011. Seeing Pain..

Chelsea, NY Earth-65.
chap 11. seeing pain !

"Let's do this differently, way differently. Their names are (Y/N) and Miles Morales. They were bitten by radioactive spiders. And they're not the only ones. She hasn't always had it easy. And she's not the only one. And now they're on their own. And they're not the only ones. You think you know the rest; you don't. I thought I knew the rest, but I didn't. He didn't want to hurt her, but he did. And he's not the only one."

As twilight descends upon the bustling city of New York, the vibrant neighborhood of Chelsea transforms into a mesmerizing world of sun-drenched hues and captivating energy. Perched outside Gwen Stacy's apartment building window, Red Venom was stuck to the wall and hanged upside down to peek inside.

She saw through her white mask holes, that Gwen was suiting up into her Spider suit, and Red Venom also heard the radio going off inside the other girls room, warning the police about the current villain's mess.

Gwen gave one last look at the photo of herself, (Y/N) and Miles together inside her drum set, before slipping on her white hoodie, and jumped outside of the window to join the other Spider-ling.

"All good?" Red Venom questioned the girl now beside her, as they both got ready to swing themselves towards the threat.

Ghost Spider nods her head in answer, giving the other girl a fist bump, and then dived off the window first, Red Venom hot on her trail.

They both went head first into the dive, and outstretched their arms to shoot webs towards the buildings in front. Using that force, they push themselves high up into the air, and started to swing their way through the city.

Red Venom was the first to land onto the platform of the building near the scene, as she was squatted down slightly to fix the wristband attached to her. Ghost Spider drops down next to her swiftly, and both gaze out at the helicopter lights circling the crime scene, with many cars and police down on the ground.

Captain Stacy also arrived at the scene by his cop car, and hoped out of it to be meet with the loud noise, and a report on who the new villain was.

"Explain to me how a guy with a 40 foot wingspan, jus waltzed into the Guggenheim unnoticed?" He questioned incredulously to his fella officer beside him, and was reading the information on Vulture.

Yuri, the one walking with him shrugs her shoulders with a not bothered look, "Hey, it's New York. Everyone's got their thing."

Just as Captain Stacy was about to hand over the paper to Yuri, another massive explosion occurred from inside the Guggenheim, and it caused everyone outside to fly back at the hit, creating even more damage then there already was.

"You know what he wants?" George asked Yuri in alarm, his body in a shielding mode with his arms up to protect himself from the explosion.

"Do You speak Italian?" She fired back, picking up the report from the ground, and her police cap that blew off from before.

Their fast pace walking starts up again, and he now shrugs his shoulder with a grimace, "Uh, I'm an Irish cop." He answered, while direction some people to safety.

"Maybe he'll love pasta or something." She responded humorlessly, as the two ended up behind a police car, guns out and backs leant against it.

Captain Stacy pulls out his gun from his side belt, and held it with two hands, "Everybody, on my signal!" He yelled to all his fellow officers around, unaware of them getting pulled back by two different Spider webs, "Look out for signs of Spiderwoman!"

Many more of the officers were getting tugged back by Spider web, and Stacy was also unaware of how Yuri was tied up by web also when he went to move forward. Though, he met he same fate when Ghost Spider shot her webs at him, and stuck him to the police truck with Yuri.

Red Venom appeared down on the road behind some cars, knowing she should leave getting near the officers to Gwen as no one's ever seen her before. Her eyes catch onto Ghost Spider, who was now rushing off away from her muffled yelling father, and into the building where the villain was.

"Time to play hero, Red Venom." She muttered to herself with a low sigh, having had not done something like this ever since he disappeared from her life. Extending her arm up, she aimed a hue filled red web towards the building, and skidded to a stop on the ground next to Gwen already inside.

Ghost Spider stood up from her posing landing, and glanced around to tall area to locate their next villain, "Vulture!" She called out, voice echoing around as the two couldn't see anything through the building smoke in the air, "Well, screaming their names usually works."

Red Venom gave her a straight lipped stare, not very amused at her words, and turned her head behind her sensing something incoming, "MOVE-!" Her yell of warning was late, as Vulture had ram the both of them through the glass window into another floor room.

