Fade's Pov:

I couldn't believe she would do this to me.  Everything that we've done together didn't matter to her? She thinks I am the one doing this, I am the one in all this, I am the one who is using everyone? Why didn't I just die? I should've killed myself the day I cut my arms. Why did I even stop?

We were currently driving back to the mansion, with my head on the window watching the trees passing I didn't even know if Stefan had said something. "Fade?" He asked to which I wished he hadn't spoke. I sighed and looked out the window.

"Fade? Are you okay?" He asked me as I turned to look at him.

"Yes I am fine," I replied as he glanced at me to see if I was okay to which he clearly knew I wasn't.

I looked back to the window and tried to enjoy the silence that overtook the car. A tear slipped out of my eye but I quickly wiped it, not letting Stefan know I was feeling this way.

"Hey, are you crying?" He asked and I realized we stopped at an empty road. I looked at him, I knew my eyes were puffy and red.

He held one of my hands and pulled me closer to him as I didn't look up at him just yet. He would think I am a cry baby.

"What's wrong princess? Did something happen at the party?" He asked and I shook my head. He knew I was lying, and I knew it too.

"No, I am just feeling emotional. I think I might get my period later," I explained which off course was a lie again. He seemed to believe me and nodded as he started the car and we drove again.

"Well, remind me to get you chocolates later," he told me and I chuckled a little but my mood turned weary again.

We reached the mansion and I got out of the car. The huge doors opened and I immediately went towards the elevator to leave for my room. I just wanted everyone to disappear.

I heard Bailey and Stefan calling me but I ignored it and left.

When the elevator door was about to close Stefan reached on time and entered.

"Hey, Bailey and I were calling you. Where are you going?" He asked and I looked at him sighing.

"I just wanted to go change," I mumbled and he just rolled his eyes and shook his head.

"I know you lied about what happened at the party. I saw Maisie leave the bathroom before you left," he explained making my eyes widen. "Did something happen with her?" He asked and at the same time the elevator dinged open.

I tried running towards my room but Stefan grabbed my arm.

"You need to tell me what happened," he spoke through gritted teeth as I tried getting out of his hold.

"Just leave me alone," I mumbled but his grip got tighter.

"Why? Why won't you just tell me?!" He yelled this time making me flinch as tears filled my eyes. All the flashbacks of my aunt and uncle tormenting me came back.

You're a worthless bitch.

"Leave me!" I yelled back and ran. I didn't know where I ran but I did. I hopefully wanted to get out of there and melt into the ground.

"Fade you need to fucking listen to me!" He yelled from behind me and he caught up to me.

I was about to go down the stairs but he stopped me.

"You need to stop running from all your problems and face them like a normal person!" He scolded making me scoff in disbelief.

"What do you know huh? You ruined my life and brought me here by yourself," I told him and he just looked at me shocked. My hair were a mess, my eyes were red along with my face.

"I brought you here to protect you, I don't need you to rub it in my face," he spoke calmly but I knew better then that. He wasn't calm. He was going to be the same as others.

"Stop it, just leave Stefan," I mumbled but as I was about to leave, he harshly yanked my hand to stop me but my feet slipped and I stumbled down the stairs.

A cry left my mouth as my head hit the stair case several times. All I remembered before blacking out were the screams of Stefan calling out to me and blood pooling around me.
