What had honestly felt like ten minutes was actually an entire hour, the talking between the three friends continued and continued. It came to a point where Amalia was so interested by what Angel was talking about, that she completely forgot to do her job. However, after an hour the conversation came to a halt, but, it didn't mean that they weren't going to get into another conversation!! This time, maybe one to do with Amalia and someone else...

"Right, enough about me, are you still texting on that group chat, Amalia?"

"Wait, what group chat????" Confused, Charles has asked.

"Oh you're so lucky you're cute" Amalia expressed, scrunching up her nose whilst, giggling uncontrollably.

"The group chat that Lia was added to, with a bunch of boys, remember????"

"Ahhh yes, I remember now! I would've thought you had left it though"

Amalia had thought the exact same thing but for some unexplainable reason something was telling her not to, it felt as if leaving would be the biggest mistake she would have ever made.

"I didn't leave and now thinking about it I'm not really sure why I didn't"

"That's surprising, normally you get bored and irritated of group chats with multiple people" Angel spoke.

"Stop, do you remember when she left her work group chat because they kept spamming it?" Charles loudly questioned, whilst trying to contain his laughter.

"Hey! We don't talk about that" Amalia said, shutting her eyes and slapping her hand to her forehead because of the humiliation that had hit her, quickly.

"How come you didn't end up leaving, then?"

"I'm not really sure to be honest with you, I just had this gut feeling in me that was telling me 'do not leave or you will live to regret it' and so, i just didn't leave.

"Well isn't that dramatic" Angel laughed, she was aware that her friend loved to exaggerate things, but still she said it just to tease her.

"So... do you like any of them?" Angel asked, in a way that would be classed as mischievous.

"Miss Angel Huan, what do you take me for????"

"Oh we know you well enough to know that there has to be someone you like, even if it's just a little."

"Charles is right, you know... for once"

"Thank you, I appreciate that"

Amalia, stood there and just listened to the two mildly bicker to one another. Amused, she had taken this has her opportunity to run away from the situation, so she did.

"Noooo, Amalia come back" Charles begged.

"Okay, fine!"

"Go on then, tell us! We desperately want to know" Angel pleaded.

"Right, there is this guy"

Charles jumped up in happiness and joy, he loved the feeling of being correct.

"Ha I knew it!! I'm always right"

Angel and Amalia burst out of laughter, they had never seen their best friend so happy over something so small.

"Tell us more"

"God, I almost forget that my best friends are very nosy" Laughed Amalia.

"Don't get too overly excited, it isn't big!"

"This is the first time you're ever telling us about a guy you like, let us get excited!!" Charles expressed, he was beyond happy to find out that his best friend had some feelings for a person. He knew of all the pain that his best friend had endured, and he wanted nothing but the utmost best for her. 

"His name is Christian, and he is one of the sweetest people ever, I honestly think he is the sweetest person there is. He's super kind and considerate, I truly don't think I've met anyone like him."

"AWHHHHH"

"Someone's in love"

"I am not, I just think he's just super sweet that's all"

"Whatever helps you sleep at night"

"You two are delusional, I am not in love with him"

"We would totally believe you, but the thing is we aren't stupid"

"What do you two talk about?" Asked Charles.

"Anything really, there was this one time when he was struggling to fall asleep, so I helped him. I remembered the period where I could not sleep at all, therefore I used my tactics to help him"

"Stop that's so sweet" In awe, spoke Angel.

"There's other things, but I don't really know how to explain it"

"Come on, there's gotta be something!"

"Hmm... how about this, if I give you my phone for you two to read our messages will you leave me alone?"

Both of Angel and Charles' eyes lit up, they both nodded their heads like a dog who was asked if they wanted a treat or like a teenage boy who's been told they're allowed to use their playstation for five extra minutes, and their heads were high up like a meerkat's. Amalia found it nothing but adorable, she never really spoke about the people she was interested in, so she could see why they were so exhilarated by this. It wasn't as if she didn't trust them, she just never told them because she believed she was unloveable to the fact that even if she did like them, they would never like her back and it would just get her bestfriends' hopes up. It's sad, right?

"HELP OMG HE TEXTED" Angel exclaimed.

"What??? What did he say?"

"He said good afternoon, Amalia"

"OMG WHAT DO I RESPOND WITH????"

"Okay, Lia you need to calm down, me and Angel will figure this out"

Amalia, listened to Charles and began going round the café trying to keep her mind off of what her two best friends could be saying to Christian. She was well aware that her two friends wouldn't say anything stupid, but she had never seen them get this overly excited over a boy texting her, so she was a little terrified that they would say something a little stupid.

Amalia would be blatantly lying if she said that she had no feelings for Christian. Yeah sure, she didn't exactly know what she felt for him, but she knew that whatever it was, was completely foreign to her. Amalia felt extremely confused, she didn't really know why she was harbouring these feelings, especially to someone who she hardly knew. However, she knew one thing, she had to figure out what these feelings were and why she was experiencing them.
