Annalise stirred her coffee and watched Klaus begin to approach the house with Camille at his side. The heretic turned to see Elijah pacing around the living room, she instinctively frowned remembering the two hadn't spoken since he left abruptly the night before.

Anna walks into the living room where she meets with Cami, the heretic smiled kindly, "Camille."

"Anna." the blonde human hugged the heretic and looked over at Hayley who was holding baby Hope. Klaus pursed his lips before speaking, "Now that we've entombed our mother, I intend to finish making the city safe for Hope. Which, to start, means dealing with the lingering problem of Finn."

Cami let out a sigh, "Oh, once he figures out what you've done to your mother, he's gonna go off the deep end."

Klaus nodded, "That's exactly why we need to keep you out of harm's way. Hayley, Anna and I will return home and take care of my wayward brother. Elijah will remain here with you."

The Martin heir glanced at hybrid as Elijah clenched his jaw in annoyance.

Klaus felt a smirk tug at his lips, "He's been experiencing some side effects since his ordeal as our mother's captive. Best he stay here and convalesce."

Elijah pursed his lips, "A single violent outburst at a filthy road-side café, and one never hears the end of it."

Klaus chuckled, "Oh, Cami has a way with minds plagued by demons, brother. You two can bond!"

Cami shuffled awkwardly while Elijah looked uncomfortable.

"Remind me why I have to go with you?" Annalise raised a brow. Klaus smiled, "If anyone can destroy my brother, it would be you. Also, I could use another witch and Francis only seems to listen to you."

Elijah grit his teeth at the mention of the obnoxious witch.

Anna crossed her arms over her chest, "Have you tried asking him for help nicely?"

"No."

"Of course you didn't."

Klaus grinned as he glanced over everyone in the living room, "Well, if you excuse me, I best be on my way. Rebekah should have already woken up in the body of Angelica Barker. Once she has cut the ties of Miss Barker's former life, she'll make her way directly here. She should arrive here shortly."

Annalise followed Klaus who led her towards Kol who was unpacking. "Settling into your new accommodations?" the hybrid raised a questionable brow.

"Well, I would have preferred my old room... Seeing as it's filled with a dusty nursery and a hybrid, I thought it best not to complain. Hello Anna." Kol smiled at the heretic.

Klaus pulled pulled a bottle of absinthe from his back and presented it to Kol, "I brought you something in honor of your return to the fold. I believe it's your favorite, or, at least, it used to be. La Fée Verte!"

The witch smiled and took the bottle to examine it, "Ding dong... the witch is dead! Or undead." Annalise shook her head amusingly as he continued, "Whatever, cheers."

The bottle in Kol's hand abruptly shattered spilling the wine all over the floor. Anna stumbled back not wanting to stain her white heels.

Klaus and the witch share a concerned look before the three notice Finn standing in the doorway.

"Where is she?" the oldest Mikaelson male seethed.

Klaus rolled his eyes in annoyance, "Finn! Please, join us."

Kol shook off the liquor from his hands and turned to face his oldest brother.

Klaus let out a deep sigh, "My, my, you look peaky." he turned towards Kol and Anna, "Doesn't he look peaky?"

A smug smile tugged on the heretic's lips, "He does look peaky."

"You feeling alright?" Kol raised an amused brow.

Finn clenched his jaw rather tightly, "Don't make me ask again."

Klaus let out a sigh, "Well, I assume you're referring to our mother. Fear not, she's tucked away somewhere perfectly safe. You'll never find her."

Finn smirked sinisterly, "You think you've won." the witch spread his arms open wide, "Let's see how long that arrogance lasts, brother."

Kol looked alarmed as Finn gives the three a final glare before disappearing from view.

Anna pursed her lips, "Now what the bloody hell was he on about?"

The heretic glanced at their surroundings as she felt the compound shake a bit. Klaus gulped nervously before heading out the balcony but his hand burns before he could get and and quickly yanks it away.

Annalise's lips parted in realization as Kol huffed, "Did he really just trap us all in here?"

Klaus grit his teeth before glancing at the heretic and witch, "He certainly did. Which means we have a witch problem. You're both witch's. Fix it."

Anna gaped at the hybrid, "What?"

