Cara fidgeted with her hands while she sat in an awkward silence with her assigned Therapist. In her mind she felt like she was okay and therapy was a waste of time. However she was more damaged inside than she thought. It would just take her some time to understand.

"So any updates?" her therapist looked up from the the pad she had just written a few words on.

Cara shook her head "Nope. I'm fine. One hundred percent fine probably don't need my meds anymore right?"

"It doesn't work like that. You can't just think everything is okay because you woke up in a good mood. You know it's a full process right?"

Cara looked past her therapist's shoulder and her eyes latched with the dark figure who leaned against the wall with a smirk on her face.

"You know she's not going to make you any better right?,

You'll forever be with me, with us!"

Cara fought back her words so she wouldn't look crazy in the session. "I understand. I'm just ready to go back to my old self you know?"

A simple nod was given to her in response. "So have you reached out to your family or made any new connections?"

"Hmm I talked to my dad on my birthday and I've been trying to make new connections but I just work so much. I still have my two girls who are very supportive of helping me stay sane" Cara wanted to tell her about Dee but that would've been  another topic she would have to dive deep into and that was the last thing she wanted in this session. She looked down at her Apple Watch thanking god her time was ending soon.

"I'm glad to hear you talked to your dad. Are you still functioning alright with the Fluoxetine? I'm going to write you another prescription but I need you to speak up and tell me if it's working.... Honestly"

Cara internally groaned and rolled her eyes not wanting to talk anymore. She hadn't taken her medicine in over a week. Her natural high and happiness came from the time she was spending with Dee. "I just told you I'm fine"

The patience from the therapist was worthy. She was numb to the ups and downs of Cara. One session she would come in happy and bubbly and then the next she would come in rude and nonchalant.

When her session was over Cara quickly stood up and left out. She felt bothered and utterly embarrassed everytime she left the office.

She got into her car and gripped her steering wheel tightly. The palms of her hands started to hurt but it kept her from crying. Her phone ringing in her purse made her relax and loosen her grip. Cara sighed reaching into her purse answering it quickly.

"What's up Beautiful. You straight?" Dee's made it his business to check on her every single day around the same time.

Cara cleared her throat so her voice would sound normal. "Yess Dee, I'm fine" she smiled.

"You hungry?" He asked her the question she loved the most.

"Hmmm... I could definitely eat. Are you near downtown?" She made sure whenever she had a session she took the rest of the day off to regulate herself.

"Yea I'm not too far from Wacker and Clark street. Ima send you a address to pull up to"

There was a little bit of shuffling on her end which made Cara raise her eyebrow. "Umm okay yeah that sounds good. I'll text you when I'm pulling up" She pulled the phone away from her ear and stared off into the space in front of her.She wondered why Dee was so mysterious. It kind of made her think if he had the same impression of her, even though she felt as if she was opening up to him.

The drive there  only took about ten minutes considering the fact that it was mid-day and traffic was light. Cara wasn't sure why she was getting nervous, maybe because it was their first time actually being seen together in public. Not that it was a big deal since they were just friends but it was more so of her she wanting to stay out of the blogs and eyes of his fans.

Cara thanked the valet attendant as she passed him her set of keys. Dee put out the blunt that he shouldn't have been smoking, and exited his car to meet her at the front entrance. "Why you ain't ask me if I wanted to smoke" she pouted.

Dee's low red eyes examined her appearance, he was amazed how she looked good in any attire. She wasn't as dressed up today which let him know she wasn't at work when he called. Now his curiosity was arising, yet he had to play it cool because who is he to be questioning her. "You don't even smoke forreal" he put one arm around her shoulder and walked in with her.

The two were sat in the private area that had the most amazing view of the river walk. Dee didn't say too many words since he was high and also because he loved to see how in detail she was when she spoke. He took in how her body language changed, she seemed comfortable. She would occasionally look at him and then back out the window, with her mouth still moving.

Dee was so caught up in her features that he didn't even realize that he brought in his bottom lip between his teeth and the fact that his dick had hardened. It was like she was satisfying his body without even touching him.

Cara's mouth suddenly stopped moving and he tilted his head confused to her sudden change of mood, this wasnt the first time he noticed it. "Why you do that? You be good one minute and then the next you be quiet as hell"

Cara smiled at the waitress who approached the table with the drinks they had ordered as soon as they were seated. "Alright, are you two ready to order your entrees yet?" She looked between Dee and Cara but more so of Dee. You had to be blind to not see that she was desperately giving her all of his attention, groupie behavior.

Cara's smile dropped when she seen that Dee was politely smiling back at the waitress a little too friendly right in front of her face. Her left hand discretely slid into her purse and her smile faded. It was like straight disrespect and she didn't like it.

