You were laying in bed, on your phone waiting for Gojo to be done with his phone call. The tv was paused because the two of you were watching a movie before he got his work call. Walking back, he looked frustrated and put his phone back in his pocket.

"Hey baby. Are you okay?" You asked with a concerned face.

"Well Nanami called. I have to return back to New Jersey. Some guys stole more things." Gojo said.

"How long are you going to be gone?" You said with a frown. Gojo was the leader of the Infinity Mafia and the base was here, in New York.

But since this mafia is so popular, many different mafias want to interfere with the Infinity Mafia. This causes many different gang wars and different types of conflicts. Granted, you were apart of this mafia but you didn't do the things he did.

You didn't go on his missions because you didn't have to. You could if you wanted to, but again, you didn't have to. You chose not to simply because the last time you went, things got out of pocket. It was a very dangerous mission and you almost lost your life. It was traumatizing. You did small things such as helping with peace treaties.

Other than the mafia, you had a side business and owned a nail salon and worked there with your friends Lauryn, Simone and Maya. Maya was part of the Infinity Mafia but Lauryn and Simone weren't. That doesn't mean they weren't aware of it though. Maya was also Gojo's cousin.

"Three days. I'm leaving tonight." Gojo said putting a hoodie on.

"Babe this is the fifth time you left this month. You just came back a few days ago. Can't you take a break and let Nanami handle this? You have a huge team anyways." You said trying to reason with him. Days without him began to feel lonely. It's like he's gone more than he's here.

"You know I can't. If I could I would. As much as I would love to stay here, I can't. I have work to do." He said caressing your face.

"I feel like your work is getting in the middle of this relationship." You finally let out. You wanted a chance to tell him how you feel and now is the perfect opportunity.

"Its getting in the middle of this relationship? I thought our relationship was pretty healthy." He said sitting next to you.

"I did too but I don't like how you're always leaving. It feels like you're never here and when you are here, you're only here for a little bit before you go off again and leave me here by myself waiting for you to come back. It feels like this relationship only goes on when you're here." You said.

"But even when I'm not here, we always talk on the phone and text each other." Gojo said.

"For like five minutes! It's not the same without you here." You say.

"So what do you suggest me to do? Quit my job just so I can be here more? I get exactly what you're saying Y/n, I do, but this job means a lot to me. I can't just leave like that. I can't depend on the people on this job. But trust me Y/n, once all the big stuff is over with, you can have me for however long you want." He said caressing your face once again.

"You always say that Gojo. I really want to believe it but it's so hard when you say it a million times." You say with frustration in your voice. Your eyes started to water.

"Please believe me Y/n. Me and the mafia are going through some really hard times right now but it'll all be over soon, I promise." Gojo said.

"Don't make empty promises Gojo. It feels like lies." You say.

"But they aren't! I'll do anything you want but I can't leave the mafia." Gojo said looking at you. You looked down at your lap with silence. "Please Y/n, is there anything you want me to do?"

"I want you to stay. At least for more than a week." You plead.

"You know I can't do that." Gojo said.

"For fucks sake Gojo, I didn't ask you to leave the mafia. I'm asking you to reserve a little time for your girlfriend. Is that so hard to do?" You said with tears going down your face.

"I'm sorry Y/n." Gojo said frowning. He didn't know what else to say. Your request weren't easy to fulfill. He wanted to spend all the time in the world for you but right now, that's simply something he can't do.

"Maybe you shouldn't be in a relationship if you're not going to be there for your own girlfriend." You whispered. You didn't know what went wrong until now. You two used to be so close.

"Y/n..." Gojo said.

"I can't do this anymore Satoru. It's tiring waiting everyday for you to come back because every time you do, you leave again. I love you Gojo, I really do but it's hurting me to be waiting on an empty promise of you finally staying for good." You said getting up from the bed and grabbing your stuff. You start walking out the room, and down the hallway as Gojo helplessly follows you.

"Y/n, wait! Please just be a little more patient with me. This will all be over soon. We can be a happy couple again. Please!" He said following you down the staircase.

"No Gojo. I really have to go. I hope you find someone else that can better fit your schedule and is more patient with you. Goodbye Gojo." You said walking out.

And with that, you left the mafia and Satoru Gojo.

It's been a year since you and Gojo broke up and you've already gotten over it. You've spent your days crying but it's over now. You have no regrets.

Currently, you were with your best friends, Lauryn, Simone and Maya at a club called The Lounge. Lauryn was busy shaking her ass while you, Simone and Maya were sitting at the bar.

"You alright?" You asked.

"I'm tired. I'm going home. You want to come?" Simone asked.

"Nah I'm good. I'm suppose to drive Lauryn home since she's drunk." You said. You drove all four of you to the club you were the designated driver. If Simone is going home, it means she's most likely going to catch an uber since you all drove in your car.

"Alright well I'm catching an Uber." Simone said gettin up. "You wanna come Maya?"

"Yeahhhh" Maya said. Maya was drunk. Which she never usually does. The reason behind this was because Maya broke up with her boyfriend a week ago so you guys decided to take her out.

"Alright cmon Maya. Bye Y/n." Simone said helping Maya get up.

"Bye Y/n!" Maya said.

"Bye guys." You said with a smile before grabbing your phone. In all truthfulness, you were feeling the same way. You were physically exhausted and you wanted to go home, but for your friends sake, you'll stay for another hour for Lauryn's sake.

"You seem bored. Wanna talk to me?" The nameless stranger said sitting next to you. You looked beside you and saw a 5"9 tall man that looked very muscular. He had short black hair and smirk on his face. He was definitely Japanese.

"Only if you can entertain me. I'm Y/n." You said. It probably wasn't the best idea to give your name to a stranger but what's the worst that could happen?

"I'm Toji. And I think I could entertain you in more ways than just verbally." Toji said with a mind filled with lust. From across the room, he saw that you were the most beautiful girl in this club. It was a new sight to see. A new girl to fuck.

A hookup? This is probably what I need right now and Lauryn seems to be able to handle herself. He looks hot. This should be fun.

"Oh Really? How so?" You said returning that same smirk.

"I guess I'll have to show you." He said looking at your lips.