Kol scoffed, "And what the bloody hell do you want me to do about it?"

"Well, considering the crowd, I think you'll be more motivated to find a solution. After all, I can easily out-wait our brother's antics. You, on the other hand, might find yourself looking rather appetizing to some of our fellow prisoners."

Kol's expression grows panicked as he realized he was trapped with large group of vampires. The witch turned towards Anna, "Help me."

Annalise sighed, "We're going to need a witch to help us from the other side."

The heretic taps her heel against the cold ground as she and Kol await Davina's arrival. Anna let out a yawn and glanced back at the wolves who looked beyond irritated with the situation.

Davina began to approach the entrance and held out a hand to touch of the barrier but Kol quickly scattered over to her, "Careful, careful! It's nasty."

The Mikaelson witch smiled at Davina, "Pretty girl to the rescue, eh?"

Annalise's features scrunched up, "Not in front of me."

Davina let out a soft laugh as Kol rolled his eyes.

"You ready?" Anna raised a brow at the teenage witch. Davina nodded and Anna grasped Kol's hand as her other went very close to the barrier as if to hold Davina's before the three began chanting.

"Singuinata venet a superem. Singuinata venet a superem."

After a short moment, all three were forcefully thrown back by an unknown force. Anna grunted as she landed on her back, "Well that's just great."

Kol sat upright and glanced at his hands. Davina rubbed her head as she looked confused, "What just happened?"

Klaus walked towards the three having heard the commotion, "I assume that means we're all free to go?"

The heretic pulled herself to her feet and dusted off her pants, "No. The spell is locking us out."

Davina knitted her brows together, "Vincent must be channeling something. A dark object, maybe."

Annalise looked deep in thought as Klaus walked away to answer a phone call. She glanced up at Kol who was already looking at her.

Anna shook her head, "Nope, you go tell him."

"What? Why me? You're his favorite."

"Still not doing it."

"Well I'm sure not."

"Who's the one that's currently a walking blood bag?"

Kol narrowed his eyes at the heretic who grinned in triumph. The let out an annoyed sigh before walking over to speak with Klaus.

Anna turned to look at Davina, "So you and Kol?"

The Martin heir watched Davina's cheeks flush, "W-What?"

"I wasn't born yesterday."

"I don't know- maybe?"

Annalise smiled, "I support it. You two would be adorable."

Davina glanced at the ground as a shy smile tugged her lips. The teenager recomposed herself as Kol approached the two, "Consider it done."

Davina smiled at him before walking away to acquire the ingredients needed to perform the stronger spell.

Annalise glanced at Kol, "Break her heart and I'll give you something to be scared of."

The witch's eyes widened as he staggered back, "Where's this coming from?"

"Doesn't matter. I've given you my warning." Anna coyly smiled.

"And to think I trusted you."

"Let's not lie now. You may like me but that doesn't mean you trust me, just as I don't trust you."

"You wound me, Anna."

"Just speaking the truth."

Kol rolled his shoulders back as he leaned against the wall. Annalise glanced over to see Marcel getting angsty. The heretic pulled out her phone and dialed a number.

"Anna?"

"Francis. May I ask where you are?"

"I went into the quarter for a walk, why what's wrong?"

"Oh the usual, getting stuck in a barrier spell and what not."

"I'm sorry, what?"

Anna couldn't help the chuckled that escaped her lips, "Don't worry, I'm fixing the issue now. I was just making sure you were safe. I'll call you later."

"All right, please be careful my love."

The heretic hung up and strutted through the courtyard before approaching Marcel and Klaus who seemed to be speaking to one another.

Marcel sensed the brunette and turned to face her, "Things are getting testy out there. Come on, we better move this along."

Anna crossed her arms over her chest before speaking up, "Vincent's boundary is too strong. But, what Davina, Kol and I can do is cast a destruction spell. It would temporarily neutralize all magical objects in the compound, including the compound itself. If it works? Well, then it will give us sixty seconds to escape whilst the boundary is shut down."

Marcel nodded his head, "Alright, alright, that sounds good to me."

Klaus glanced at the vampire who apparently didn't understand, "If the spell works, it will suppress all magical objects in the vicinity. That means your rings."