The two girls landed against some broken rocks with groans, Red Venom taking the hit for Ghost Spider as she protected the younger one, "I guess that worked..." Ghost Spider strained out, going to help the other girl up but Vulture taking interrupted.

"I am the Vulture, the pinnacle of man's geniu!" His voice bellowed from up in the air, as he was flying using his wings that were made out of... paper?

Ghost Spider heaved the older woman up gently, and kept an arm to stable her from the hit received before, "You're not my Vulture. What are you, made of parchment?"

This ticked off Vulture badly, as his actions were now rougher and waved his winged arms around in the air, "What cursed world have you brought me to?" As he questioned that through a sneer, his body suddenly glitched mid air.

Red Venom's eyes went wide under her mask, and pushed herself off of Ghost Spiders body, "You're glitching, huh? Been there, and still are." She remarked truthfully, which caused the girl beside her to frown worriedly.

"Uh, where are you from, bud?" Ghost Spider asked loudly up at the male, placing a hand on her hip to stable herself.

"I am an artists! An engineer!" His voice hissed back, and made his arms transform some weapons, as he aimed them at the Spider duo below.

They easily dodged with shoulder turns, and shuffles to the left or right, as the arrows fired at them got stuck in the cement, "Oh, great. A renaissance man." Ghost Spider sarcastically comments, and shared a quicky nod with her friend knowing their fight was about to begin.

Red Venom outstretched her hand up, and aimed a web at Vulture's shoulder, while she had another one attached to Ghost Spider. She used the first one's force to tug them both up, and Red Venom went to throw an uppercut kick to his chin, while Ghost Spider sent one to his side.

They both land successfully onto his back, keeping an arm on each other to stable them, and the other was holding onto his body.

"Let me guess. You were having an espresso in some old-timey Leonardo DaVinci dimension," Ghost Spider was talking to Vulture to keep him distracted, while Red Venom had shot webs at each of his wings, and pulled them together, "and suddenly a portal opens up, and you wind up here, Am I warm?"

He looks up at them with a bored look, and nods his head at her sum up, "Yes, that's pretty much it." He admits in his thick accent, and runs into the side of a wall as he glitches again.

Red Venom grunted at the sudden bump, and quickly started shooting webs at the falling objects he caused to drop from his messy flying. Multiple times she almost fell off, but Ghost Spider was making sure she didn't.

"Sidebar, uh," She started off in a rant, and one turn Vulture made in the air had the two girls falling off to the back, and was attached to him by their webs, "maybe you could you stop making a mess in the art museum for no reason?"

Vulture ran his sharped wing across the walls of a higher pathway, while the duo sprang themselves back onto his back, "You call this art?" His voice held disgust, and motioned to an massive ballon like dog on the ground.

Red Venom laughed a bit amused at his words, her hair blowing around behind her, as she digs her heels into his back knowing it would hurt, "We're talking about it, aren't we?"

Hearing her comment about the art, he made a blade appear in his left wing, and dipped down to slice straight through the piece. He cut the head off it, causing it to go flying in the air, and the bottom half fell down, spilling out many smaller objects of the original piece.

"Oh, that's cool." A museum-goer hiding and watching near by casually comments, sharing a look with the one with him behind some rocks.

Vulture was growing angrier by the second, and tried to shake them both on his back as he was feeling more pain because of Red Venom's ankle heels. He just past the two watching, which caused them to duck for cover.

"I mean, it's more of a meta-commentary on what we call art," Ghost Spider began once again at the male's words, "but it's.. it's also.. art?" She fumbled for words, as the two yelped when they were buckled off Vulture's back and landed in two different sections of the area.

Vulture flapped his wings widely, and landed onto the edge with his feet perched onto it, directly in front of where Red Venom had landed on her side.

She groaned at the second hit to her now sore ribs, and placed a hand on her forehead, glancing to the side seeing a statue falling, "Oh, is that your cousin man?"

He shook in rage hearing her monotone teasing words, and squawks as his helmet slides over his face, and fired up his beak to release a powerful yellow blast. It opens up widely, and goes to aim it at her.

