-Talia's POV-

"Come here babygirl"  he said and I gulped as I tried my best to move away from him. "You're going to make this worse for yourself if you keep disobeying me" he harshly said. My body shaking as he got closer.

I gasped when I felt my back hit a cold surface, my bare back came in contact with the wall behind me. My eyes remained on the boy in front of me, that same wicked smirk plastered on Luke's face. "L-Leave m-me a-alone" I stumbled with each word. Fear overtaking my body as he got closer with each step he took.

"I've finally got you! I'm not planning on letting you go" he said and I shook. He grabbed me by my wrists with a firm grip on them, I was them thrown onto the floor  aggressively. I looked up terrified, watching as he unbuckled his belt. "Now it's time for your punishment" he sharply said as he unbuttoned and zipped his pants.

"No!" I screamed as he bent down in only his boxers. "NO!" I screamed my voice cracking. The feeling of his lips trailing harsh kisses on my neck, leaving large hickey's. "STOP!" I sobbed out as I felt his hand on my back, his fingers on the hook of my bra.

"Bitches get what they deserve" he growls as he throws my bra across the small space. I shook as his hand lowered down my body. "You like this don't you" he seductively said and I shook my head. I gasped as I felt his hands on my hips, abov-.

I jolted out of bed, my eyes wide as saucers, sweat dripping down my face. "Not again" I whispered to myself, tears streaming down my face. "Every night" I mumbled sitting up.

"Talia!" Shay yelled as she barged into my room. A grin plastered on her face but once her eyes met mine it faltered. "What's wrong?" She questioned, worryblaced in her tone.

I shook my head, "it doesn't matter" I shakily said as the dream appeared in my head once again.

"Tell me! I know something is bothering you" she solemnly said with her arms crossed against her chest. I sighed and looked down at my fingers.

"You remember Luke right?" I tell her not looking her in the eyes.

"Yeah......" she said trailing off, "why?" She cautiously asked.

I let out a shaky breath, lifted my head up, "he's back" I choked out and she furrowed her eyebrows.

"What?" She asked confused. "Did you see him" she questioned as worry laced in her tone. I simply just nodded my head, "Have you told Brad about this?". I looked away from her to only hear her gasp, "Talia" she sternly said.

"You can't tell brad about this" I pleaded. "He's stressed as it is, with him working on the new album and the news of me 'dating' Zach. It's too much if I tell him Luke's back in town" I said as tears rolled down my cheek just by saying his name made me sick.

She sighed and bit her lip, "He has to know" she whispered looking at me.

I shook my head vigorously, "He doesn—" I started but the sound of my phone ringing cut me short. I glanced at the screen and gulped. "It's Zach" I said picking up my phone, my hands shaking for some odd reason.

"Answer it. He's not like Luke" she said softly.

I shook my head, "I know" I said and answered the phone before he screams at me.

"Talia?" He says.

"Hello" I timidly replied, my gaze remaining on Shay who stood in front of me.

"Can you come over to my place?" he asked in a disinterested tone.

"Why?" I asked bewildered.

"Look it's not that I want you there but the guys are inviting their girlfriends. They asked me to invite you cause they haven't really met you yet" He irritably says.

I sighed, "Sure, just send me the address" I said:

"Whatever and bring a bathing suit" he said before hanging up. I pulled the phone away from my ear, staring at the phone with confusion.

"What did he want and why did you ask for his address?" Shay curiously asks.

I raised an eyebrow at her as I toss my phone onto my bed and then made my way to my closet. "Curiosity killed the cat" is all I said and she groaned.

*Ding!*

"Oooo" she excitedly says and my eyes widened. Turning around I see her running out of my room with my phone in hand.

"GET BACK HER SHAYLA!" I screeched as I ran down the staircases, not too far behind her.

"NEVER!" She yelled back.

"What's going on in here!" Connor said but I ignored him as i continued to chase after Shay.

"SHAYLA!" I shrieked.

"His address is not too far from here" she says coming to a halt and I couldn't stop on time which ended with me bumping into her back. Sending the both of us crashing to the ground, "Talia!" She exclaimed and I groaned.

"What the hell is going on in here!" Brad yelled. I shot up and my eyes widened at my brother who stood in front of me with his arms crossed. "Well?" He questions, the other boys looking at the two of us with amused expressions on their faces.

"Talia was asked to go to Zach's place" Shay blurted out and I playfully glared at her.

"Thanks Shay" I sarcastically said and she grinned.

"Your welcome" she said while placing my phone in my hand. I gazed down at the screen and furrowed my eyebrows.

"This address is so familiar" I said looking at her. She nodded her head.

"That's the house we were about to get but Bradley here didn't like the set up" she said rolling her eyes.

"It was all black and white" he said huffing.

