He was at it again, emptying his emotions into the glass bottle. He knew it was a bad habit, but he knew he wasn't a better person. His 'friend' was there too, looking at the window in a peaceful silence. Sometimes he wondered how he managed to stay calm in those situations. He hit him, cursed at him, ruined his social life and was destroying his self respect. Never once had he spoken a word against it, he accepted whatever was done to him.
"𝐈'𝐦 𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐲, 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧. 𝐈𝐭'𝐬 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭, 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐢𝐭. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠."
He muttered out. The figure turned to look at him, disappointment visible in his eyes but never clearly showed his emotions. All he could see was the bright sparkle constantly visible in his eyes. He was frozen yet again, feeling hypnotized by the gentle look he got from those eyes. It happened every time. But it gave a comforting feeling, it was all he needed to forget everything.
Everything about him was hypnotizing, everything from head to toe. But his eyes were the prettiest, light blue eyes with the shine of the moon. At times his simple gaze was draining, it took his ability to do anything. All he could do was stare at the beauty in front of him.
"[-], 𝐈 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬. 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬, 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐞. 𝐈 𝐛𝐞𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠."
Vano responded. His tone always gave a blissful feeling as he spoke, no matter his choice of words. He knew Vano was a forgiving person, he knew he was too easily attached to others. Vasya didn't have the nerve to break eye contact as he dropped the bottle and walked towards him. The sounds of glass shattering sent chills down Vano's spine, giving him an early warning he was going to endure another round of toxic love.
The remaining alcohol began to spread on the floor, getting on Vasya's shoes as well. As Vasya walked to Vano, the alcohol mixed with the dirt from under his shoes left footprints on the floor.
Vasya smiled at the shorter one and held his face in his hands, the stench of alcohol easy to detect as he began to speak.
"𝐎𝐡 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 [-]. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐠𝐨 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬? 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬𝐧'𝐭. 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐮𝐦𝐛 𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐈 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧'𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐠𝐨 𝐨𝐟.."
Vasya spoke, slowly bringing Vano closer to his face.
"𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐲? 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐬, 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞. 𝐌𝐲 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐈 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧. 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐬 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐞."
Vano knew this was another tactic to ruin his social life. He didn't talk to anyone but Vasya, but for the slav it clearly wasn't enough. Vano wanted Vasya's addiction to go away, but he didn't desire to be isolated either. He felt he was stuck in a dilemma he wanted to be freed from.
"𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 [-], 𝐞𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠."
Vasya said, confirming he was in a dilemma. Vano's now saddened expression gave a look of pity. Pity for Vasya, to be struck in such obsession he didn't realize how much destruction he was causing to those around him. But he was going to make the choice, for the sake of Vasya.
"𝐈'𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲, 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧."