Cara ordered her food and kept a strong stare on the waitress. She counted to her self  one through ten repeatedly as she focused on inhaling and exhaling. Dee who was now looking at his phone only made the situation worst. Was he texting other women? While she was right there? He was obviously playing with her feelings.

Cara didn't want to speak up because she had other plans. She smirked looking at the waitress go towards the back of the restaurant where the bathrooms were. "I'll be right back" she grabbed her purse and stood up from her seat. She patrolled the area leading to the bathroom to make sure no one was really watching her.

Pushing the squeaky heavy wooded door open, she went into the ladies room and locked the door behind her. Pressing her back on the door as she leaned on it waiting to see the same lady to come out the stall.

The music that played in the bathroom was fairly loud enough to her liking. Her  face held a natural mug. The toilet flushed and a few seconds later the bathroom stall opened up. Cara pushed her back into the stall and  covered her mouth before she could scream.

"Shut the fuck up, you wasn't looking this scared when you was out there flirting with my man"  The waitress had tears in her eyes as she tried her hardest to fight back, she was about Cara's height but was no where near stronger than her.

"I hate people like you, yall just come around and think yall can take anything and everyone from me" Cara gritted and  pulled her right fist back and connecting it to the waitresses throat who leaned over and coughed uncontrollably.

Her back turned to Cara as she gasped for air, she couldn't even holler since the pain was unbearable. "Please, take whatever you want" she struggled to get out and  turned back around to face her. Her face was connected to the heavy solid porceclain clay toilet tank lid that Cara swung at her.

Cara then got on top of the waitress placing her knees on both sides of her body and raised the toilet lid above her head before bringing it back down to the waitresses head repeatedly. After the second blow to her head, she was begging for her life. By the time the third hit connected to her head, she stopped moving completely.

The once white toilet tank lid was covered in her blood. Cara's blush pink jumpsuit she wore had the biggest blood stain starting from her chest area down to the core. Her face covered in red specs and her hands fully painted in red.

Cara moved to the side of the lifeless body in the stall and placed the lid next to her. She brought her knees up to her chest and started to break down. "I couldn't let them take anymore people away" she whispered to her self in between sobs.

"Cara! Cara you good?" Dee's voice sounded on the other side of the door and she continued sobbing. The banging on the door was too much for her as she covered her ears. As if the door stood a chance Dee was able to kick it in.

He stopped when he entered the large bathroom stall and seen the same waitress from earlier laid out in a puddle of her own blood. Dee leaned down to grab Cara's hands so he could pull her up. She mumbled a few words low enough that he could barely hear.

Cara wanted to know why he wasn't freaking out and was so calm despite the body that laid near them. He pulled her closer to his body and she continued sobbing this time into his chest, staining the white shirt he wore.

Cara gained control of her self and moved back some so she could look up at him. "How are you so quiet. Did you see what I did" she pointed down at the body.

Dee turned to look down at the body again, his reaction remaining neutral and honestly not impressed since he had did other people way worse. "You'll be alright. I promise this is light shit, a easy clean up and nothing a lil money can't cover"

Cara furrowed her eyebrows completely speechless that he even had solutions to think of in the  first place. "U-uhh wait what do you mean. I'm going to jail better yet back to that fucking facility. I just couldn't let them take you away from me"

Dee darkly chuckled and grabbed Cara's hand pulling her to the mirror above the bathroom sink. "Look at you Cara. You're perfect.. nobody's going to take me from you I promise you that" His words made her smile as she looked down closing her eyes to make sure this was real.

"We're good together, we belong together" Dee's voice whispered in her ear making her tense up. The words seemed to flow through her body in a forceful way.  "Cara, you good? Cara!"

Cara blinked a few times noticing she was back at the table, with now both the waitress and Dee looking at her like she was crazy. She released the grip she had on her knife that rested in her purse and slid her hands back to the top of the table picking the menu up.   "Umm I'm sorry I just spaced out really quick.. I'll have the chicken flautas" she closed her menu and slid it to the middle of the table and glancing back at the view of the river.

"Please don't fuck this up Cara"

"Ima take the same thing she getting" Dee closed his menu and put his attention back on Cara. When the waitress walked away he reached over the table lightly grabbing her chin and making her face him. "You too pretty to keep breaking eye contact with me. I like looking at you"

Cara nodded slowly "I just have a hard time you know looking in your eyes when you keep doing all of that" she moved her hands in a circular motion towards him.

"Doing all of what?" Dee frowned.

"You just have this I don't know how to explain it but you make me nervous" She laughed and then licked over her glossed lips. "You also have this look that you do.. You're doing it now you just keep looking at me so sensual like you wanna eat me or something"

"I do"
