."

In no time, a sharp sensation stung my left cheek, prompting me to blink repeatedly, trying to grasp the sudden event that transpired. My entire thought process came to a halt.

Goodness gracious! Had she just slapped me?

She had the audacity to slap... KIM TAEHYUNG!

How dare she?

"You!" I began, only to be met with another slap that brushed against my cheek, causing a fiery sensation that compelled me to soothe it with my palm.

I shifted my gaze in her direction, but she had vanished into thin air. You infuriating woman. I refuse to let this go, watch as your life spirals into chaos.

Fuming with rage, I stormed out and seated myself on the couch, my eyes undoubtedly burning with the intensity of my fury. At that moment, the idea of either her demise or mine seemed plausible.

"Hey, bro! Why is your cheek so flushed?" Soobin inquired, his eyes betraying a mix of intrigue and bewilderment.

Taking a deep breath, I disclosed, "Your sister mistakenly assumed I was a thief and proceeded to slap me."

He chuckled momentarily but then fell silent, letting out a sigh.

"Poor Taehyung," he jested, followed by another burst of laughter.

Jayeon's Perspective β€”

I was preparing for my wedding, which was quite rushed. My dad arranged my marriage with his friend's son due to a past incident that greatly impacted our family.

Let's take a trip down memory lane to that fateful encounter. I was quietly seated on the couch, engrossed in my phone, when my maids ushered in an unexpected visitor. Rising to my feet, I gazed at the newcomer entering the hall.

Without hesitation, I swiftly approached the individual and inquired, "Kim SeokJin, what brings you here?"

With a nonchalant air, he responded, "Oh, darling! Where is your father? I have a proposal for him to remedy his situation." As he advanced closer, his knuckles grazed my cheek, prompting me to instantly pull away.

In a firm tone, I instructed, "Please leave." Despite my protest, he flashed a smile, gently pushing past me to make himself at home on my circular couch.

"Mr. Min?" he called out, summoning my dad. Watching my father emerge from his room, his gaze fixed on Jin, he swiftly approached him, demanding, "What business do you have here, Mr. Kim?"

With a sense of purpose, Jin rose to address my dad, his intense stare seemingly drilling into my skull. I couldn't help but feel the urge to retaliate against his invasive gaze.

"And what is it?" Dad questioned, his voice attentive and confident.

"I want to marry your daughter."

Dad's words made him fume in anger as he quickly refused, calling for the house guards to rid themselves of this shameful creature.

"Well, Okay? Jayeon, let's go," Jin said as he held onto my wrist and dragged me with him. Dad grabbed his collar and slapped him hard across the face.

Jin smirked but then grabbed my dad's collar, leaning in close. He warned in a creepy tone, "Dare to do that again, Father-in-law! And I will cut you into pieces."

"Jin, leave him! Please," I pleaded as tears escaped my eyes. His gaze shifted towards me, eyes softening. He released his grip on my dad's collar and took steps toward me.

He cupped my face in his large palm, kissing the crown of my head. In a soft tone, he whispered, "Don't be scared. I am leaving, but I will return with all the arrangements for our wedding."

I quickly yanked his hands away, and he simply flashed me a smile before departing through the gates.

He quickly approached dad, checking to see if he was fine or not.

- Flashback End -

This was the crux of the matter. He hastily organized this private wedding ceremony with his friend. While I didn't want to marry, it seemed a better option than with Jin.

The thought lingered – he would leave me alone after my marriage, but what if he tried to harm my family? Why was this turmoil only happening in my life?

Jungkook's Perspective β€”

Here we were at the bride shower ceremony, playing games and enjoying each other's company. My gaze fell upon my doll; she sat quietly, with reddened cheeks and eyes, devoid of a smile or light in her face.

No one made an effort to console her, not even Jimin hyung, who felt alienated because she hadn't even disclosed her feelings about Eunwoo to him. They both shared a strong bond, which made this sense of isolation a shared experience.

I approached her slowly, taking a seat beside her, and whispered gently, "You know, crying won't bring him back."

She didn't respond immediately but took a deep breath and whispered back softly, "Oppa, Jimin oppa isn't talking to me. Please, tell him to talk to me."

"Aw, he is fine. Just confront him, girl!" I said cheerfully. Her gaze shifted towards me, and she slowly shook her head, causing my heart to ache at the sight of her in agony.

"First of all, that guy didn't deserve you. Secondly, why chase after him when you have better options," I muttered slowly.

Confused, she looked at me and stood up, saying, "I don't understand, oppa."

"First, stop calling me oppa! I'm not your brother," I replied with a pout as she gazed at me with pure confusion.

"Okay, then what should I call you?" she asked, wiping her tears from her cheeks.

"Jungkook!" I replied with excitement.

She nodded, turned, and slowly made her way towards the exit. Wait, where is she going? No, no! She's leaving all alone. Jimin hyung, do something.

"Hey, Hyung!" I called out. He shifted his gaze towards me and asked, "What?"

Pointing at Jiwoo, he took a deep breath and said, "I'm not going to talk until she tells me everything herself. Let her learn a lesson for lying to me."

Harin's Perspective β€”

I am sitting silently in my car outside the party hall. Ah! The same thing happened with Jiwoo as well. I am not going to let that bother Eunwoo. Suddenly, I heard a knock on the window, and I slid the glass down.

"Hey, can I sit?" Jiwoo asked. I quickly nodded and opened the door for her. She sat down beside me and said, "Drop me at home."

"Hey, are you planning to become a zombie for that Bart Eunwoo?" I joked, trying to cheer her up. However, she didn't seem to be in good spirits.

I took a deep breath and started the car when someone called my name again, prompting me to stop. I slid down the glass and asked, "What's the matter?"

"Where are you taking my sister?" Taehyung asked, frowning. I pushed open the door with force, causing him to groan. "You bit--"

He stopped when he saw Jiwoo with me. He sighed and walked towards Jiwoo's side, dragging her out forcefully. "Go inside, and I will be coming in a few minutes."

She shook her head and was about to sit in the car. "Jimin wants to have a talk with you."

"Really?" she asked, her eyes lit up as she quickly ran inside after receiving a nod from Taehyung.

I was about to sit in my car when he grabbed my wrist and pushed me against the car, his body pressing against mine, making it difficult for air to pass between us.

"What were you planning to do?" he asked, raising his eyebrow.

"What?" I questioned.

He leaned in, his breath ghosting over my skin, causing butterflies to flutter in my stomach. He leaned in even closer, leaving a slight gap between our lips, his eyes filled with lust.

"You slapped me and are still trying to save yourself?" he asked, raising his eyebrow. I chuckled at his comment and gave him a hard push, making him step back a little.

"Who are you? Do you even know?" I darkly chuckled and continued, "A guy who can never win against me."

In the next moment, I could see him smirking as if his mind was planning something quite dirty. He moved forward and leaned in again, his breath hitting my bare neck as he slowly kissed my earlobe.

"Wait for tomorrow," he whispered in his deep and husky voice, sending a shiver down my spine.

"It seems like you've forgotten about those slaps," I remarked, raising my eyebrow. He responded with a wink before making his way inside the lavishly decorated building.