She yells out as she fumbles to stand up, and dodges the following fire on her with back handstands in a constant line down the walkway, "I wouldn't play with fire, man! You're kind of made of paper!" She warns with a grin, and quickly shoots a web across from her, as the momentum pulls her away from his blast.

Red Venom's made her mask quickly scan the area in hopes to find Gwen, and breathed a little easier seeing her helping someone in need now. Guess Vulture was up to her now to defeat, easy enough right?

Her figure flips upside down mid air while swinging, and wasn't prepared when he fired another attack, which was a claw that outstreched and trapped her onto the wall with the metal around her waist, "Oh, not good, not good-" She frantically mumbles to herself, and tries to pull it off with her super strength.

Before she could though, Vulture appeared before her and landed with his feet claws on either side of her, the force of the land leaving an indent in the wall behind her.

Both of his feet trapped her arms down, while his larger hands grabbed ahold of her face, leaving scratches as her skin was bare, "Ciao, ragazza." He rumbles in his language, laughing sinisterly as he lifts up his sharped fingers to aim at her face.

"Ohh, no-" Red Venom cringed out with a face scrunch, trying to break free from his hold as she sensed Ghost Spider coming her way now, but didn't sense the other person about to appear.

Before Vulture could bring down his claws to critically damage her body, red glowing familiar webs attached to his claws, and stopped him mid way. His entire hand was tugged backwards, as colourful portal had appeared mid air, and a loud charging up sound was heard coming from it.

Red Venom tried to turn her head to best she could seeing this, and felt her stomach leap as all that was so familiar to her, already having a sickly feeling of who it was.

And she was dead right, because a few seconds later the red web disappeared, and outcome the familiar figure of Miguel O'hara in his Spider suit. His body immediately collided with the villain attacking her, and slammed him away.

Her arms went up to protect her face, as rubble was flying everywhere from the forceful tackle. Her eyes go wide with horror, heart pounding faster as Miguel's masked face passes her in what felt like slow-motion, and disappeared down below into the dust.

Trying to recollect herself, she shot two webs just above her and pulled herself out of the wall with a groan, and jumped down below where he disappeared into.

Ghost Spider was already down below hearing the new Spider person, and turned her head to sigh in relief seeing Red Venom alive, and safe.

"You've gotta be kidding me.." Red Venom whispered to herself in disbelief as she saw the sight in front, and kept Ghost Spider just behind her, arm outstretched in case.

Miguel's broad figure slowly leant up from the floor, his back having a red AI glitching cape that held a few lose rocks on it, as they fell off when he stood. His claws appeared from his fingertips, and his new wristband had a small ring of glow around it.

Ghost Spider tried to move out from behind the other girl, but was met with her pushing back, and it caused Ghost Spider to glance up confused. Her eyes went wide seeing the heavy glare on Red Venom's face, and slowly started to understand this was the guy she told him about.

Miguel made his red cape disappear into his suit, as he fully stood up to his height, and rolled his broad shoulders, the male not ready to turn around yet knowing who was standing there.

"I'm sorry, who exactly are you supposed to be?" Ghost Spider was the one to break the tense silence, as she peeked over Red Venom's forearm, and decided to talk for them both.

His head only turned the slightest, and tried to ignore the burning glare Red Venom was drowning him in, "That's classified." His deep voice rumbled out.

Red Venom scoffed under her breath with a funny face hearing his answer, and removed the hand from holding back Ghost Spider, "Es muy gracioso." She muttered to herself, but he heard it and it caused him to narrow his eyes on her slightly, even more so spotting the AI wristband on her.

"You're... the Blue Panther!" Ghost Spider took back the spot light, as she pointed an excited finger at Miguel's figure and Red Venom snorted amused.

"No."

"The Caped 'Blue-cader'?"

"No, I'm-"

Red Venom laughed humorously which sounded fake, and wrapped an arm around Ghost Spider's shoulder loosely, "Nah, his name is Bug-boy." She remarked with a wicked scowl.

