Heroes.ย
Heroes were always the symbol of justice and hope. Their cape would always flow in the wind gracefully as they hurried their way towards where the villain was wreaking havoc, passing by civilians as they pointed towards the hero's way and cheered for their certain victory.
The hero would arrive at where the villain was causing havoc and defeat them, earning them cheers of admiration and love. That's it. That was it for the hero's job. The hero would receive valuable gifts in return for their work. They would even get their own happily ever after.
Though, what about the villains? Where's their happily after? No one ever questioned what might have happened in their lives to make them as they are today. They just saw them doing one bad thing, and decided that's it for them, and then burn them in a poor light.
Do they ever question that it was their own fault why they became the way they are now? Do they ever question that if it was ever them who created the monster who the villains became? They never try to help them, they just want them destroyed.
An aware black sheep upon ignorant white sheep. That is how it always was.
The villain was always being defeated, but they always tried to win. They always tried to win against the hero. Even when the odds weren't in their favor, they still went on, sacrificing anything for their goal.
The hero gets their happily ever after, but what about the villains?

"What could be the cause of the massive mosquito outbreak this year?"
"We ask Mr. Kafetch, a mosquito expert who has written several books on the subject."
"Thank you for having me. Well, let me come right to the point. These mosquitos belong to an entirely new species. Therefore, I know nothing about them."
"Get out!"
The pitter-patter of footsteps resounded inside the small apartment as the TV was on and playing the local news. More monsters as per the usual. The small living room's walls were painted a creamy white color with anime posters hanging around, the only decoration on the walls.
In front of the TV was a fluffy yellow-colored beanbag with an empty bag of hot chips rested on it, a half-empty soda bottle next to it. The curtains were pulled aside, letting the small amount of light pool inside thanks to the clouds covering most of the sky seen.
Bookshelves rested on the right side of the room as it was packed with manga volumes of different varieties, stickers decorating the tiny shelf as to not seem too bland. The thing that was holding the TV up was the clothing drawer; the place where our protagonist held her clothes captive.
There was an ac on top of the balcony sliding doors, similar to Saitama's, but it was drawn with smiley faces on it. Curtesy of our protagonist.
The kitchen was simple. There was a small, single cooktop beside the sink as there was a rather packed storing place for the little cooking supplies that you could have under it. Under the sink was the place where you could store some of your cleaning supplies or more cooking utensils.
Behind the kitchen, there was a bathroom. It had a small sink and a toilet beside the shower. The toilet was in front on the right side of the bathroom, attached to the wall as the bathroom sink was beside it. The shower curtain was decorated in quite the peculiar design; comic clouds.
Once her coffee was finally ready (Y/n) scratched her horridly-made bun and grabbed the cat mug by the handle, carrying it along with her as she exited the messy and uncleaned kitchen that surely hasn't been cleaned in a year and entered the living room.
Walking over to her fluffy yellow-colored beanbag (Y/n) set down her cat mug and plopped down, sprawling her legs out as she once again grabbed the handle of her cat mug and took a big gulp of it, not minding the hellfire that it gave her tastebuds.
Dark eye bags could be seen under her (e/c) showing that she hasn't had proper sleep as of late, or in this instance, as of last night. No sleeping for over two hours has a toll on her, you know.
"Meow."
Quickly facing where that noise came from (Y/n) tired expression soon turned bright as she straightened her back and watched the familiar cat come prancing towards her, Its beautiful grey coat shining under the early morning sun as its single yellow eye looked directly at (Y/n); their friend.
"Mafuyu! You were gone for so long! I was so worried!" (Y/n) cried, putting down her cat mug roughly as some coffee got on her wooden floorboards. Running towards her cat, Mafuyu, which didn't take very long, (Y/n) swooped in to cuddle the treasured cat only for Mafuyu to dodge her hug attack making (Y/n) fall on the ground with a loud 'thud' sound.
"Mafuyu! What was that for?!" (Y/n) asked in a loud voice, tears streaming down her cheeks as snot ran down her nose as she looked over at her beloved cat, a big red mark on her forehead as a sign of his betrayal. Mafuyu only ignored her and went towards the filled cat bowl, digging in as he filled his empty stomach.