"We could've changed everything!" Shayla exclaimed.

"Anyways, I have to go seeing as it's almost 10:30 and I was asked to be there at 11:15" I said walking away from them.

"You're not going anywhere!" Brad declared and I rolled my eyes as I continued to make my way up the stairs.

"You're not my father!" I called out.

"I am your brother" he yelled back.

"Don't care!"

I switched off the ignition and jumped out of the car and gazed at the house in astonishment. It was a lot bigger than the one we were staying in. I nervously made my way to the door and just eyed the doorbell. With my shaky hands I lift my hand and press the button. Rocking on my heels back and forth, "this is going to be one hell of a day" I muttered to myself as I patiently waited for the door to swing open.

"I'LL GET IT!" a feminine voice hollered from behind the white door. "Hi!" a girl with curly haired and brown eyed girl said with a grin on her face.

"Hi" I shyly said as she opened he door further allowing me to enter the house.

"Everyone's by the poolside" she said and I nodded my head. She tilted her head to the side, "My name's Gabriela but you can call me Gabbie" she said witha friendly smile.

"My name's Talia" I softly say.

"Come on, do you have your bathing suit under your clothes?" She questioned and I nodded my head. She squealed as she grasped my hand, dragging me to the back where everyone was scattered all over the pool including Zach.

He sat on one of the pool hairs talking with Jack and Daniel. He was laughing as Jack explained something. "Gabbie don't" I say as she was bout to push me in.

She pouted, "Why not?" She asked. I gestured to my bag and clothes.

"Cause I'm still wearing my clothes and I'm holding my bag" I said lifting my PINK black duffle. She sighed pulling me away from the pool and looked at me intently. "I'm not removing my clothes in front of everyone" I whispered in a hushed tone.

She playfully rolled her eyes and grabbed my bag, tossing it onto an empty chair and pulled me to the side. "There, undress and come out" she said turning around and walking away.

-Zach's POV-
Zach! Your girlfriend is pretty shy" Gabbie said as she walked over with a smile on her face. I looked at her with my eyebrows furrowed.

"You mean Talia?" I ask her and she nods her head, "She's my fake girlfriend" I said as I emphasised on the word fake so it would register in her brain that I don't like Talia in that way.

She shrugged, "Your loss, she's really sweet if you get to know her" She said.

"That's what you said about Kay and look how that turned out" I snarled, her face dropped.

"Zach!" Jack growled.

I sighed, "I'm sorry Gabs" I tell her and she just nods walking away but my eyes shift to a figure walking this way and my mouth gaped open as she walked over. My eyes followed her every step as she made her way to Gabie and the other girls. I was brought out of my trance when I saw one of the boy's hand flapping in front of my face.

"ZACH!" Daniel snapped and I shook my head.

"Huh? What?" I distractingly say. I looked at the boys to only see them with smug looks on their faces and I rolled my eyes. "I do not like her" I say as I slip on my shades and lay back on the chair. I yelped when I felt them lift my pool chair. "Put me down!!!" I shriek as I grasp onto the chair tightly. "JACK!".

"You heard him boys" Jack said and my eyes widened as they tilted the chair.

"JA-" I started but I lost my grip from the pool chair and I was embraced with the feeling of ice-cold water of the pool. "I'm going to murder you Jack Robert Avery!" I exclaimed as I broke through the surface of the pool.

"No! I need to live! I need to see my daughter grow!" He screeched running away from where I was. I groaned as I felt my shirt stick onto my body, I effortlessly remove my shirt and threw at to a random spot.

"Idiot" I muttered as I relax, feeling the cool breeze as I sink further into the water, closing my eyes enjoying the silence but I was interrupted when the sound of people jumping into the pool was heard. Opening one eye, I saw all four boys standing in front of me, grins plastered on their faces and I just rolled my eyes ignoring their presence.

"CHICKEN FIGHT!" Christina yelled. My eyes shot open when I heard the girls jump in, I shielded my face.

"Seriously" I exclaim as I watch the four girl climb onto their significant other's shoulders. I looked over at Talia and saw her in the corner chuckling at the girls.

"Well! Talia get on Zach's shoulders" Gabbie eagerly said.

"No it's okay" She faintly said, almost inaudible.

"Get onto his shoulders" Christina said as she placed her hands ontop of Corbyn's head, holding onto it. Talia looked at me and I sighed gesturing her over.

She walked over and I ducked down and she situated herself on my shoulders. I got back up and held onto her legs with a grip so she wouldn't fall. I felt her finger tips move the hair that covered my eyes and my heart melted at the small gestur- Stop it Zach!. "Okay! TJ with CC, DO with ZT and JG" Tate ordered and we looked at her weirdly. "What?" she asked.

"What are those letters for" Daniel asked.