Miguel's eye twitched hearing that familiar nickname that he missed more then he'd like to admit, "No, stop. I'm not." His low voice warned her, before fully facing the duo, "I'm from another dimension."

Both girls faked their shock with gasps, and hands brought up to their faces, "You are? Wooww," Ghost Spider squealed, before going back to normal, "Actually, we're not confused."

"My name is... Miguel O'hara." He introduced himself proudly, as Red Venom gave him a deadpanned expression seeing him looking into the distance, "I lead an elite strike force dedicated to the security of the multiverse-"

Red Venom made a coughing noise, and waved her hand around close to her face, "Alright, nevermind that Bug-boy. You can go to any dimension with that watch-" She motioned to the one on his wrist, and then back at hers that was originally his, "Yeah, well because I have one now as well." She arrogantly smirked at him, and crossed her arms cover her chest, "I was smart enough, and fixed it."

He once again narrowed his eyes down on her in warning, and left a mental note to check if her doing that caused any problems in the multiverse, "Hhm, it's much cooler than a watch. You of all people should know that."

She raised her hands up in surrender and wiggled her fingers a little bit, "Still sensitive, I see?" She remarked through a smug look, but deflated seeing no reaction from him. This made her face shift into a colder expression, and pulled Ghost Spider beside her, "Look, we had it, I had it under control. There was no reason for you to come here. So, if you don't mind."

Miguel just kept his red eyes on her under his mask, and scoffed under his breath at her words, "Yeah, totally under control." He murmured to himself, but she caught it and it made her gritted her teeth, beyond pissed off now.

He shook his head with a heavy sigh, knowing this was going to get nowhere fighting with her, "Nevermind that. It's alright, Red." He assured in a voice that he knew she would listen well too, very unaware of how Vulture was getting up behind him, "I'll take it from here."

Red Vemon's mouth parted a little bit, and it slowly formed into a cocky smirk seeing Vulture's shadow behind him, "Okay. Knock yourself out, bug-boy."

Her casually tone and how easily she listened to him threw him off a bit. Miguel stuttered, as his eyes masked eyes narrow down, "Wh- Why are you saying it like that- agh!"

Before he could actually finish his words, Vulture had tackled Miguel from behind as the other Spider duo swiftly dodge his incoming body, and watched him fly upwards in a mess with Vulture.

"So not funny!" His muffled shout of panic was heard from up above, and Red Venom cackled loudly in response to his words.

Ghost Spider was already swinging off towards the target, as Red Venom lingered behind to quickly fix up her wristband, and shot webs up above, "Oh, I don't know..." She shrugs innocently, as she lands on top of Vulture's back again with Miguel, "I think I am."

"Why the hell are you even in this universe anyway?" His voice shouted over the rushing wind in their ears, both of them pulling part of Vulture while talking, "And that wristband, how?!"

She pulled herself up onto Vulture's wing, as he was knelt on the other one, and looked at her waiting for an answer, "None of your business, O'hara." She jabbed back in a rude tone, "Last time I checked, your ass is too busy with the multiverse."

He groaned annoyed at her words, and pointed a forceful finger in her direction, "That's not true! I was also watching over you!" He admitted through a snap, just as they switched sides to tug off more of Vulture's materials on him.

Her heart fluttered a little bit despite the current situation, and how angry she was with him. That was definitely was not what she expected from Miguel, "Still doesn't explain why you left!"

"What are you guys talking about?" Vulture spoke up in between their quarrel on his back, and glanced sideways to stare at them.

At the same time and in sync, the duo both turn their heads and shout, "None of your business!" "You shut up, callate!"

Miguel pulled himself back up when Vulture turned swiftly, and was met with Red Venom giving him a glaring stare, "We will talk about your mistakes, later." His tone dropped to a dangerous one, and she could tell he was being serious, "And I was busy because of the hole in the universe, you and the other two left!"

Her face shifted into a hurt one at his words, but it quickly changed into alert as objects in the museum were running into them from Vulture flying. She kept low to his back, while Miguel wasn't lucky as he was knocked off again and crawled back up quickly.

"What?! We saved the multiverse!" Red Venom argued back with a scoff, eyes under her mask spotting Ghost Spider saving the people around them again, before glancing back to Miguel.