(Y/n) huffed as she got back up and wiped the tears from her face, her shirt soaking up some tears in the process as some fell on her t-shirt while she was on the floor.
'All this love and this is what you give me? Whenever you wished for freshly killed fish, I gave it to you, and yet-! Well shit, I'm a maid.' Shrugging at the realization (Y/n) saw little shocker in it as she went back over to where she left her cat mug only for the sound of a loud smack to stop her in her tracks.
(Y/n) groaned, 'What the hell is he doing this time?' Walking over to the sliding door leading to her balcony (Y/n) slid it open and walked outside, closing it behind her as to not give Mafuyu a chance to escape. Looking over to her left side (Y/n) sweat dropped as she saw her neighbor trying to kill a mosquito, only to fail repeatedly as it somehow escaped him.
'A mosquito...'
"Oi, Saitama! Can't kill a measly mosquito?" Looking over his shoulder, Saitama's irritated expression softened as he saw the familiar head of (h/c) hair with a chip in it. It was a really stressful night, okay?
Seeing the dark eye bags under her (e/c) eyes, Saitama sighed, not in the least surprised that she stayed up all night re-watching the anime called Fuck Off as she waited for her best friend. He knew, and now he finally knew who Maria was trying to kill. "(Y/n), did Mafuyu come back yet?" Saitama asked her, turning around to fully face (Y/n).
(Y/n) nodded happily. "Yeah, he came back. Later than I would have liked, though." (Y/n) frowned at this, worry creeping in her thoughts as she continued to think of what Mafuyu could be doing at night. (Y/n) once tried to follow him to find out but somehow lost the feline.
Saitama hummed, turning back around to try and kill the mosquito only for a dark beam to do that for him, killing the mosquito instantly.
"Oh? A weak beam could kill the mosquito that the all-powerful Saitama had trouble defeating? Perhaps I overestimated you, my dear friend." (Y/n) teased Saitama, a smirk blooming on her lips as her eyes shined in mischief. Somehow, that expression looked much more sadistic with the eyebags.
Glaring down at the dead body of the mosquito, a tick mark appeared on Saitama's forehead. "Tell me, my friend, how does it feel to be bested-" (Y/n) stopped talking as the sound of buzzing passed by her and went to disturb Saitama. They didn't know that the other mosquito sent reinforcement.
"Why is there another mosquito?!" Saitama cried in anger, trying his hardest to kill this one as well. (Y/n) smirked at the sight, finding it hilarious. 'Now, wasn't there some kind of-'
"This is an emergency evacuation warning. Threat level: Demon."
Glancing over to where the nearest siren was (Y/n) scoffed. 'Damn pests. Always havin' to go snooping in places where they shouldn't. What does a mysterious cat lady gotta do to get some peace around here?!'
"No resident is to go outside under any circumstances. I repeat, no City Z resident is to go outside..."
"Damn, well we better get inside- Saitama? Where the hell did you run off to now?!"

Breaking out of the shop as the alarm rang loudly, a burglar laughed in glee, a crowbar in his left hand as it rested on his shoulder as he walked out of the robbed store. The streets were empty thanks to the warning given to residents of City Z, and this man found it as the perfect opportunity to steal some valuable objects.
"Thanks to that warning they're all empty!" Walking out into the street the man was seen to have shoulder-length dirty blond hair and wearing a black t-shirt, a black beanie rested on his head as he had white gloves on both hands.
"Like someone's gonna die from a mosquito bite." The robber scoffed, smirking widely as he looked over at his stolen goods that were being held inside a big stuffed bag. "What's losing a little blood if I get all this?" The robber asked. Just as he said that, a swarm of mosquitoes came rushing towards him, surprising the robber as they flew past him.
"The wind?" The robber questioned, looking off into the distance where only a small dot could be seen. Without the man paying attention to his surroundings, another unit of mosquitos appeared behind him, stalling for a while before quickly going for his feet first and slowly making their way to the upper body.
"What the-?!" The robber cried, panicking as he saw them surrounding his body. Soon the mosquitoes were able to cover his whole body as they went and did their jobs. Trying to get rid of the mosquitoes, the robber failed miserably as cries of fear rang throughout the empty and quiet streets. Just as soon as they came they left, leaving behind a bloodless body, the bones visible as the color was washed away from the robber. His face in a forever expression of horror.