Marcel ran a hand over his face in frustration, "And if we go outside in the sun without our rings, we're dead."

"Unless you wait for nightfall." Anna shrugged.

Marcel grunted in annoyance before glancing out at the herd of vampires, "They're also new. They're not going to be able to fight the hunger. We can't wait until nightfall. We're going to have a bloodbath on our hands before we even get close."

Annalise chewed her lip anxiously as a voice suddenly called out, "Anna, get your bloody ass over here!"

The heretic turned to see Kol with Davina who had returned.

Anna walked over to the two as they began to set up for the spell. Annalise created a ring of salt with sand as Kol placed pink flower petals in the center.

Davina began to crush the herbs as the heretic set up candles.

Anna turned to see a fight beginning to rile up between a vampire and wolf. She muttered a curse before speeding up the process.

"Anna! Start the spell!" Marcel shouted as he pushed the vampire away from the werewolf.

Kol started to light up the candles and Anna stood from the ground as she glanced over the other two.

"Are we ready?"

Davina anxiously nodded. The heretic turned towards Kol and held her hand out for him to take, the two friends grasped hands and turned towards Davina, setting out their free hands as they stood parallel from her.

Klaus watched the three begin to mutter incoherently and tapped his foot while a gush of wind blew through the courtyard.

Anna's eyes snapped open as she glanced over the entrance. The heretic held her hand out as she attempted to cross the barrier.

A wave of relief washed over her as she was able to step out.

Davina proudly smiled as she looked at Annalise and Kol. Hayley took a step forward and glanced at her fiancé, "Okay, Jack, now."

"Come on, go!" Jackson rushed his wolves out of the compound. Annalise watched the pack pour out into the New Orleans street. The vampires hid in the shadows due to their daylight rings being nullified.

Anna turns towards the crowd that's left to leave, "Remember, sixty seconds!"

Annalise steps out the boundary beside Davina and watched Klaus grab a fleeting Kol, the hybrid flung his brothers body into a wall causing him to get injured.

Anna looked taken back by her friends sudden action as Klaus stepped into her side while also keeping Kol from leaving.

"Slight change of plans, brother. I no longer have to treat you as anything but the treacherous liar that you truly are."

The heretic furrowed her brows at the accusation and turned to look ahead at the witch.

"What the bloody hell?" Kol grounded out as he stood from the ground.

"Where is she?" Klaus narrowed his eyes at his youngest brother.

Kol looked back at all the vampires who were staring at him rather hungrily. He was currently standing in the sunlight so the bloodsuckers hadn't lunged for him yet.

Davina's eyes widened with realization at what would happen with him and turned towards Klaus with a pleading expression, "Please. They'll kill him."

"Well, he should have thought about that before he betrayed our sister!" the hybrid turned towards his brother, "Rebekah never made it to her new body, did she? And, seeing as you cast the spell, and, well, you're you, I'd hardly call it an uncrackable case."

Davina turned towards Anna desperately but the heretic made no act to move.

"Rebekah's fine, Nik!" Kol shouted as he began to angrily walk towards the hybrid, "It was a prank, nothing more than anything you lot have done to me, but I bet it's different when it's one of y-" but he's cut off as he came in contact with the barrier that was back up. His hand burned.

Klaus smirked smugly, "Oooh. Barrier's back up."

The vampires began to swarm around the witch, Klaus sighed, "And those vampires look oh-so hungry. Now, I was willing to welcome you back in my home, but you had to return to your petty, selfish jealousies! Well, let's see how well they help you survive when you're stuck in there."

The hybrid stormed away and Davina watched the witch in horror before turning towards Anna, "Can't you do something?"

"Normally I would, but Rebekah's missing because of him. I think I'll watch."

Kol bumped into Marcel and gulped, "Whoa, whoa." he held his hands up in a non-threatening manner.

Davina glanced at the vampire before whispering, "Marcel."

Marcel looked back at Davina for a moment, and after seeing her pleading face, he reluctantly turned to Kol and shoved him backwards toward the stairs, "If I were you, I would make myself scarce. Go!"

Marcel blocked the staircase so the vampires wouldn't be able to follow the witch.

Annalise leaned away from the wall and walked out of the compound.