He clicked his tongue, and held onto Vulture's front as he was hanging off his wing, "No, you didn't. Now I'm stuck putting everybody back where they belong," He dropped off the villain, and swinged mid air as she followed, "before all of time and space collapses!"

He was still swinging on a red web, ducking down to collect some civilians in his arms just as he past them, further more showing off his skills to her, "Now, don't even get me started on Doctor. Strange, and that little nerd back on Earth 1999999!"

She made a face at his complaining, picking up some people also and landed them to safety, as she swings down and started to run with him along the pathway, Vulture following them, "Still the dramatic man, I see bug-boy."

Miguel made a frustrated noise at her teasing, and heard a faint laugher coming from his wristband, which caused him to glare down at it knowing who it was, "This is serious, Red Venom!"

Her stomach churned at him using her full hero name, something he's never done before which showed her he was really being for real. Her eyes then caught onto Vulture making an evil laugh, and he made many small bombs appear from out of his wings, which was his weapon holder.

"Uhh, so you want me and her to handle this one, or..?" She trailed off to him in questioned, and motioned with her head to Ghost Spider, who swinged up next to them again.

Though she got her answer, when Miguel hoped over the broken edge, and jumped up high into the air, swiftly taking out all of the bombs in one swoop. He used multiple red webs to take out the others far, creating a massive yellow explosion up in the air.

Red Venom's mouth dropped in shock seeing how skilled he was, and placed a hand over her chin in thought, hating how attractive that looked to her.

"Huh. Okay." Ghost Spider commented surprised from beside her, and bumped shoulders with the other girl knowingly witnessing her reaction.

However they quickly moved out of the way, when their Spider senses went off and avoided the bombs Vulture was throwing at them. The two split ways again, and Red Venom catches each bomb in her now red venomed webs and directed them in another way.

Miguel tackled Vulture again mid air, as he easily ripped off his wing with a spin, body now descending mid air. But it was unsuccessful, as Vulture just created another wing out of thin air.

"Ay, por Dios, he's got Hammerspace!" He exclaimed with irritation watching this happen, and had no time to react when Red Venom's body collided with his body air.

"Hey! Watch where you are going!" She shouted at him, his strong arms had trapped her back agains his chest, and tried to get out of them to fight more, "Ay- let go-!"

He didn't even bother listening to her, keeping her wigging around body flushed against his chest as he took all the hits going down, and landed roughly against the ground, leaving Ghost Spider with Vulture.

Red Venom groaned in pain once they landed, as Miguel easily lifted the big rock over them, and had his arm still wrapped around her waist tightly. Her figure trapped in between his legs, back leaning on his broad chest.

"Lyla? Can you please.." His voice called out to the AI, confusing the girl in his arms, as a hologram figure of a woman appeared in front of them, "y'know.."

Red Venom yelped surprised seeing the little w figure near her face, smiling brightly and tried to scramble up Miguel's chest, but he held her still, "You ass, let me go-"

"I've heard a lot about you, Red Venom." Lyla's voice talked over hers, tone happy along with her face, "I'm so glad we can officially meet!"

The Spider-ling just awkwardly smiled with a half wave, finding the hologram cool but also freaky, "Y-yeah, same here?" She spoke with a airy chuckle, as Miguel was grunting annoyed behind her.

Lyla grinned back, her glasses falling down her nose a little bit before looking back to her smittened leader, "Nah, you gotta say it, first." She quoted the same lines Red Vemon used on him.

Miguel hissed a sigh, shoulders slumping in defeat as his chin was half leaning on Red Venom's head, "Call for backup."

"What?" Lyla echoed teasingly, a hand up to her ear to show him speak louder.

"Call for back up."

"C'mooon."

"Please, just call for-" He tried to grab her form with his hand, getting annoyed by how similar this situation was he once experience with the woman in his arms.

"Yeah, I already called her."

Miguel made an angry noise, which caused Red Venom to laugh a little amused under her breath, and share a smirk with Lyla, who secretly took a picture of them two together, "But I enjoyed thaaat!"