Tate rolled her eyes, "TJ stands for Tate and Jonah. Can you figure out the rest?" She asked and Gabbie nodded her head. "Good. EN GARDE!" She screamed.

"Come on! Fall over Liv" Gabbie said as she pushed Olivia, trying her best to get her off of Daniel shoulders. "YES!" She yelled in victory but her eyes shifted to Talia and I. "Come here Tals" Gabbie said.

We walked over and the two of them started to push each other, I looked at Jack and he had a smirk and I squinted my eyes at Jack. "Don't you dare" I say but he ignores me.

"COME ON GABBIE!" Christina hollered.

"COME ON TALIA!" Olivia hollered as well.

After a couple of minutes of the two girls pushing each other and Jack attempting to make me loose my grip on Talia's ankles,Gabbie pushed Talia over my shoulders. "SHIT!" Talia screamed as the two of us crashed under water. The faint sound of everyone cheering above could be heard. "That was unfair" Talia exclaimed as we resurfaced.

"How so?" Gabbie asked crossing her arms.

"Yo- You tricked me!" She said pouting.

"I did not!" Gabbie said.

"You so di-" She started but she got cut off with someone's phone ringing. "Tate is that mine?" She called out.

Tate looked over and nodded, "It says Brad" She said and Talia groaned.

I watched as she jumped out of the pool and walked over to where her phone was. "What?" She said and walked away and my eyes followed as she wandered to the side.

"You like her" Jonah said snapped me out of me out of my trance.

"I don't" I snapped at him, annoyed at how they all think I like her. "If either of you mention that I like her one more time!" I growl.

"What are you gonna do huh?" Jack provoked me and I smirked.

"You'll have to do whatever I ask for a whole month" I said with a triumphed look as I watched Jack's face fall.

"Oh no" Jack muttered and I chuckled at his expression.

"NO! FUCK OFF BRAD!" I heard Talia yell. I turned around and saw her walking back and forth. "YOU'RE NOT MY DAD! I'M CALLING MUM" she yelled and hung up. I saw her typing something on her phone ferociously.

"What's got her all agitated?" I questioned as I watch Talia pace back and forth with an annoyed expression on her face.

"Who knows" Jonah said.

I averted my gaze back to her and saw her making her way over with a bothered look on her face. "Everything okay?" Gabbie asked.

"My brother is being an asshole as always" she muttered.

"What did he do?" Olivia asked.

"He's telling me what to do! He wasn't thrilled about my decision with this whole relationship" she said pointed to me. "He's just being overprotective" she said sitting at the edge of the pool.

"That's how all older brothers are" Gabbie said.

"I'm not" Daniel said and Liv slapped his chest.

"You're not helping babe" she said glaring at him. "What's the age gap between the two of you?" She questioned.

"Uh...six years" she said with her head tilted to the side. "Yeah six years".

"Just let him be love" Tate said.

"It'll all calm down" Gabbie said and Talia sighed.

"I hope, he's been like this since the incid—" she started but her eyes widened. "Forget I said anything" she whispered.

I looked at her, she had a frown on plastered on her lips. I furrowed my eyebrows as I eyed her, I felt someone nudge me and I looked away from her to only see Daniel mouthing something. 'Why are you staring at her?'.

I just ignored him, "What incident?" I questioned and she looked at me with a hesitant look on her face.

"Let's just say my ex was psychotic" she answered and I raised an eyebrow. "Why do you want to know anyways?" She queried.

I let out a frustrated sigh, "Forget I said anything and I'm sorry for asking" I snapped.

"Za—" she started.

"Shut up" I hissed and she gasped.

"Zach" Jonah sharply said and I rolled my eyes looking away from Talia.

"I have to go" I heard her say.

"What? You just came two hours ago" Gabbie said.

"I know but I think I'm not welcomed here...." she said trailing off as I felt her eyes bore into the side of my head. "Brad also wants me home before he heads to the studio" she said jumping out of the pool. "I'll see you guys later, I guess" she said.

Gabbie and the other girls got out along with her. The five of them walked away leaving the five of us alone in the pool.

"What's wrong with you!" Jack snapped and I scoffed.

"She keeps asking me those questions" I fiercely said.

"Yeah. It I think she's had a bad past Zach" Daniel said.

"And I haven't?" I asked annoyed.

I jumped out of the pool and grabbed my towel, "Zach!" Jack yelled but I ignored his and the boys yells.

I halted in place as I heard the girls speak in hushed tones. "Just ignore him, he's been like this since Kay ended things" Gabbie said.

"I know it just infuriated me that sometimes he's agitated but then the next he's caring. Like make up your mind" Talia said and I looked down at my feet.

"I'm sorry" I whispered and walked into my room with my head down as tears rolled down my cheek. "I'm falling for her...."
