Interviewer Sparkle:
So, hello Ms Aviana, I'm Interviewer Sparkle. It's a pleasure to have you here with us.

CEO Aviana:
Hello, Ms Sparkle. I'm glad, it's my honour to be here with y'all.

Interviewer Sparkle:
Let's start with the introduction questions first so that the audience will get to know
more about you and then we will move onto the interview questions.

So, Ms Aviana please briefly introduce yourself and what motivated you to join this field?

CEO Aviana:
I'm Aviana, CEO of the Ethereal Community. I go by the name of Avy as well. I always had a passion to start my own community. It's like the leadership role always makes me feel comfortable and I'm very much confident about it. I have earlier been the founder of one other community as well and that was my first community ever. So, I do have
a lot of experience in this field.

Interviewer Sparkle:
That's great to hear Ms Aviana aka the CEO! Let's move on to the next question.

How was your experience in your previous community? Do you think that this one is worth your hard work in the making of this wonderful community?

CEO Aviana:
It was quite a nice time in my previous community, I have faced a lot of ups and downs which were difficult too but surely gave me a lot of knowledge and experiences.
Yes, I do think that it is worth my hard work. Even though I have to resign from my previous community, that gave me a passion and motivation to start this wonderful community. I'm
glad that I'm here today.

Interviewer Sparkle:
That's so sweet!

What is the most likely and hated thing you felt being in this position? Is it hard or easy to handle this role?

CEO Aviana:
There can be a lot of things which I like as a founder. Initially I get to start a community on my own which itself is my passion. Moreover the management things, I love it, looking after the community, its members, different projects and affiliates, I find all of these quite
interesting.

One thing which I hate being a founder can be when the situation gets harder, when you're the founder but you're not able to give as much time as you should to your community. The work load can be one more reason.

I surely won't say being a founder is easy as if we want to be successful with our community then it surely requires our hard work and determination. A community cannot be made within a second, it takes time. Along with the works, the founder also needs to make sure how the members are feeling in the community, their whole personality matters.

Interviewer Sparkle:
True! Now we will move on to the interview questions.

INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

How do you plan to establish and maintain a sense of trust and credibility within the community, especially considering the prevalence of misinformation and distrust online?

CEO Aviana:
I always try to stay connected to my members so that even if I'm the founder I still have
a good bond with them. As it is really important to have that understanding and a bond so that we can balance the unity of the community and also to maintain a peaceful environment.
Misinformation and distrust can be there but it is always important for a founder to treat the members nicely. In case of any misinformation the founder should try to make it clear to the members.

Interviewer Sparkle:
Yes, it's better to know the reason behind each problem before deciding.

What would be your reaction if you found a conflict within your community and how will it impact the overall dynamics of the group? Will you be able to solve it on your own or ask the admins for help?

CEO Aviana:
A conflict can break the unity of the members and also the trust and bonding which everyone has with each other. If I see that a conflict has taken place in my community then first of all I would look at the situation and depending on it I will take any action.

If the situation seems to be normal then I will ask the admins to handle it as I think they are the one who needs to maintain the bonding of the members apart from the founder. But also if the situation seems too serious then I will surely look into it. I would ask for my admin's opinions too and make the final decision.

Interviewer Sparkle:
I see.

How do you plan to celebrate milestones and achievements within the community?

CEO Aviana:
Achievements are a great thing for a community and I always try to organise fun activities within the community itself. It helps to maintain the activeness of the members and also lets the members enjoy their time in the community.

Sometimes game night or sometimes small events, help to celebrate the achievements within the community.

Interviewer Sparkle:
Alright. Now what about this question?

What strategies would you employ to encourage diversity and inclusion within the community, particularly in terms of representation and participation?

CEO Aviana:
I have made a point system in the community itself which is the primary motive to encourage the members for participation. Also, I try to make the work interesting with a preferable deadline which doesn't pressurize the members. And as I mentioned in my previous answers, having a good bond with the members helps a lot to encourage them for any representations and participations. Overall it's the founder who should create that
comfortable environment for the members.

Interviewer Sparkle:
I see.

————>▪︎<————

How would you go about gathering feedback from community members to continuously improve the experience?

CEO Aviana:
I would make sure to have an interaction with the members once in a while so that I can stay updated if the members are feeling good about being in the community or not, if
they are facing any kind of problems or if I need to improve something related to work or the community's working system. It will help me to maintain the decorum of the community.

Interviewer Sparkle:
That's Awesome!

Can you outline your long-term vision for the community and how you intend to sustain its growth and relevance over time?

CEO Aviana:
Activeness of the community is the key to its long run. I will make sure to come up with different and unique types of projects for the community, make sure that the community's
relation with the affiliates really well and also treat the members well as the members are the foundation for any community. Without the members a community cannot run for a long time.

But it's also important to make the members comfortable and have a good bond to make them stay in the community.

Interviewer Sparkle:
Splendid.

Discuss your strategy for addressing issues such as plagiarism and copyright infringement within user-generated content?

CEO Aviana:
Sorry, could you please elaborate the question a bit more?

Sparkle: Here by plagiarism and user-generated content it means any content such as text, images, videos, reviews, etc., that is shared by members rather than by the community owners.

CEO Aviana:
Thank you for your kind gesture.

To avoid any such kind of situation I would always try to show the works in such a way that the other person won't be able to use it without permission.

For example, if it's the case of a book cover then I will ask the graphic designer to make it in a preview form which a person
can only view and cannot use with permission. Also if something like this occurs we will blacklist that person and surely try to improve in it.

Interviewer Sparkle:
I see.

This marks the end of your interview Ms Aviana, it was a great time knowing about you and your
community. Thank you for your time!

CEO Aviana:
Thank you for your time as well Ms Sparkle. It was a great time.

End of the interview session.