Up in the air again, the familiar sound of a portal opening is heard again, and it made Red Venom stand up from out of his arms now, Miguel finally removing his hold on her.

A beautiful woman on a motorbike appears from inside of it, and comes flying out on her vehicle, slamming straight into Vultures stomach with great force.

"Woah, she's so cool." Red Venom gasped out in amazement watching the woman fight, completely ignoring how Miguel was grumbling beside her at the comment, "What? Stop being a big baby, bug-boy."

He twitches at the nickname and insult all in one, as he sighs heavily, "Her name is Jessica, now we have a job to finish. Mueva." He orders in an authority voice, which somewhat startled her as she's never heard it from him before.

She gave him a narrowed eye down stare, before giving him a mocking two finger salute. Outstretching her arms up, she shot webs at either wall beside them, and swinged herself up onto Vulture again, while Miguel copied her moves.

"Guys! Can we focus on the big fire-breathing threat to time and space, please?!" He yelled out to the other two talking on a platform, making them turn and see him with Red Venom on Vulture's back.

"Yup." Jess agrees instantly, as she gets onto her motorbike again, ranting out the same word while Ghost Spider started attacking also, "Yup, yup yup yup yup-"

Red Venom gave a cheeky smile at Miguel, catching him surprised as she backwards dives off Vultures back, free falling downwards. He acted also, and did the same thing, both of their faces inches apart from each other as he raised an eyebrow at her, mask following the movement.

She just gave him a forehead click, followed by a scowl for him following her, and shot a web at Vulture's head, breaking apart whatever moment they were having. She swings herself around him the opposite way, and pulls her body upwards high into the air. Using that force, she tugs on the webs, and goes to aim a harsh kick in his face with her suited foot.

Miguel was perched on Jessican's motorbike, and watched the entire thing closely, having missed seeing her in action even though it was his fault for leaving. Jess sees him staring, and smirks a bit knowingly, "You need to stop staring. But what about her, and the other one?"

His head immediately snapped in her direction at this, his face underneath his mask feeling hot at getting caught gawking, and grunted out, "No."

"We could use the help-"

"No."

Jessica raised an eyebrow up at him, "Is it 'cuz she called you bug-boy? You told me you liked it."

Miguel stuttered, his broad figure shrinking in on itself as he clears his throat embarrassed, "No! No I don't!"

"Do you say anything about 'no'?"

"No." His frowning face was still up, before it lifted up realising what he admitted too, "Yes!"

"Why not?" Jessica asked confused, not really understanding what was going on inside his mind as from what she's heard, this man was head over heels for Red Venom, "I thought you-"

Miguel shook his head before she could finish the sentence, and looked off to the side away from her gaze, "You know why. I'm doing this to protect her." His tone was sad, and longing, which got a deadpanned from Jessica as what he was doing was the opposite right now.

In the air still with Vulture, Red Venom threw another kick at his side this time mid a 360 turn, and he ended up flying through the air off balance from her kick. She caught herself on a web, and watched as Miguel was now dealing with a stressing Vulture.

"Take a good look at my great fire from my backpack!" Vulture declared as Miguel was wrestling with his wings, and the villian pulled the string attached to his back with his teeth, setting off more bombs that exploded right near the glass ceiling.

Just as the ceiling broke, and started falling down into shard pieces everywhere on the floor, Red Venom and Ghost Spider were saving the people in harms way of the wreckage, and got them to safety.

"Don't let him out!" Miguel's loud call was heard from in the air by the duo down below, as he was getting pulled along by Vulture's jetpacks, "He'll disrupt the canon!"

Just as he pulled himself up by the red web with his strength to jump onto Vulture, the entire building started glitching, along with Red Venom who groaned and stumbled over a little bit into Ghost Spider.

Miguel didn't even see this happen, as he had a gloved hand on Vultures face, and his mask disappeared covering his face, mouth opening up to show his long and deadly fangs. He bared them at the villan, and went to bite him but paused when a blinding light was flashed at him.