Up in the sky, the swarm of mosquitoes seemed to surround someone, fleets of mosquitoes covering the person in question. Inside of the blanket of mosquitoes was a rather curvy naked woman who had black swirls going around her flawless body, making for an interesting art display.
Licking her red, plump lips in delight, her stinger shined and grew larger at the fresh supply of blood. Soon the swarm of mosquitoes left the figure revealing a tall-looking women-mosquito with fly-shaped arms and legs. A large crown like a mosquito's head was worn upon her head.
Letting out a dissatisfied sigh, the mosquito woman looked over at her minions in disappointment. "Come on, you guys. That wasn't nearly enough! Go get some more for me!" The mosquito lady commanded, looking up towards the sky only for her eyes to widen slightly as she felt someone other than her and her minions down below.
"Target acquired." Just as the mysterious person said that, fire burst out of their metallic hand as it was directed towards the mosquito women. Turning around to face the new arrival, the mosquito lady glared at him, finding his minor attack to be quite rude.
"I see. You make them suck the blood, then take it all for yourself. You must be controlling the mosquitoes via some sort of signal. That would explain their mysterious behavior. So if I were to get rid of you, the leader, would the swarm disperse, too?" The new arrival theorized, though this did not seem to faze the mosquito lady.
The mosquito lady laughed, "Our next meal is here. Go drain him dry." At this command, the entire army of mosquitoes flew towards the cyborg, going to do as they were ordered.
"Incinerate."
Within a blink of an eye, the cyborg killed the army of mosquitoes that have been responsible for countless deaths with a single, but effective, attack. Gasping in surprise, the mosquito lady looked down at her defeated minions in surprise.
With his hand outstretched, steam came out of it from the fire, the surroundings charred black. "I am about to eliminate you. Stay where you are." The cyborg demanded, his still outstretched hand firing up. At this, the mosquito lady snapped out of her surprise and chuckled, finding this statement funny.
"You, eliminate me?" Mosquito lady questioned, her cocky smile widening as she looked down at the cyborg with dilated pupils. "Go on and try!"
ยท ยท โโโโโโโย ยท ๐ฅธยท โโโโโโโ ยท ยท
Seeing as the rest of the mosquito's ladies army was present, the cyborg saw this as the perfect opportunity to kill them all off at once. 'I should put an end to this as soon as possible.' The cyborg thought, readying his firearm only to be stopped by one bald-headed idiot.
"Get back here, damnit! You and I aren't done yet!" Saitama yelled out in anger, a mosquito spray in his hand as he ran behind the flying mosquito, trying to finally kill off the most formidable opponent that he had ever faced.
'What's with this guy?' The cyborg questioned, his attention away from the transforming mosquito lady and now to the baldheaded local weirdo. "It's in my mouth! Pfft! Pfft! You little-! Huh?" Looking up towards the vast horde of mosquito's Saitama quickly forgot about his minor dilemma and instead focused on this strange phenomenon.
"What's that squirming over there? It's... mosquitoes?!" Saitama exclaimed, looking up at the army of mosquitoes in disbelief as his black-dotted eyes widened. "You over there. Evacuate now. That swarm is conscious. If it senses you, it will immediately attack." The cyborg informed him, his expression serious.
Saitama sweat dropped. "Seriously? That's bad. I gotta get (Y/n)-" Stopping as the evil chuckle of a monster could be heard, the cyborg looked back up towards where the monster was. Looking up towards where Saitama last saw the army of mosquitoes, both of them saw it coming down on them, splashing down as they spread throughout the streets and quickly fled, some even breaking windows and crashing down buildings.
Seeing this as the perfect time to kill them all in one go, the cyborg did just that. Activating his firearm, it quickly spread throughout the horde of mosquitoes, killing them all off instantly. After a while, the fire dispersed as all the mosquitoes were now gone, leaving behind a charred town.
Smoke filled the air from where the explosion hit. Steam floated around the streets, giving it a creepy vibe. "Since you spoke, I thought you would have at least human-level intelligence, but you were just a bug. You brought all the mosquito's together into one, easy-to-burn swarm. When I spotted you, I confirmed there were no living beings within 500 meters, so I should have been free to fire away." The cyborg explained, though finally, realization dawned on him of the baldheaded guy that he met not too long ago.
