When I un-pass out it's dinner time. I eat dinner and do stuff that's not important (because this is a cringey bad fanfic), and then it's time for capture the flag. I know everything about it and all the rules and unimportant stuff, because obviously I'm awesome. The Athena cabin came in with a gray owl flag and the Ares cabin with a red boar flag. Everyone cheers. I'm on the Athena cabin team, like Annabeth wanted. 

I get my armor and helmet and shield and catch up to Annabeth who is walking ahead. She says, "I've put you on border duty. That means you stand at the creek and be a tree."

"Uh, what?" I ask.

"Oops I mean you guard the creek." She replies.

"Oh." I respond.

She runs off to go boss more people around or something. Then Capture the Flag starts. I run to the creek and have only just gotten situated when several Ares campers (including Clarisse) storm in. Clarisse is holding a spear.

"Get Prissy!" She yells, and the Ares kids charge me. They beat me up and stuff and even though I'm awesome, I couldn't defend myself. Clarisse's spear hit my shield and I almost got electrocuted. Dam, her spear is electric! Then someone pushes me into the creek. Instead of drowning or something, I feel energized. I spring out of the stream and kick some Ares cabin butt. Clarisse doesn't give up though, not until I snap her spear which I somehow knew was called Maimer (though everyone called it Lamer). I'm incredible.

As she's about to kill me for snapping Lame- sorry, Maimer, Luke, who was mentioned one time in this book, brings the Ares flag across the border. We all cheer but then suddenly there is a growl.

Chiron appears out of nowhere and shoots this giant dog standing on a rock. I sigh because I didn't get to show how amazing I am. Suddenly everyone gasps. I look up and see a glowing trident over my head. Everyone bows, and Chiron, who has had approximately one line so far, says "All hail Perseus Jackson, son of Poseidon [insert Possy's titles here]." 

Then I pass out 'cause I'm great.