Now perched up on one of the higher ledges, Red Venom gasped in horror watching as Miguel's body fell from the sky, and he caught himself on the massive globe with his claws. However, a hit helicopter was out of control and was now also falling through the open roof.

Her eyes frantically glance between this, the people down below who were still trapped inside and back to Miguel, who was hanging off the globe still.

Breathing in slowly from her nose, and out of her mouth, she relaxed her senses and zoned in on the sound of the helicopter noise. Sharing a quick glance with Ghost Spider a bit near her, a sudden idea both past them at once.

Red Venom's eyes shut closed tightly, and then leapt into action with Ghost Spider. Quickly acting, the duo started to place webs in each directions on the walls in a makeshift landing area, them both moving so fast their bodies were a blur.

Grabbing the ends up each web they placed on, Red Venom flipped herself over it all with a grunt, and tied to ends off to another higher platform wall. Once that was taking care of, she twisted her body straight through the helicopters opened doors, and grabbed ahold of the people inside with her webs, and swinged them up into the air.

Upside down mid air, her eyes under her mask make contact with Miguel's ones, and seeming to understand her idea, he gave her a single head nod.

He leapt off the edge he was clawed into, and used his red webs to wrap around the two humans, grabbing the from falling and landed on the opposite walkway with them.

Red Venom and Ghost Spider past each other mid air as they changed sides, and all three of them watched the Spider-woman in action. Red Venom slides her body just under the helicopters blades, keeping her arms low and shot four strong electrified webs at the top of it, and grabbed ahold of the webs to flip herself over it, knowing these webs wouldn't break.

She landed back onto the edge of a platform, and digged her feet into it as she started to stop the falling helicopter. Ghost Spider did the same thing as her, and so did the other three a few platforms lower then them.

Red Venom yelled out a little bit at the weight of the helicopter, and strained her arms as she felt her muscles tensing under the force. Leaning her back a little backwards to help, she and the others had just in time stopped the transport from squishing all these people below, as it lays inside the web platform.

Picking up a now tied up Vulture in his hands, Miguel hauled him up, and turned back around to the scene, "That's what I was gonna do." He speaks with a shoulder shrug, luckily his mask was hiding his impressed smirk for Red Venom.

His gaze follow a path up a bit, and spotted the girl still on the edge, panting and looks to be almost falling off it. Eyes going tens times their size, he doesn't think twice as he drops Vulture in Jessica's care, and rushes up to her.

Red Venom felt sore, and tried all over from today's fight, never expecting for this to happen nor actually see him again after all this time. Her body dips backwards, and went to fall back first onto the cement, but two hands quickly caught her up the waist instead.

"Roja, are you alright?" The familiar deep voice of Miguel was heard, but it was softer this time like normal around her. He held up her gently, and turned her around to look at him, but didn't expect the look she was giving him.

Her skin was full of scratches, and dust from the fight, and she glanced up at him with a glaring, cold expression, "Let go of me, right now." She demanded, and slightly shoved him weakly away from her.

His heart clenched a little at this, and held up his hands near his chest to show her no harm, "I just need to check those wounds, Roja. Please let me-"

She chuckled dryly with a bitter smile crossing her lips slowly, "This is just a professional job, remember? There's no need for you to act like this again."

"No, that's not-" He tried to explain himself for his error, well, many mistakes his done to hurt her. Once again he was lucky his mask was covering his face, because he wouldn't dare show his trembling lip in front of her.

She held up a hand for him to stop talking, turning her gaze over his shoulder to see Jessica sadly looking at them, "Please make sure Gwen is okay, I'm going back home." She tells the other Spider-woman, who only nodded back with an assuring smile.

Red Venom turns her back to Miguel, and fiddles around with the wristband watch in hopes of opening up a portal to home. And once she saw her earth number appear, she pressed on it and the portal appeared in front.

"I'm not gonna push you to talk, nor what made you do it..." She starts off in a low, emotion filled tone as her voice cracks, "but, I at least deserve an explanation on why you never said goodbye.."

His own throat feels tight hearing her voice crack, knowing he caused it. He went to reach a hand out to grab her wrist, but he was too late as the last thing he saw, was her (E/C) tear filled eyes.