"Wait, that guy might have-"
"How careless. Firing away even when there's someone here? What an amateur move." Turning around to face whoever said that the cyborg saw an average height woman who was wearing a long t-shirt with flip-flops on both of her feet, her hair let loose as her dark eye-bagged eyes seemed to glare over at the cyborg.
"Oi, egghead, don't go running off next time." (Y/n) warned Saitama, glancing over her shoulder to give him a stern look. Hearing the old nickname, a tick mark formed on his forehead as he glared at (Y/n), offended by such a nickname no matter how right it was.
"So what if I'm bald?! There's nothing wrong with that!" Saitama shot back, trying to reclaim his pride only for (Y/n) to mockingly smirk back. "Really-" Laughter cut (Y/n) off as the mosquito lady appeared from the smoke alive, fully transformed as the black and white colors that were on her skin were now gone, replaced by pink and hot pink colors.
"Idiot! I no longer need the tiny ones. I mean," With a swipe of her hand, the targeted building was sliced โโโโinto pieces, demolishing it as debris flew everywhere, smashing in some other buildings and destroying roads. Shocked by this news, the cyborg stepped back, looking up at the transformed mosquito lady in alarm.
(Y/n) whistled, "Wow, art."
"look... how strong I've become!" The mosquito lady proclaimed, giddily looking over towards where the cyborg was, and flew towards him at unreadable speeds, slicing a good portion of his stomach off.
"Oh, look Sai, a fight! Never seen Alexa fight a bug before, but I guess there's a first time for everything." (Y/n) commented, shrugging as she continued to watch the fight between the male version of Alexa and a hot bug.
Looking up towards the sky as she watched him getting ripped to pieces (Y/n) shrugged, turning around as she went to walk away. "Come on, Sai, this man is stupid, so let him figure this one out." (Y/n) suggested, walking away leaving behind a still Saitama.
Halting her steps (Y/n) looked over her shoulder to see Saitama still, not moving from his position once.
Letting out a loud groan (Y/n) begrudgingly walked back over towards Saitama was standing next to him, watching the fight continue. "You're lucky I'm unemployed or else I would scream at you for wasting my time." (Y/n) commented, punching Saitama softly on the stomach.
'I let my guard down. There's no chance of winning.' Falling to the ground, the cyborg was ready to accept his defeat, the mosquito lady close to finishing him. 'All I can do is self-destruct. Forgive me, Doctor ...'
"To give up so easily... I can't accept that."
The sound of a powerful slap resonated in everyone's ears as the mosquito lady was smacked on the cheek by none other than Saitama himself. The slap was so powerful that it made the mosquito lady slam on the building wall and burst, blood going all over it as it looked like a giant mosquito was just crushed. Which it was.
"Mosquito's... suck!" Saitama exclaimed, looking at his latest work with his clothes intact thanks to (Y/n). Catching the falling cyborg (Y/n) scoffed down at him, not liking the male at all. "That blood-sucker was right. You are a weakling." (Y/n) stated, gently putting down the body of the cyborg as she went to rejoin her friend.
Leaning on Saitama's shoulder (Y/n) yawned, wishing for a good sleep today with her beloved cat. "Come on, Sai, let's go-"
"Hold on! Please tell me both of your names!" Halting as they heard the blond cyborg both (Y/n) and Saitama turned around to face him, though (Y/n) didn't really seem to care much about what he had to say.
"Oh, It's Saitama." Saitama introduced himself shortly, glancing over at (Y/n) and tapping her shoulder lightly, making her wince in pain. Pouting (Y/n) looked over at Saitama's gaze as she huffed. 'Fine, fine, you bald-headed prick...'
"Chiyomi (Y/n). The sooner you forget my name, the better." (Y/n) introduced herself, rubbing her shoulder as she tried to soothe the pain. 'I'mย gonna have to cool this down soon.'
Hearing their responses, the blond cyborg nodded. "I'd like to be you two's disciple." The blond cyborg stated bluntly, the two obviously not expecting this as both of them just kinda zoned out in his offer.
"Okay."
"Sure..."
"Wait-!"
