LEXI WAS CONTEMPLATING whether or not she should go to the pizza place with her friends and boyfriend.

She was seated in the front seat of Daniel's car, fidgeting with her fingers while Robby sat in the back seat.

The car ride was silent for a bit until Robby spoke up.

"Um, Mr. LaRusso, where are we going?" Robby shifted his arm, being uncomfy in the position he was in.

Daniel didn't respond. He just kept on driving with a small smirk on his face. 

Daniel turned his attention to his daughter and noticed her gloomy mood.

"So, when were you going to tell me you were dating a  member from Cobra Kai?"

After Daniel said that, Lexi lifted her head, turning to her father. "I was going to tell you, but I didn't know how you would react."

"You know, you could've told me right?"

Lexi stared at her father as if he was crazy. In reality, if Lexi straight up told Daniel that she was dating a Cobra Kai, he would've lost his shit.

"Yeah, I guess I was just hesitant."  There was a small silence until Lexi spoke up again.

"Hey dad, can you drop me off at Round Table, I'm going to hang out with my friends."

"Are your Cobra Kai friends going to be there too?" Lexi rolled her eyes at the fact that Daniel still despised them, not even knowing them.

So Lexi lied. "No, I'm going to hang out with Demetri and Moon."

Technically, she wasn't lying, but she didn't want to tell Daniel that her boyfriend was going to be there too.

Daniel just nodded then proceeded to drive the way to the pizza restaurant.

Lexi walked into the restaurant, making the bell on the door chime.

Her eyes scanned the room and she saw her friends at a table on her left.

Hawk lifted his head up and saw his girlfriend walking towards them.

"Babe!" Hawk yelled to grab her attention.

"Hey, Eli." Lexi was still mad at Hawk, but now, she was really hungry so she didn't have the energy to be snarky with him.

Hawk stood up from his seat so Lexi can get the inner part of the chair. Having Lexi in the inner side of the chair, made Hawk feel like he was protecting her.

"Woah, these nachos look so good." Lexi immediately grabbed a nacho off the plate and stuffed it in her mouth.

"Woah, slow down there, princess, save some for me." Hawk grabbed Lexi's waist and pulled her closer to his side.

"Victory nachos! It was supposed to be a round of drinks, but the waitress was not feeling Hawk's fake ID."

"Hey, don't talk about that. My parents follow you."

Lexi laughed at her boyfriend, a part of Eli's old side starting to show. She gently grabbed his face and stared into his eyes while rubbing her thumb on his cheek.

"I love you so much, Eli."

Hawk's heart literally was throwing a party inside because of how happy it was.

He pulled her into a passionate kiss as if they haven't seen each other in years. When they pulled away, Lexi saw small tear stains run down Hawk's cheeks.

"Oh my gosh, Eli, why are you crying?" Hawk got up from his seat and grabbed Lexi's hand to another booth.

Eli choked back on a sob until he finally spoke up.

"Princess, I'm so sorry about earlier today. My temper got the best of me a-a-and when you left with that one look on your face, I couldn't help but think that you would leave me forever. I know that wasn't the case, but just the thought of it is making me-"

Hawk couldn't even finish his sentence because of how upset he was with himself.

Lexi grabbed his hands and put them to her mouth, kissing them.

"Eli, please don't feel bad at all, it was obviously not a good way to go about it in the tournament, but we all make mistakes. Please, Eli, you are my everything. I can't live without you."

It was Lexi's turn to cry now. Hawk stood up and sat next to her in the booth. He pulled her into a passionate hug and rested his head on top of hers.

"I'll always be by your side, no matter what, princess."

Hawk gave Lexi one quick kiss before hugging her again. The couple stayed there the whole time, enjoying each other's presence.
